Brought my daughter in for her first car as the first stop of many planned for the day. We never left. The staff, particularly Mack and Moe, made us feel so welcome from the first moments on the lot. Our girl gained a car, and we gained a lasting relationship with an excellent dealership.Thank you, Mack and Moe for showing my young daughter such wonderfully respectful welcome, for bending over backward to ensure she got the right vehicle, and for making the deal work for her minimal (college student) funds.

I and my daughter went in to check out this Scion which was listed online, he welcome us and made us feel like at home, Moe and Mack were honest and friendly. We strongly recommend this place to everyone that wants a reliable vehicle and wants to be treated with respect. I love this place.

I bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu from Moe the car is great I can't thank Moe enough for what he has done for my family everyone at macks auto has been awesome Marcy is great if you're thinking about buying a car this is the place I highly recommend doing business with Moe thanks again Moe for everything........

I will never buy a car from anywhere other than Mack s auto world so long as I live near Ohio. Buy far the most understanding, patient, and supportive car dealership I have ever gone to. This is my SECOND car purchasing from them. I was able to bless my family with two cars because of Moe and his crew. Not only are they reasonable with buying and selling vehicles but they also repair others for cheap. You pay for the job not to stuff someone s pockets.

My boyfriend bought two cars from here and they are wonderful reliable cars at great prices! They will work with your credit and down payment. Awesome staff very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend :)

I have paid off two cars with them. I m not gonna lie, both cars were sound and quality investments. Well, after 3 years we lost the first car we got from here. So, we decided to come back. I purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer. I didn t even have it long enough to need an oil change. I got a low engine oil pressure on my dash suddenly and my car stalled. They picked up the car, supposedly fixed the issue, I paid $500 for this fix. Didn t even have the car a week and it happened AGAIN. It s been almost a month since they got the car, and I haven t heard a word. This is after my husband informed them we wouldn t be paying for the repair again since it wasn t even fixed the first time. I feel so heartbroken over this entire experience. We were supposedly family but since this is how they treat family: we will not be returning and I highly encourage for anyone looking into going here to consider if this is how they treat family how would they treat you?

I bought a car from them bout a year ago. Car runs awesome was cheap, they worked with me, didn't even charge me for late fees. I would definitely buy from them again

Wonderful, fast service! Came in with an idea of the car I wanted, Marcy got me into the car I wanted to test, I said I loved it and Moe sat down and went over everything with me, and I was out within an hour from arriving!!

I ve brought my first car from here back in 2011 and got a new one or traded every year/other since then even brought my friends and families here to get a car highly recommend great people with good energy It s been 12 years and running their really treat you like family I love these guys

I ve had my MKZ Lincoln for a little over a year now. These are the most friendly, compassionate, hard working and trusting but here pay here in Toledo. If you need to find something reliable &nice in your price range , go to Mack s !

Moe and Mack are awesome to deal with. No pressure or gimmicks. Up front straight shooters.best and easiest car buying experience I ve every encountered. Treat you with respect and I would highly recommend them. First time I ever felt like I didn t get taken advantage of. Affordable. 5stars!

Was passing by this place on my way to another lot( 5 total today). The other lots were just horrible. Stopped in and spoke with Mack. Test drove 2 cars and was absolutely amazed on how the cars looked on the inside and out. I was in and out less than a hour. Very easy to work with and very thorough in the process. Love the honesty and how personable him and Moe were. Went above and beyond to help me, and understand my situation. Would definitely recommend.

Bad customer service, they take time to serve you and then they want to sell you some old, crashed cars, lack of paint and thousands at the price of a new car, they seek to get money from you for garbage. I do not recommend it.

I just bought my first truck! Prices are UNBEATABLE! The staff is super friendly! They treat you like family or a friend, and they work with you on payments!! I'm so happy! I would refer this place to EVERYONE! And, the buying process didn't take very long at all! Thank you Mack's Autoworld!!!
