We should have went to Joes first!!! From the time we walked in it was an exceptional experience. Adam and his team were amazing. Easy and no nonsense process Thank you for the outstanding service. **UPDATE - apparently we were WRONG - as soon as the car goes off the lot there are issues and we opted out of the warranty - how foolish! The mechanic claims there is nothing wrong when clearly there is. According to sales team all the cars are inspected and cleared - this is clearly NOT the case. Very disappointed.

I had the absolute best experience here! They were able to get me approved and in a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse! Everyone I encountered was helpful and kind! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

The staff is amazing! They were extremely helpful in helping us find a car in our price range, get us approved for a loan, and get us in and out quickly! They were flexible in helping us get our trade in there and using it as a down payment. Highly recommend to anyone!! Mike was helpful from my first phone call through the whole shopping process!

This is definitely a five star place if you are looking for a used car. This is the 2nd time I've bought from them and it's always been a great deal. They have always bent over backwards to make the deal sweet and make me happy.!!!! And Adam is the best!!!!

If your looking for a nice used vehicle stop in and talk to Joe, Adam or one of the other staff member on the floor. Willing to discuss different options with you for the right fit. I will say to you that they do have high risk financing available for people that aren't able to get financing through their own bank or lender. Willing to allow short term payments if your short on finances. From my experience with them this far has been A+. Don't be afraid to test their knowledge and ask questions.

I would give Joe's Autos 10 stars if I could. The customer service I received here was absolutely incredible!! From the initial call and throughout the whole buying process was wonderful. They treat you like family and they go above and beyond. I can't thank Mikey, Mike, and Katie enough for all of their efforts and making the process so simple and easy. Truly a rare car dealership in how they care for their customers. If you're looking for a car do yourself a favor and head on over to Joe's!!!

I've bought 3 cars from Joe now and I've loved every one of them! I never feel ripped off or talked down to like I have at other lots. Joe is very nice and easy to talk to, listens to what you're looking for but doesn't pressure a sale at all. Prices are super reasonable, always a good selection to peek through. Joe and his son Adam are great guys and once you deal with them once you'll see why it's the only lot I bother stopping by when I'm in the market for a vehicle

I happened upon Joe's honestly as a fluke. The staff are amazing and helped put me in a quality vehicle. They worked with me to get me what I wanted in my price range and even got me financed instead of buy here pay here. They went above and beyond and I would strongly recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasure and stress free from start to finish!

I have to say Katie & Adam were an awesome dual...They made sure we knew what we wanted was on point with down payment & monthly payment.. Katie even got the percentage rate down a bit.. They made sure we knew what had been serviced the auto we purchased & it didn't take long with the paperwork.Quality Service!!! If Im ever in the market for purchasing another vehicle Joe's Auto will be @ the top of my list.. Thank You very much!!!

Wow is all I can say never Buy from these Scam artists I bought a Truck I understand it was as it after replacing radiator ignition and starter all in a month I noticed frame was completely broke rusted hole I am a single Dad with a 8 year old and was told if I towed truck back I would be refunded my money I honored my end got vehicle towed only for them to give me 500$ and told I m I m lucky I got that after having 1063$ into it in Down payment and 1st month payment don t go here unless you want ripped off and discriminated against

I can't say enough great things about Adam & Joe's Auto. We needed a safe and reliable vehicle for our daughter. We were more than impressed with Joe's Auto. Adam and the staff were incredible. Very friendly and accommodating! They have quality vehicles at very reasonable prices. They went out of their way to work with us without the high pressure sales gimmicks you find at many of the other Lots. Our daughter loves her new Patriot and haven't had a single problem with it. They have found a new customer for life In Me.

I bought a car there within the last year and having slow air leaks from my tires but nothing have punctured them or anything, so recently have been planning to get my brakes worked on and come to find out that the car has the wrong size tires on them and that s why my tires have a slow leak. Proceeded to call joes to have them fix this problem and they pretty much acted as if it s not a safety issue to sell cars with wrong parts on them and continued to tell me the cars are sold as is so now no mechanic will work on my car till I get the right tires on it because it is a safety hazard now.

I gotta tell you....Adam and his whole crew have been really great...we first came to Joes Auto months ago with some thoughts about what we wanted and then life happened and it was really tough for us to deal with daily activities. I really feel that they went way above and beyond to help us get our transportation needs in order and we bought a second vehicle from them in a short amount of time. My family is sold on these great guys and we look forward to many more years of great service...Thanks again for being there for us. You have our loyalty and gratitude.Ron and Chrissy

I hope this review helps anyone who is hesitant from buying a car from this fine establishment. You will be able to sleep easy at night knowing you bought a car from a place that cares about their customers. After reading the reviews on here I decided to check out Joe's because of the great reviews and also because of a guy named Adam everyone kept talking about. When I got to the dealership I met Adam and everything about him was true. I'm one of those people who hate dealing with salespeople however Adam was the exception. The other staff members I spoke with were also genuinely friendly and welcoming. There's a no pressure vibe and a very friendly demeanor. He is willing to work with anyone and will do everything he possibly can to make sure you get what you want. The car I was hoping to purchase wasn't there because some lucky lady beat me to it! Still, this place will have my business when we're back in the market looking for a car and I will 300% recommend people over to Joe's Autos.

Very honest, no pressure, and no run a round. Al was great! He made buying my car a pleasant experience, very friendly and courteous. I was treated with the utmost respect from anyone who I had contact with.Al went above and beyond to handle whatever we needed. I looked all around for a good used car that I could afford. I found exactly what I wanted at Joe's and at a fair and reasonable price. I would definitely recommend anyone I know who's looking for a used car to go Joe's.

I absolutely cannot say enough GREAT things about Joe's Auto. From start to finish it was one of the most satisfying business experiences I have ever had!! I brought my husband with me, as I still had the old stereotype in my head that a woman can't buy a car on her own . she will get taken for a ride!! Well, I was absolutely wrong on that note! Nothing of the sort happened at Joe's. I walked in, was greeted by Al, and immediately felt at home. He is honest, sincere, kind, and friendly. He asked what our situation was, what I was looking for, what our budget was, and how we could find a car for me today! Well, Al did not disappoint! He introduced us to Mike, told Mike our situation, and before you know it, I was test driving 2 vehicles. I came back and made a decision, and then we made a deal. Straight-up honest .. no haggling . and before I knew it, I had keys to my new used car!!I cannot express how grateful I am that my husband suggested we check out Joe's. Mike and Al are down to earth, genuine, and honest businessmen. They really listen to your needs and concerns, and will do everything possible to get you into the vehicle you want. Thanks again guys!!! We will definitely be back .. and we're sending all our friends, family, and neighbors your way!!!

I got a 2013 mitsubishi outlander from here. The transmission went out 3 months after getting the car, I got that fixed now exactly 1 year after getting the car my engine blew. I would not recommend this car lot to a soul. I got the car for reliable transportation and I got everything but that!!!!

I was shopping for a car to surprise my daughter for Christmas. I had checked out all the "usual" lots but was told about Joe's from my wife who is a runner. They offer free water to runners on the trail that go by my shop. She said they were always so friendly. So I decided to check them out and I wasn't disappointed! Adam was very easy to work with. They even went above and beyond on Christmas Eve to find me a bow to put on the car. My daughter was very surprised and loves the car.I highly recommend Adam and Joe's Auto!!

Adam and Mikey were great to work with! My old truck was going out on me and needed something with better gas mileage. They worked hard to secure financing and even got me a much lower payment than I expected! I would absolutely recommend Joe's Auto for people looking for a quality used car.
