Unfortunately, this branch does not have enough experience to work on cars. I went to them a week ago to change the engine oil for my BMW 535xi 2009, They stripped the engine oil drain , and they tried to ask me to pay 11 hours Labor work plus parts to fix my car. I started three complaints and so far no one has contacted me to solve my problem or at least ask me what happened. I cannot go to work and they have disrupted my life and no one care about me. I m still waiting for someone in this company to contact me.Note: the car is now in the parking lot

Rob is a saint. I came here after the Goodyear on Alexis closed and chose to stay while they did my alignment. I heard this year answer the phone and offer to move mountains to help the people who were inconvenienced by the other store closing. Literally offered to meet a guy somewhere after work so he could help this guy put air in his tires

That Rob got seems cool, but I didn't have him, I had Leah, and she was amazing. So helpful, didn't question me being trans, and just an all around peach.

Don t take your car here for repairs!! I took mine in for them to tell me both sway bars were broken off thank gosh my car was under warranty so I took it to the dealership for them to tell me and show me they were both intact . Please beware

I've only had positive experiences with them. Great customer service. And they really did me a solid on my last repair. Definitely recommend them.

It not only took them near 2 hours to patch my tire, but they also broke the knob off my radio! (and of course didn't tell me about it)I won't be back and I don't recommend going here.

Goodyear in Toledo was a literal life saver. We sustained a flat tire while on a cross country trip and they were able to get me in first thing. They also found a nail in another of my tires and saving me another flat. Very fast and fair! Rob was really helpful and I am forever grateful to him and his team.

Quoted at $80 and some change for a pound of Freon and some dye to check my ac line. Got a call back saying the total to fix the ac would be close to $800- definitely not in my budget. Walked out after paying $172.92, Freon and dye job was actually $120 plus $50 some for what ever. Dropped more than 2x the quote for absolutely nothing but 4 hours without a car. Rob was real nice, though.

Rob Anderson was amazing. We went to Firestone before and they were dishonest and rude. I came here and Rob was honest and kind. I always look for honesty and if I am ever in Toledo again, I will trust him to take care of me.. Thank you Rob for being honest and Kind!

We were traveling and had a flat tire that could not be repaired. We were on a tight schedule to be able to make it to a family event. The store manager was able to fit us in at the last minute and get us back on the road. She even waited to do their warehouse run until we arrived at the shop so that they could make sure they they could get the tires we needed. Customer service was exceptional. If they treat out of town customers like this, I can only imagine how well they care for their regular customers.

I bought my car in on a Saturday. By the time it was done I was at work. I asked could I pick it up on Sunday and was told I could , only to discover they are closed on Sunday. Now I m stuck for another day without a car

I posted a review earlier today and I was incorrect upon further inspection it was not oil it was transmission fluid. Goodyear has always done an excellent job on my car and my tires would highly recommend using them. Again I apologize I was a little upset this morning thought it was oil but it was not it was transmission fluid. And they did not cause that.

When they re good they re good but when they damage your vehicle in the process of repair they become incredibly shady. You will be bounced around to different departments and all will claim they are investigating the issue. Ultimately they will attempt to deny responsibility without ever really digging in to the issue. I have found many reviews online of others in the past who have claimed to have this same issue.Update/reply since Goodyear s reply below:03-22-23 I ve already gone through your claim process. George from the claims team called me and said the logic of my claim doesn t make any sense and denied my claim (in a quote disrespectful manner/tone). I don t think George is aware it was the GoodYear technician who worked on my vehicle that the cause listed in my claim was given by the technician who worked on my vehicle. The store manager also accepted responsibility but stated my claim had to be sent to the claims team due only to the amount it would cost to fix the damages. I was given the runaround. The store manager even smiled in my face when I finally had the chance to speak with her in person until I informed her I had also opened a claim with GoodYear corporate customer service in regards to the issue.

Didn t end up purchasing tires (yet) due to finances but they filled my tires when my pressure was low after Valvoline did not fill them like they said they did and I drove around on a cold night to five different places that didn t have air. I ve not lost pressure since and that was two weeks ago. The manager priced tires for me and was very informative and helpful and took the time to go outside and look at my current tires. Will be coming back to price tires again when I m ready.

