I am writing this review with the intention of providing constructive feedback rather than causing harm. However, I believe that without feedback, there can be no improvement.Firstly, it is important to understand the definition of an appointment. When a customer drops off their car for an appointment, they expect it to be looked at within a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, in my case, my car was left unattended for over three days, which is unacceptable. As a result, my car remains unrepaired, and I am now forced to wait another two weeks for an appointment at another dealership.Secondly, communication is key to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. When customers call and do not receive an answer, it is frustrating and disrespectful. The option to text for assistance is provided, but responses are often delayed for hours or even until the next day. This lack of prompt communication is unacceptable.Thirdly, while it is understandable that the primary focus of an auto repair business is on repairs, it is also important to provide a positive customer experience. Even if genuine care is not felt, it is essential to at least pretend to care or create the impression that the company values its customers. A little effort in customer service can go a long way in building customer relationships.Lastly, I found it concerning that the service manager was unavailable to take calls. It raised doubts about whether the position is actually filled or if it is merely a fictitious name. The overall management of the establishment appears to be lacking, giving the impression that no one is in charge.I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration and that improvements will be made to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

UPDATE:I contacted the dealership as instructed. They addressed the issuses that I had mentioned. I will still take the van to my mechanic, I will feel much better then. I have to say the salesmen Eric was again very helpful!ORIGINAL POST:I bought a 2017 Grand Caravan a few mos. back I would like to see the inspection check sheet that was filled out when this van was inspected. So far I have driven less than 2000 miles. I have had a front wheel bearing hub changed ( that was in the first week). Now I had to replace both front rotors due to corrosion. The brakes were pulsating so I had then checked out. The pads were almost wore down to the metal plate on the pad. I have to have the rear done soon, they are in the same shape.I have budget that job in. I asked before I bought the van that they fixed a chip in the windshield. that has some temp fix in it because what ever was used fell out , pretty obvious it wasn't a professional fix. The cabin filter was never changed, it was nasty... I can only assume it was the original filter. regardless ...it should have been changed. I will be taking this in for a more in depth inspection soon. ... after the ball joints are replaced. I will NEVER recommend this place and if I were to be about it ...I would tell you to go elsewhere. The sales staff was cool enough, There are not the service shop and are not the ones signing off on the inspections. So far the brakes were the worst and were at the point of failure...Why would anybody say the vehicle was certified when it put out for sale in this shape??? I hope you will consider the safety of your customers

DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT take your car here for service. I bought a car for my son from carvana when it went into theft mode just 12 days later leaving my 17yr old son stranded. It went to 1 service shop and after just 1 day they determined they could not properly diagnos it and recommend it go to a different shop. The owner of the 2nd shop had it for 3 weeks BUT was VERY communicative and really wanted to get the car fixed. After the 3 weeks he didn't want to waste anymore of his time or mines which i appreciated and suggested it go to a DODGE dealership and it was then towed to grogans where they have had my sons car for 6 weeks now. The technician is always out for the day and will call me tomorrow (HE NEVER CALLS). The warranty company calls me saying that he is non cummunicative with them and don't return their calls. I get a generic text message every week and a half saying they are still sourcing the problem. At thisnpoint im ready to get my attorney on EVERYBODY. Were paying nearly $800/mth for payment and insurance and can't use our car. STAY AWAY FROM GROGANS

I showed up this morning to get an oil change and tire rotation that I scheduled online. When I showed up, the service tech tells me the rental car is not available that I scheduled online. I cancelled my 11:30 appointment hence why I needed the car rental. While working on real estate in the waiting area, the service tech comes in and wanted me to sign for my service with a bill of $110.00. I told him that I clearly had a Mopar coupon for this service of $64.99 that was stated on my online comments along with me need for a car rental. The service tech tells me that he cannot honor the valid coupon and there is nothing he can do. With frustration and dismay, I decided to walk into the show room to gather my thoughts of disappointment where I saw Todd Kauffman. Todd kindly saw my face asked what was going on and how could he help. I went on the share my story with him. Without hesitation, Todd immediately put me in touch with Dayton Kolinski (one of the service managers) who assured me that this problem would be resolved and he always honors Mopar coupons. I went on to share that I have an important 12:30 appointment and need the car done by noon. Well, Todd and Dayton delivered everything they promised. Grogan's was able to resolve the customer service issue and have my Jeep serviced and washed. I made my important 12:30 meeting and appreciate there professionalism and dedication to customers. Thanks Todd Kauffman and Dayton Kolinski for taking time to turn a dissatisfied customer into a happy one with just a few minutes of kindness and hospitality. Our late friend, Denny would be proud of the extra miles you did to rectify the situation.

