If you have a pretty good or even decent job that you've been at for about a month these guys and girls will get you approved for a very nice used car truck or SUV! We didn't have to put any money down our 2013 journey with third row seating and only $72,000 miles the car is in great shape and they took care of us very well! Thanks!

I traded in my 2004 Dodge Durango and got the blue book value for it. I got a 2010 Nissan for only $500 with the trade in. If you're looking for a place that will work with you, this is the place to go. The owner is super nice and truly wants to help anyone and everyone. I'm very happy with my monthly payments and have already recommended them to a friend!

UPDATE: I have decided to come back and give a better review because my experience didn't reflect Kelly's business with me. It mere so had to do with the dealership as a whole. My issues have been addressed and fixed and I would shop here again. I think Valarie the body shop manager is really nice and she took really good care of me once I was able to fix my vehicle. I would totally recommend shopping Kelly and doing business with her in the future. It was some of the details that as a whole the dealership could have avoided however, my experience with Kelly has been great. She has showed me compassion, has helped me tremendously in getting a car, and listened to me the entire way. Upon researching for cars I mentioned that I was interested in Honda's or Hyundai's and that's exactly what she put me in. She isn't in the business of wasting anyone's time and she makes it her mission to make things right with her customers. For that I give my experience 4 stars. I would shop again, FROM KELLY and Tiffany.OLD REVEIW: I bought a car from Kelly at the used lot and my experience has not necessarily been a good one. She did find me a good deal and worked with speed. My initial experience has been good however now that promises haven't been fulfilled I can't really say that, that is true as time has gone on. I usually wouldn't write bad reviews or take time out of my busy schedule but I feel that, this information would benefit some people. I've been tossed around in circles and I was sold a damaged vehicle. I feel like if you're spending 15k and over on a vehicle that it should be clean at the least. My vehicle was sold to me on empty and with cat hair, dust and debree all inside it. It took me over two hours to just clean the inside. I can't even clean the outside because I'm waiting for the dealership to fix the mirror they TAPED ON. I've called to speak with a general manager and keep getting told he is unavailable. I was promised to have my side view mirror replaced a week ago and yet I've been forced to drive without it because they keep sending me in circles about when they plan to fix it. They were trying to have me leave the lot with nothing. Which is SO SO SO dangerous. I'm at this point where I am so frustrated with the customer service. They rush you off the phone and they're missing some key steps of service. I don't feel welcomed or that my money was appreciated and at this point I wish I would have purchased from a different lot or from a salesman who actually cares about me and my service. I'm not sure if they are under staffed or what but I literally had to beg for an update about an issue that wasn't my fault. I will NOT be shopping here again. I've been a salesrep at a dealership and I know for a fact that we wouldn't have treated our customers the way I've been treated at this lot. I shouldn't have to be the one constantly reaching out for updates and then subsequently getting ignored. I have receipts as well. If I don't hear from a general manager about my concerns, I will be reporting to the BBB because this isn't right. ONE BIT

First off let me start by saying kelly c is awesome! She worked with me really well on the car buying experience, unfortunately the company she works for is extremely rude, not flexible at all and money hungry! While in nursing school, I switched jobs and needed a week extension to which they would not give me. I have never been late on a car payment at all! Not to mention the non stop problems i had with my car! I do not recommend franklin park or northcoast at all. You also will not be able to get out of the loan by trading it in because nobody wants to deal with northcoast.

I got approved twice over... And not give the bottom of the barrow type vehicles. Nissan Rouge... 8/10 and $0 down. Check out my girl Kelly.

I am so happy that my co worker told me about kelly. I have had such a hard time at other places and couldn't get a car. Kelly got me right in and approved with a 2012 Malibu. I'm in love with it. And I'm so happy. Thank you so much kelly!

Just be aware of exactly what your getting for what your spending. High mileage, 7-10 year old vehicles aren't typically worth what dealers like this charge for them. Also don't trust the pictures posted online, drive to the dealership and look at vehicles before saying you interested. I walked the lot and saw damaged and rusty vehicles in the first 2 rows by the road. This dealer is part of a Lincoln New car dealership. I was "approved" online and when I got there I was told that actually wasn't true. She just didn't want to tell me via text or phone call.

Kelly is awesome she works with everyone she is not the pushy sales person like most lots she fights to make the deal and to get u in a nice dependable and affordable car they have a great selection of all size vehicles and I recommend anyone out shopping to try her I guarantee u will be pleased
