Do your research before buying!!!! If I could leave negative stars I would. very unprofessional more delays then anyone should have to go though. Staff on their sales team will tell you that they test and inspect products before being sold. Wrong information that is not true just to make a sell. They > LKQ inspect their transmissions visually and only test or repair if needed as told by their warranty department out of Stockton CA . Not only is that wrong and deceitful it's misleading and will cost their customers a lot of money to put out on installs or fluids many times over from a quality product they sell. Their website states that they are inspected, tested, and of quality. How is that true if their products are only visually inspected ?? LKQ states "total peace of mind". peace of mind for who exactly ?? LKQ says the "tested, inspected, products are sold as running take out. Tested, Inspected are only specification's of their products. I a long with many other's would say that is a statement of false fact, put out out their to sell their" tested, inspected" products to have a stream of continued revenue for their business, while many others fall a victim of their very deceitful ways.

I had a problem with a part I ordered due to a manufacturer issue. Katie Cavanaugh (Inside Sales Coordinator) worked with the manufacturer to rectify this issue, and went above and beyond to make sure I received the best outcome possible. She truly cares about making sure her customers are happy.

Ordered part on a Thursday was told it would be in Monday or Tuesday. Wednesday got a phone call that the part had gotten to them. The part was supposed to be to me on Tuesday. To try and make my customer happy drove there Thursday morning left Grand rapids at 4 a.m.. arrived at their location they knew I was coming at 8 a.m.. person I was working with showed up at 10 after 8 my truck was loaded by 8:40 with fuel tank. Got fuel tank back to Grand rapids 3.5 hours later. Wrong fuel tank. Called them they blamed me. I did not know there was any options on exit side of sending unit. I was never offered any options on fuel tank. Gave them vin and part number of fuel tank. they ordered the wrong tank and then said they didn't know it was the wrong tank because they don't use many of them. Then I got John on the phone and said that they do hundreds and hundreds of these fuel tanks and mine is the only one that faces this direction. Even though I was told they ordered two of those tanks in. from what I understand and have researched none of these sending units face the rear of the vehicle all sending units face forward because the engines in front of the truck. It was a mistake by the manufacturer of the tank whether it was made in accurately or listed in accurately without options it had nothing to do with me as the repair facility. I have a fleet of four of these vehicles they all have the same fuel tank. I explained this to them. my customer was already out of their vehicle for two additional days over what they should have been due to shipping issues by LKQ. I paid 638 extra dollars at the dealership to get the correct tank. I asked LKQ to split the cost with me because of my time wasted and my technicians time wasted and down time for the bay then I ripped the tank out of the truck on. They said no. I don't know what this business has to do with LKQ but LKQ never has any of the right parts is always behind schedule. I stopped using them on passenger vehicles two years ago I will never use them again on heavy truck.Just stand behind what you sell and make sure your sales personnel is informed and accurate.After this whole fiasco they think me for my business.

So so. I did leave with the one fender light that I needed for my freightliner, however, the guy said 35.00,is that OK? Hell no! But I needed it so what are you going to do. I came in for a radio and an apu carrier display that they couldn't help me with. I got a battery box cover along time ago and was over charged for it as well. The website doesn't do any justice either.

My husband purchased a set of cut off 46K rears from the Toledo store. He was very pleased with the shape and condition of what they sent him. There was one problem with it but with one phone call JJ he fixed it. We would recommend to call them for all your truck needs. They are really good to deal with. Thank you JJ for all your help.

Cleanest most organized junk yard I've ever seen. The staff were helpful but a couple of them didn't seem knowledgeable about automotive stuff. Prices are a bit high, they have a core charge on wheels, never seem that before anywhere. They will price match if you can prove the price.

Not happy with these people at all. I purchased a truck from them sight unseen, we all know that s risky. So I was a little nervous about it to begin with, I was told by the manager that if I got them the money they would ship me the truck in two days so I sent the money the first chance I got. They also cut me a break in the towing cause they had a return trip for the tow driver, and because of that they said it would be 2-3 days before it would get to me. 3 days go by I hear nothing from them, not a word email or anything. So I called and they said it would be another day because of the return trip wasn t ready. Being in the trucking industry I understand and let it slide. To make a long story short, I had to call them everyday for 2 weeks before they shipped my truck and I still haven t seen it. I heard different excuse after excuse. I dont mind it took them two weeks to send me the truck, its not that big of a deal I just HATE being lied to time and time again like I m an idiot. If they think I bought there lies for a minute they are badly mistaken. To top it off they are delivering it on a Saturday no one is scheduled to work so I have to pay an employee overtime to come and inspect the truck and take delivery. Not to mention they are not the friendliest people to talk to (maybe its because they hate to see my number on the caller ID). If I had of known all of this I would have sent my driver after it or even better bought a truck from somewhere else. Hope this review helps you be cautious when dealing with this company.

I have never wrote any review let alone a negative one in my life! I call Goody's and ordered part on 1/4/19 Parts man said it was in Spokane Washington would be delivered in a week. 1/11/19 No part yet so I called back on Oh No parts man forgot to order my part. So he says he'll make it up to me and have it second day air to Detroit no extra charge! 1/17/19 No part yet so I call again Oh No parts man forgot to second day air my part but I'll call and see if I can change it !! Well my part was just delivered "Ground" on 1/22/19. Boy I'm sure glad that I don't rely on the Broken Truck to feed my family!!! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! I'LL NEVER CALL GOODY'S AGAIN!

Bought a used motor paid my mechanic 1000 dollars to replace and the motor they sent me was junk and now dont want to warranty it or return my money. Stay away scam artists

Dad ordered a power steering pump for his old topkick and we got it back to the house to find out the cut it off the truck and messed it up well i was told that when i returned it the money would be waiting so i drove all the way back and they told me they already cashed it and they would send the check in the mail guess what NO MONEY

Very very overpriced and let me tell you their court charges are retardedly expensive $7 for core charge on a computer part you might as well go buy the part brand new at autozone to go to a little smaller junkyard this place is a rip off