Rob and team are awesome. Had a nail in our tire on way to Pittsburgh and pulled of highway to their store. We re very thorough, kind and efficient. Fixed, patched and on our way in less than 1 hour. GREAT JOB THANKS

Best customer service (thank you Rob!!). Being female, I get nervous about being taken advantage of at car places. This was not the case at Goodyear. Rob explained everything very well and did not pressure me into any additional charges. He updated me constantly and worked with me on costs. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

I came to Goodyear Tire on Reynolds Road in Toledo, OH. I had a major leak in my tire and was so worried I was going to need na new tire. Rob Anderson and his crew were amazing!!! They were able to clean and seal my tire at a portion of the cost. As a woman walking in for service you always get nervous about walking into a repair shop. They were very honest and helped in the right way!!! Thank you all so much!!!

I had a situation where I needed a quick service on my car as I couldn't use it at all. The company acted professional and had my car running in a matter of hours. There was also clear communication about what else could be done to the car and the costs it would take. Speaking figuratively here, Goodyear has been a lifesaver in a situation which could have easily inconvenienced me in the long run.

Prices are quite high. Bought 4 new tires which they tried to charge over $700. Then i said no, quickly dropped price over $200. I spent over 5 hours there which was nonsense. It was very slow that day too.Mechanic asked how to open trunk how to open hood of my car. Lol.Every couple hours they tried to get me to fix something else. Very frustrating experience.Goodyear does honor their work.free tire repairs, but this branch visit was less than pleasing. I am happy with the tires though. Just prefer the branch on Alexis road in Toledo.

Yes, buying tires is a necessary and expensive endeavor, but this place goes above and beyond for the customer. I worked with Rob, and recommend you seek him out if you go here. He spent time discussing the pros and cons of certain tires, made me and my 5 year old son (in a hyperactive stage) feel welcome, and when we were told it would take two hours (very difficult for my son), I mentioned we'd Uber home. Instead he offered me a ride home, and actually got his truck and drove us himself.I hope I don't have to visit a tire store again anytime soon, but if I do, this is the place. 5 stars.

I was told by the service manager they can t fix a flat tire on a Tesla after I already arrived! I would not take any vehicle here if they can t fix a simple flat tire.

Went in for a low tire and ended up getting for new tires. They also suggested an oil change which I had done. I m disappointed that while the hood was up for over an hour, numerous employees walking past my vehicle, no one bothered to remove the leaves from the venting under the hood. Learn to do those little extra things. Kindly explain why you would not do this Mr Goodyear.

Had an issue with my car 24 hours before I was supposed to drive to Columbus to sell it. They got me in on 0 notice, ordered the part, and fixed it within one afternoon. Would trust them with any vehicle issue

Randy deserves a pay raise and the promotion!!! We were on the way to our camping spot from Cleveland heading to Silver Lakes, MI when out trailer tire exploded on 80. After getting it of the highway and to the Randy s shop we found out that for the price of repair (and the tow) we can buy another trailer (no Randy s fault), we bought a cheap Harbor Freight trailer and were expecting to last forever. Long story short, Randy allowed us to keep our trailer in his shop until I managed to borrow another trailer from my buddy to bring my crappy HB trailer and the canoe that was on the top of it back to OH. Randy and his crew helped us to load it up, secure it and did not charge a dime! Now, in today s America you tell me who is working for a corporation, would have the balls to help the customer like me in the way that I never expected and not charge for the service?!?! The moral of the story is that I could still enjoy my vacation with my family, without worrying to much what happened, because of Randy Wineinger, the Goodyear store manager!!! Elect randy to the CEO of Goodyear!

I always purchase my tires from goodyear, but I had to head out of town to a studio and had my mechanic throw on some eagle RS's...three weeks later I got a bubble in one of my new tires (Toledo roads!). I didn't have a warranty or even purchase the tire from them but they called Goodyear on my behalf whom offered to cover half the cost of a new tire.. good business ethics =happy costomers, thanks!