Was charged over $200 for them to look at a problem with work they preformed previously. I was told there is no problem, yet the problem exists. This is a 2022 Ram 2500. The service advisor said he couldn't help me and I needed to talk to the service manager. A customer service person called to ask about my experience, then transferred me to the manager. I left 2 messages for the service manager over the last week to discuss with no call back. At least 3 people are aware that I have an issue with no follow up. This place is a joke and has no interest in happy customers. Go to Yark.

They gladly and quickly took my money on a new Hellcat but have not shipped it to me in Colorado. 3 weeks later, I still don t have it with no end in sight. After the sale, they ve ghosted me.

Had to go in for a battery for my key fob. Had never been to Grogan's Towne before so I just wandered into the Service area. A very nice gentleman asked me what I needed and politely directed me to the Parts Department. The gentleman in Parts hooked me up with the battery installed within two minutes. I was in and out of Grogan's Towne in seven minutes with a very swift, pleasant and professional experience.

Amazing experience! They knew I lived far away and had everything ready for me. They took a down payment over the phone and put on an automatic remote start on the Jeep before even signing any papers. They had me in and out within 45 minutes. I m extremely pleased with the service and the price and quality of the vehicle. I will definitely look forward to working with this dealership again.

Service is decent, however every time I call no matter what time of day, the services dept never answers phone! How the hell am I supposed to make an appt? Also the old guy who works at the services window is also kinda rude.

Had a great visit to day for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler!! Jordan was my advisor and was so fun!!! The waiting area was pleasant to wait in. All the staff was friendly and accommodating! I was only passing through town on business but will stop again next time!!!

They quoted the price. They also told me they had to order the parts. They did "bandaid" my car so I could drive it. It did take longer to get the parts than they said at first, but the actual price I paid was cheaper than the price quoted.

I'm done with Dodge all together. A different Dodge Chrysler dealer refused to fix a recall issue, so we took our Ram here. After the recall was "fixed" the truck randomly shifts itself into park. While backing out of a parking spot, it kept slamming me around. It does it while trying to drive forward too. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I WISH I WOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS!!I had my truck towed in on Monday 10/03, to have a fuel pump replaced Wednesday I get the call that it's done BUT the engine light is on. I said the engine light wasn't on before so they asked me if I wanted to come pick it up, and figure it out myself? I said noway it didn't have the engine light on before. FWD Friday I get the call the engine light is fixed and it runs, so I go in and pay them the lady said they will pull your truck around the front ok great. 10 minutes later a guy walks up and said he couldn't get it to start and looked at my paperwork. Then he disappears 15 minutes later he pulls my truck up and said he was trying to start the wrong one. Fishy but ok great! I took it straight home and parked it, in the morning it wouldn't start. That guy lied right to my face and shook my hand!This morning 10/08 I went in to complain and they told me to have it towed in again. Noway jose! I went straight to the bank and stopped payment on that transaction. Oh and they hit my driver's mirror on something now there's a bubble in the middle and the glass is real dark. DON'T HAVE YOUR SERVICE DONE HERE!!!

Came back to salesman Scott and once again he took very good care of me. Happy with my trade in and happy with the vehicle I purchased from them. Very satisfied with Grogan's Towne, friendly people and was a pleasant experience doing business with them.

Service department was GREAT.Got me in and out quickly and took care of my needs.The reason for only 4 stars is their online inefficient sign in. They send you a message to sign in remote for your service, but when you arrive you still have to go in and the representative ask why you are there.

Trying to kill 2 birds with one stone kinda thing. Needed an oil change, and lease is up soon, thought I d come in get the oil change and talk to someone about a new Grand Cherokee. Can come in and buy a new car but can t squeeze in an oil change. Not giving a bad review just not a great one. I understand that they re busy, a little disappointed.

