NEVER! And I mean NEVER get a car from these unprofessional, unorganized & inconsiderate people! Cars are overpriced & can t even get stuff like a memorandum on time before your temp plates expire. Thor looked me in my face and said I don t care about your inconvenience. I have nothing else to say. Dismissed me and got irrational once I brought up my lawyer! On top of me not have my car for a week & a half starting the day after I drove off of the lot because they needed to replace the alternator & their mechanic never was doing any of the cars so they let him go and basically told me deal with it & wait.

Great place to buy a car. Sammy is very upfront and honest. He made my wife and I car buying experience one of the best ever. That entire month we were looking for a vehicle, we went to over 10 dealerships, all of the big guys, the Yarks, Taylors, Dunn, etc, we went to the smaller lots, and when we stopped and met Sammy, that was it. It was our place. Six months later and I have no complaints. Couple small issues with the car. But nothing major. That s what buying a used car consist of. Lastly, Sammy gave us a website to get autoparts pretty cheap. He s a stand up guy and runs a stand up business.

Sam and Robert were the best and nicest when it came to my boyfriend getting his new car. Options for affordable payments was a great selling point. So, go see Sam, Robert and Thor at Gold Star! As of 5/2022 the car my boyfriend was sold was found to have 4 cracked cylinder heads and the dealer ship would not work with him to fix it and the finance company would not work with him as well. They want sell him another car, but had the cost of the first to the second car. Terrible!!! Please be aware of what you are purchasing!!!

Do not buy here. They deliberately sold me a pickup truck with a rotted frame that is dangerous and I have a 3 year note to pay for it. Do not buy their junk.

Outstanding dealership! Thor, Sam, and Moe all went above and beyond to get me into the perfect vehicle! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car without all the red tape and jumping through hoops that these other car lots give you! They made buying a car easy! Sam is an awesome salesman! He spent hours on the phone, back and forth just to get me approved for the vehicle I had my heart set on. Sam stayed well over closing time to ensure I was approved. He didn t let me leave without a vehicle. I would recommend this business to everyone. Definitely worth checking out! I drove off with the car I wanted and a price within my range.

The service I received from SAM was everything! Dude demeanor and attitude was everything. He make sure you know and understand every detail lol before leaving the car lot. I was very nervous dealing with this car dealership especially with it being on the east side of Toledo. But I will say for this particular buy here pay here car lot. I would recommend for you to at least come in and see what they can do for you in your situation because they really came through for me in mines! Once again thank you Sam for getting me and my family back on the road again!

It was a great pleasure doing business here with Sammy. He was on the ball with any questions we had, preparing us for our test drives and all the paperwork. When I'm ready for another car, I will for sure go back to GS. We love our new car and have already taken it for a road trip out of state. Definitely recommend going here.

Hands down Sammy was one of the best people I ve ever dealt with. We went to atleast 7-10 dealerships over the weekend and my 80 year old father (that definitely does not like car salesman) made sure I bought a car from Sammy! He was honest and did not shy away from any questions. Loved our entire experience. You won t be disappointed when dealing with him.

This place was amazing stumbled upon it and went to check it out !! They got my husband and I approved for a truck with a reasonable down payment! Sam went above and beyond for our unique situation!!! I appreciate you all there this is definitely the place to go nice small family feel we was welcomed with no problem everyone there is nice and friendly and explained everything good also answered any questions we had and didnt beat around the Bush like most car lots we will definitely be coming back when needed and will reccomend to anyone !!!

So even though I didn't buy a vehicle here the service was maybe the best I've ever received from any dealership. Sammy went out of his way to help me find something. He even texted me throughout the day to show me other vehicles while I was at work. Would recommend to anyone who needs a new ride.

I'm so glad I chose Gold Star Auto to make my first adult purchase at! I bought a 2009 Nissan Rogue as a first-time car buyer and Nash made the experience a great one! Nash was the nicest car lot salesman I talked to all day and Gold Star was the third car lot I stopped at; I should've gone there first! He explained the entire process and ended up staying after 6:00 to go over the paperwork and specifics with me. Best customer service I've had in a LONG time!

Don t do business with this company these people non stop harass you over any slight convenience never missed a car payment and kept insurance and they still find a way to be bothered. Not worth the head ache. This dealership is a joke.

They say you need $300 or $400 down. But the thing is you already need $1,500 down so it's false advertisement and I would never go through them
