Worst customer service ever!! Walk in at 11:22 am guy behind the counter says and quick I can help you with!? Is that the best way to start a conversation? Well since I'm already here I'll ask if he does anything with Suzuki boulevards or can get parts he gives me a dirty look and says no no nothing like that. Well I guess homers cycles or maximum performance will continue to get my business...So edit to this review. There was no one in front of me on said day I was the only one in the store. Al that being said maybe the owner was having a bad day which we are all allowed to have. I have actually been back several times since owning my Harley and he has been amazing. I don't go anywhere else for parts. I honestly forgot about this review otherwise I would've deleted it along time ago. I apologize for my poor review for so long maybe we both had an off day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP

Keyes was very attentive and helpful! I brought him my motorcycle wheel and replacement tire, and he took my contact info to give me a call with any updates or to let me know when the work was finished.After removing my old tire he noticed the original tube was in bad shape and let me know over the phone. I agreed to have him replace the tube along with the tire since I enjoy the peace of mind that comes with thorough and complete repairs. When I arrived to pick up my tire later that evening, he showed me the old tube and pointed out a bunch of crusty rust on its valve stem. He also showed me other areas of the tube that didn't look so good. Now I can rest assured that the old tube certainly needed to be replaced!Thank you for a job well done Keyes! I feel safer on my bike now!

The Boss man was very knowledgeable and forthright during our conversation even though I could tell he was extremely busy he still took the time to answer my question and quoted me a great price..I will definitely be taking my Harley to Keyes

He knows his stuff he rebuilt my clutch master cyclinder a month ago on my 2018 street glide and today he had a air cleaner in stock and put it on for me in about 10 minutes great service

Brought bike in, no waiting got right to work. Had custom bars and wheels fabricated and installed with new tires. Great work, highly recommend