We did have a slight hiccup with communication from sales department but all was resolved by owner, Marc. He was very helpful in getting the vehicle we wanted. TJ & Vince had us out the door quickly and would recommend buying from Grogan s.

I bought a certified used truck months ago. The sales and financing team were wonderful. However I didn t even drive the truck for a month before having an issue. Groganstown has had my truck for months now. I ve now been paying payments for four months on a truck that they can t seem to fix in a timely manner.

Body work done here, after being rear ended, took a tad longer than I expected, but was explained why, work looks really good, truck runs great, had mechanical issues from accident also, would go back,if I ever need more done, tnx. I was told lifetime warranty on body work too so, that's even better !

I have had work done here several times. One was body work after a break in. They were great. High quality, timely work schedule, reasonably priced. Very nice people. I also used them for regular servicing. I will keep going there.

Worst customer service ever in the service department. Made an appointment for my jeep because brake light kept coming on and saying needed brake fluid when it was full and also back tire keeps losing air. My appointment was two weeks ago and car was dropped off at 10 am. Never got a phone call from Tim in service department so we stopped that evening to see what was going on with our vehicle was told it was a bad brake censor and they had to call Chrysler to see what to do since they didn t have the part. Mind you Tim was in the customer waiting area drinking coffee. We left two messages for him to call us that day and he never did but he could be in the lounge drinking coffee? Asked about the tire and was told since we had tire protection and bought the car elsewhere they couldn t fix or replace the tire because they wouldn t get paid for it and that we had to take it to the place we bought it from. We left and was told when they heard back from Chrysler they would call us. Days later still no phone call even with us leaving numerous messages my husband goes back and is told they ordered the part and it should be there in two days and they will call when car is ready. Days go by no phone call. Finally get a call from Tim who says the part is in Cleveland on a Wednesday and it should be in and fixed on Thursday. Well no call. Husband stops there again and is told part isn t in so my husband says we need our car back they give him the key and say they will call when part is there and they will leave the repair ticket open. Well here it is almost two weeks later and my husband leaves multiple message for Tim to call him back. Finally calls husband back and says the part has been in. Husband says when we re you going to call and Tim didn t answer him. So now he says bring the car back next Tuesday so we can fix it. So another six days total of 19 days for this very terrible inexcusable customer service and they continue to say they can t fix the tire because of our tire protection. So I have contacted Chrysler corporation and filed a complaint with them. I would never provide this kind of uncaring customer service. Shame on you grogans service department and Tim our service advisor

Highly recommend John Byrne when purchasing a vehicle. He s honest while not being pushy. We felt we had time to make a decision that was best for us without feeling like the clock was ticking. We will be back for future car purchases and will send family there as well!

Lisa Schaaf helped me through the process of selecting a vehicle with all the requested options. She was professional, friendly and patient. It took me a couple weeks to figure out what I wanted. Lisa remained patient, friendly and personable. She answered my questions with ease, addressed my concerns and helped keep my confidence with buying a Ram 1500. LOVE THIS TRUCK! Researched within 100 miles radius and their pricing is competitive. Highly recommend.

Update: Again $175 for diagnostic. They fixed broken grounding wire to transmission, out the door for $500+. Probably over priced. Drove off the lot and dashboard lit up saying low power detected, turning off unnecessary systems. Turned around and went back to service. Told vehicle needs a new alternator ($1600). I've never heard of an alternator that costs $1600 to replace. Towed to a trusted mechanic for Max price of $800, worse case. Tow truck driver even said that he's never heard anything good about Grogan's Towne. I'm also not sure how they missed that problem if they would have test drove the vehicle.----Paid $175 for a diagnostic test... Aka read the computer, for which I could have gotten for free at AutoZone. The only reason I went to the dealer is the Jeep Uconnect app indicated a generic malfunction and I thought the dealer would be able to diagnose.

5/5 experience!!! I bought my first car here and it was a very pleasant experience. Buying a car can be unsettling at first but Derrick made it very comfortable and an easy experience. He went out of his way to make sure that my needs were met and that we found the best vehicle for me. Even when I finalized my purchased Derrick made sure that everything went smoothly week's later. I will be purchasing from them again in the future!!

The service dept. is top notch. Tyler was my point person on two vehicles and made a bad experience with another dealer that I bought a Ram from nearly painless. It's a service center that does the right thing, even if you never bought the vehicle there.
