This shop is very hard to work with. A porter from this company bought two parts from our company because it was color matched. Thereafter, received a call from Mr. Floyd saying that both parts are "junk" and will be returning one of the parts. Just wanted to show that these parts are not junk but good used parts. I've taken my vehicle to Liberty for body work twice now, and will definitely go again if I need repairs in the future. They are customer oriented, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Everything you want in a repair shop.

Spent months trying to get an estimate. Then trying to get parts and being ignored by so many other places. Gave him a call. Came in the next day to have him look at it. Day after it was fixed no problem. Saved me hundreds. Even went above and beyond and took it to tireman for an alignment. No run around. Excellent communication. Respectful and professional. Any issues I'm coming to Liberty first.

Not happy with the service here. Went in for an estimate and was told I would either get a call or an email later that day which i got neither. If your business is going to want customer satisfaction then this business should do as they say.

First class body shop! Floyd was able to get us hooked up with a replacement door at a reasonable price and install was seamless. Definitely will use these guys in the future.

Big Mikes auto parts,Mr. Floyd called in regarding to the fender for the Nissan Altima not once but three times. The fender was the same color of the vehicle he was fixing and was told the same price by 3 different employees. This morning he also called and asked if the fender was clean which it was and we sent him pictures the fender was complete with the liner also and listed the cheapest as can be. When his driver got to us to pick it up he had a check with him which was less than what was quoted his driver even said that he always does this to him and it s not the first time Floyd does that to him. If that s how the employee thinks of him than why would any other mechanic shops deal with you. That s not the right way to do business it s just absolutely horrible. We will make sure all the employees you just insulted at big mikes leave reviews for you also.

My car was in two accidents. It is a lease and the lease is up in a couple months. It needed fixed. The dealership quoted me $3000 to fix it. Liberty collision (Floyd Sr.), fixed it for a lot less. It looks Wonderfull and brand new.

Went to the appliance store in the building. Fair pricing sort of and the strap was free so I'd say all in all a pleasant place to buy used appliances.
