I always enjoy stopping by and picking up parts that i need to keep rollin' down the road.Excellent Parts and Service departments.Anthony and Joe in the parts department are fast, friendly, and extremely helpful.

They are best in midwest. They care about you and your truck. When you see customer assistance also driver hall you will understand they are nice with drivers. Additional they doing professional job inside. The mechanics has high skill and knowledge they take you out fast and job done. Labor hours prices also not too high so affordable for best job. When you inside first deskpeople welcome to you they are super helpful and friendly. So if you need major and small repair just stop here they will take care of you best way.

One of the best Volvo dealers that I ve dealt with. Got to dealer around 7pm wrote up truck. 745pm truck in shop and had my truck back by 11pm. All the warranty work was completed. Highly recommended. Nice clean driver s lounge too

Had my Injectors and cups done on 2018 d13 . First impression all the bolts nuts tightened. Looks like tech took time to make sure everything goes back as it should. Clean friendly people inside. Dave walked me through the process of what they have discovered and what they have done. Had some small fluid leaks they took care free of labor charge. As far as injectors and cups go time will show but they way they do work don't think im going to have any problems. Side note don't know if its related i started having external coolant leak at my egr cooler bracket area. Hopefully the tech wasn't using it as a step .

Just had to bring my truck in for service. The first impression was outstanding. This is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, and most organized dealer/shop I've ever been to with my semi. They got my truck into a bay quickly even with a full house. The lounge is cozy and smells fresh unlike some shops I've been to.

Ben and Evan on the night team were absolutely fantastic!! My company Volvo was towed(would not start) to their facility after a long frustrating day of troubleshooting. I was really tired. From get go, they were very kind, and to my surprise got right on the problem. Resolution was achieved very quickly(new starter) before close of business. This is superb customer service!!! Thanks team!!!

Spent $4,000 fixing my truck. If you're a truck driver or do you want your truck fixed right this is the place to go they did an excellent job fixing the truck I want to thank John for doing excellent job and everybody else it was a pleasure being there thank you and I hope to see you again.

"Oh we're a dealer it will get done real fast"........4 months later yeah will not return expectations for a dealer they definitely Failed they want to get paid but yet don't understand they're holding what makes the money would not recommend

They don t driver drop to hotel more than 5 miles as Den did with me driver. I booked online hotel 20 miles so I couldn t go there. And paid $ 150 for hotel near by, it s been 2 hours keep calling them to pick me back

Great Shop! Great People and Great Service! I was stuck on the road as my truck had problem with starting. I called the General Truck Sales with no hope to be accepted. But Ben Forschner the Night Service Advisor told me on the phone that the truck will be checked in as soon as I got there. After arriving, In less than 15 minutes my truck was in the shop and the mechanic started diagnostics. Very soon, Ben took me into the shop and Ben and the mechanic Von explained to me that what the problem is and what they are going to do. This is not happening in the other dealers I have experienced. I found Von very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the truck faster than I expected and I was backed on the road in the same day. Also, this shop has a super clean and organized shop, driver lounge, customer service area and yard. This shop is my first choice for upcoming repairs. The other staffs I talked to were friendly. Special thanks to Ben and Von.

Great service! The only dealer who approaches to problem individually without an appointment for service. A/C was not working and I knew the AC line was leaking which needed to be changed. Dave was honest and he let me come to check my A/C first then tell me what they can do with it. Great mechanics work here! They replaced and recharged ac, I am glad coming here because they fixed all problems! Outside almost 95 degrees and my A/C is working great now! Thank You Owner of this business for having a great staff!

Just want to thank Dave and the other hardworking men for finding the issue in our truck quickly and repairing our issues. My husband and I want to personally thank you. You all stayed late just to make sure my husband was able to come home with his family in Maryland l. This is a great company. We totally recommend !

Took my truck in to have the fifth wheel plate looked at. Wasn't under warranty or anything. But they still didn't charge me a penny. Most shops around have a crazy wait time. My truck was in a bay getting looked at in under an hour. Been here before with other issues. They are quick and food mechanics. This shop is one of the best around.

This facility has easy access from the interstate.Drive through service Dept. for repairs/service. They staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The services are above par. In and out quickly. Same day for me. This facility is clean with additional area around back to spot trl s. I was very impressed and will recommend and will return. Gated lots with security. Safe place.

Awesome one guy tho rubbed me too he wrong way but luckily I didn't have to deal with him. Fixed my truck in a timely manner. Headed back to them today for a def sensor. Ugh 250k miles newness wearing off.

SOLID customer service. Very happy with my last visit!! Never thought I d write a review, anywhere for that matter. But I was very pleased with Ben and the mechanic Will!! They went above and beyond and for that thankful and will come here more often

I had several air leaks on my VNL860 that previous 2 mechanics were not able to permanently fix. Ben and his knowledgeable team: Keith and Will were able to quickly find the major leaks in the parking brakes and brake valve. They got me out of here on the road in the estimated time they promised. No more air leaks and I will not hesitate to have work done on 2nd shift. Thank you all

A big Thank You to everyone at General Truck Sales Ben - "Rock Star Night Service" who worked with us every night trying to get this truck back to being what it should be . Ben always was upfront and busting his back to getter done, Keith " Greatest Mechanic Ever" After three years of fighting a boost turbo problem, this mechanic finally fixed our problem, and we cannot help but brag about his work because he worked on this truck tirelessly for three weeks, Dave - Awesome Day Service, who always worked with us and called us when something changed and was always there when we need information, Mike and Jen -Body Shop, that fixed the damage from the Texas Ice Storm which made a complete mess of the front of the truck, they did an outstanding job making it look like it never happened, Stacey-Front Desk, and Michelle-Front Desk- for giving us the best service and care that they provided for us. Highly recommended these guysA BIG Thank You to all General Truck Sales in Toledo. The BEST place to take your Semi when you need the job done right!!!

Star status is just a reflection on my interaction. I DID NOT have any repairs or conduct any other business.Went to this location to recover a piece of equipment. Was speaking with one service advisor (Tim) when a David Black Jr decided to get involved. He knew nothing more than the helpful individual did but was very aggressive and hostile. I was in a great mood upon arriving and really just needed to get the equipment I was sent there for and be on my way.If it would have been my business it would be going elsewhere, because of him.I would have asked for a manager if it was my money. Maybe he hadn't had his coffee, or got chewed out by a boss.BUT HE'S IN CSR!!!! Needs to be clear on that.ALL of the people I had contact with was very helpful, professional and kind,...EXCEPT for that David fellow. He truly needs some customer relation classes.Thank you Tim, the yard organizer and the mechanic with the beard that moves equipment.

My experience with them was horrible.They took the top off my engine to see the problem.After they gave my a huge quote to fix it. I decided to take my business elsewhere.My other mechanic told my they didn t bother take the part by unscrew them or anything.They did cut all the hoses and the pipes instead.And i had to buy everything new.Such a shame.

Very friendly helpful and clean! Needed a part in a pinch and they had it in stock and held it for me so I could drive the 2 hours to get there!
