Highly recommend !! Me and my wife purchased car and they made the experience great. There was a couple of minor issues but they took care of it right away.They will work you . Honest people and with very reasonable prices. Also my mother in law bought a vehicle and she literally has had no problems besides a crack in the windshield and they took care of that right away for her . She recommended H4T and I would recommend to anyone if you want to work with great honest people and purchase a reliable vehicle!! The owner was just kind good people to work with !!

Bought a car from these guys back in June they offered me a sweet deal and threw 4 brand new tires on the car when I bought it..Just a few days ago I was told that the tires were put on backwards. Not to mention I was told that the car was detailed..still had a ton of dog hair from previous owner and smelled like dog poop through out the whole car that took me weeks to get out. Be very cautious with this used lot as they don't check over the mechanics work nor the detail you might find surprises down the line like I did. Only to call yesterday and was told the person who sold it to me no longer works there Co figure

I recently test drove a car here. Wanted to buy it, let the sales person know I intended to buy it. He told me to set up the loan through my credit union. I did just that, got everything set up, which took about 4 hours. When I called him back to get the purchase agreement, he had sold it out from under me. I let him know I was mad and he told me that his boss sold it, he let him know, and that basically his boss didn't care. I was also told "sorry buddy, that's just the car business." Well, thanks for being a dishonest business whose word doesn't mean anything. I will never and would never do business with this business ever again, and I recommend that no one else does either. Not the kind of attitude of people who care about being reputable or honest.

Bought a vehicle from here a couple months ago. They definitely went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase, and that all my requests were satisfied. Met and talked with their mechanic, salesman/manager (Justin), and the owner. All were very friendly and honest. They also have a service center for all your vehicle maintenance, and I have been given some really aggressive quotes (for work on another vehicle I own, and on a friends car). Also I was told they would get me killer deals for work/maintenance on the vehicle I purchased from them.... which is a nice bonus. Haven't had to take them up on that yet though.Check them out, definitely worth stopping in.

I am so please that I dropped in this place on a whim while car shopping. Justin worked to find a great car in our price range. They went out of their way to ensure it was a solid car. They even put brand new tires on it before we purchased it. We also left our other vehicle for maintenance. They did a great job, telling us what did and did not need to be repaired. And when a new part failed, they did the right thing and replaced it free of charge. Very kind people and trustworthy.

I was drive far to get the car from there. The owner and sales person both are nice but I didn't get any minimum warranty from them. Only problem is I found there is a tire warning sign on dashboard but they didn't tell me that its broken. They told me to reset but later I found its broken and the car Trunk handler was broken. I wasn't aware about that. I will suggest to buy vehicle from them but before that check everything properly.

This was the best car buying experience I felt like I got a fair deal and the customer service was great. They answered all of my questions and my concerns. They really went above and beyond for me . Thank you H4T I highly recommend them if you need a good used car .

Great dealer! Purchased a 05 Chrysler 300c on May 9th from here. The dealer is a friendly guy, lets you view the cars on your own, he had no problem letting us bring the car to Goodyear and putting it on a lift to have it inspected before we purchased it. We found some minor problems he was unaware of and he split the repair costs with us. Also said he would do it cheaper than Goodyears estimate.

Awesome experience!I bought my car here over a year ago and bring it back for routine service. Justin was great and the owner Iyad was very honest and up front about the vehicle. I got a great deal and I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future!

Do not waste your time or your money on this dealership. The way they get you is by having nice LOOKING cars on the lot. Not RELIABLE cars. The picture is from my brake, which was 5 months after the car purchase. It was cotter-pinned together, which should by no means pass safety inspection. The dealers are very shady about the paperwork part of the sale. They said I had a warranty, but then actually didn t give me one or couldn t find it when I called about it. They also lied about who my salesman was, and even told me they didn t have a salesperson. I drove this car back to Athens for the first time and immediately got a check engine light. I ve had this car for 6 months, and have had to put over 1,200 into it in fixes. You might as well go to Yark. I had a great experience dealing with H4T. I bought subaru and have had maintenance performed through their auto maintenance department. Wonderful mechanics, and friendly staff... very easy to communicate effectively with. They quickly identified the problem and corrected it at a very fair price, and I am a car guy. I very much appreciate the services!

Had a good experience with the dealership. Spoke with the owner and found him to be kind and honest and willing to work with you. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle but I would certainly consider it in the future.

Car was purchased in November and sale went smoothly, but after that they stopped doing anything. Bank never got the title, still don't have plates after 4-5 months. Staff is useless and apparently the boss is never their and only he has any information. Getting a call back will not happen as I haven't received one since December.

Had a wonderful experience buying our car at H4T. Justin sent us out on a test drive straight-away on the vehicle we had come to check out, and even had another vehicle on stand-by that he thought we might like as well. He worked for us all morning getting paperwork ready, dropped the price for us, and handled several other customers and problems that came up at the same time, all ON THE MORNING OF HIS WEDDING! Seriously, this guy was killing it at work, and had to leave to go pick up his tuxedo and the wedding cake! Thanks Justin! 11/10 Would recommend.

I cant say enough about how great my experience was at h4t. The stuff is incredibly kind,helpful, and honest. They are more than willing to help in any way they can. I would definitely reccomend them to my friends,family, and anyone looking to buy a car.

What a pleasure it was to buy from H4T. The salesman Justin was informative, courteous and very personable. Since my new ride needed a new battery, the owner knocked off that cost without me even asking. All in all a very good experience!

Lied about my car having a serious issue. I took it to them first and they insisted there was nothing wrong with it. Took it to Tireman in Sylvania and it ended up being a very expensive part that would of been catastrophic to my engine if I had listened to them and kept driving like that.

Avoid this place like the plague they sell cars that the mileage has been rolled back. They are known to sell cars with a lot of issues and fix them cheaply just to get you to buy a car when not even a month done the road the car has even bigger problems

A neighbor and I visited the site after hours. I did not know about the site. Fortunately, some vehicles were open to be able to see how the third row seats laid down. We saw the vehicle from another site the day before. Interesting site closer to where I grew up.

No one came out to help us.In response: I looked in and there wasn't anyone in the office. So whoever was there was somewhere else. We were the only customers on the lot and as I mentioned I didn't see anyone in the office. But it's ok, maybe next time.

Bought my granddaughter a car from here. She hasn't had it 60 days yet and has had problems with the windshield wiper motor, the lights and the starter.
