Went to his and hers for flex pipe muffler and exhaust so you can only imagine how loud she was. It was inconvenient timing for me and i want to give a shout out and a huge thank you to the mechanics and customer service who got ole reliable up and running!!! I even did laps around my block and had the entire neighborhood cheering and clapping for how quiet my car is now, i highly recommend thank you again!!!

My car has been very loud for quite a few months now, I took it to a couple of places they did not know what was wrong with it. So I drove past His And Her Auto Shop and decided to stop in, they knew exactly what the problem was and got it fixed within 20 minutes! They were awesome and the people there were nice!

The man never told me I had to pay from him to look at my car! I called to check the status he proceed to tell me he couldn t find the parts cheap I had to order off Amazon understandable , so I a told him I need to reschedule because I have to reschedule to get it fix because I had to wait for my parts and wait for my next pay day! He then told me I had to pay him for looking at my car and putting it back together I will not bring my car back 185 I had to pay

The receptionist is very nice and took great care of us, they gave me a quote in 1 minute and they did the job very quickly at a very reasonable cost. I came out very happy

Worst place I ve ever had car repairs! He did 2500$ worth of work on my car, I get it back & my heat barely works now, my brakes squeal & squeak, there was a plastic piece under my glove compartment left off, my tire STILL wobbles & he said it was the ball joints but obviously wasn t. My check engine light is also on with a new issue it didn t even have when the car went in!! My check engine light was NEVER on! He diagnosed my car twice & told me two different times what the issue was, if this was a pre existing issue DONT YIU TGINK he d of told me that needed fixed too?! But noo instead he acts like none of these issues were because of anything he possibly did/didn t do! I would never recommend this shop to anyone! I ll never take my car somewhere other than my normal place out of convenience again. I d definitely use caution when getting any work done here.

They diagnosed my cars issue in a very reasonable time.Called me explained the issue where I could understand what needed to been .Prices of the quote was reasonable...called before any work was done to my vehicle.Nice friendly people

Took my car in for an inspection on the exhaust on 10/4/23 with John. Was given an estimate of $1300 claiming it needed a converter! I WAS a long time customer of his and hers for years!!!!! Took my 2015 Chrysler to a different shop for a 2nd opinion and was charged $609 for fixing the exhaust AND tie rod ends total!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO HIS AND HERS AUTO!!! You have lost a faithful long time customer trying to get over on them!!! I ve been through both owners and JACOB WOULD NEVER GET OVER ON A CUSTOMER AND HIKE UP THE PRICE! IVE REFERRED 8 CUSTOMERS THST WONT RETURN NOW EITHER!!! SHAME ON YOU!

Great experience! I was able to get my repair done same day (that may not happen all the time or for certain repairs). And he educated me about other upcoming repairs that I will need. Very friendly staff!! Thank you!

John and Sean are amazing!!Came in , asked them to look at my brakes...I didnt share details of noises,...once my truck was in the stall and was showed the problem...John described what I was experiencing without. E descrobing... they know their work!! Been going to them since 1991...highly recommeded...and no, they do NOT try and upsell you on anything!!

These ppl will weld things for you. The lady was so nice getting my things welded and giving me hardware for my muffler. Theu charged me nothing. They deserve alot of business. They're a good business and better people.

I have been coming to His & Hers since 2003 for repairs on my vehicles.... Every since I went somewhere in town to get an estimate and was informed I needed a $800 brake job... Then they tried to charge me for the estimate!!! I came to His and hers and it cost me less than $200 and they did not sell me parts I did not need!!! They are HONEST!!! Will not tell you you need parts you don't need! They are fair, trustworthy, reliable, down to earth folk! They know how hard it is in this world just like you and me! That's why they have loyal customers that keep coming back for years!!!! They are cheaper than most places and certainly cheaper than a dealer. And they won't rob ya blind neither! I can say I can recommend them to my friends and family, or anyone who truly needs a reliable mechanic!!!

My family has been coming here for years. I wish they had a location in Columbus!! great, honest mechanics. I have never taken my car in and gotten shoddy work done or had them "fix" something to have it break again. They are very upfront and honest with you about repairs that need to be done ASAP and ones you have some time to take care of. And very reasonably priced.

They charged me 571 for a gasket intake when i picked up my car i had same issues.took it back for low engine power paid 400$pick up truck drive off it read "low engine power"!i wouldnt recommend them.the only reason i went back is convient location from my home

This place is really great. They are very helpful and they explain the problem and provide reasonable advice on how to repair the issue with your vehicle. Saved me over a $1000 for my exhaust repair.

I've been in this shop a few times. I've always gotten taken care of and out the door in a timely matter, as I dont like waiting around. Jason is always very friendly and makes sure I'm aware of what's going on with my car. Best of all they have always been cheaper then any other places I've gotten qouts from. As a women I highly recommend this Auto Shop!

Absolute GREAT Service and GREAT price! Was told by a well known company I needed a bunch of work done that would've costed an arm and a leg. Took my vehicle here and found out it wasn't anywhere near the work it "needed." I hope this shop stays around for a long, long time to come. You couldn't ask for any better service or price.
