So I tried getting my car fixed because it randomly cut off after I got a oil change they had my car for over two weeks wouldn t tell me anything I had to constantly call them then after the two weeks they decided to tell me with out consent to take my whole gas tank down and proceed to say someone put something in my gas tank like that s not illegal to not tell me what your doing with my vehicle so you wouldn t be responsible for any damages so I called last week to see if I could get it put back together he is insisting that I go thru my insurance company when that wouldn t be necessary when I have a high deductible it s better for me to pay outta pocket they will not allow me to fix the car let alone get it looked at properlyThe loan company let alone Franklin will help me resolve the issue and it s looking like they want me to take a loss and i don t think I can do that

Went in yesterday after talking to Johnathon a couple days prior. Was in and out in about an hour. Everything went smoothly with no issues whatsoever. This is my second time obtaining a vehicle through them and would absolutely go back again!

I will never take my suv to this service department again.The service manager1. Doesn't oversee the quality of work preformed by his team. A simple tire rotation and oil change resulted in low tire pressure and oil gauge not reset2.The recall work needed on my brand new suv took 4 trips in for service.Which was 3 months. They had no idea HOW to fix the car.3. Lack of communication, as I was told many times "I will call you in 1 week". I would call the service department after waiting 3 weeks. This happened for 3 months.4. On my last service trip, the manager spoke to me , sitting with his back to me. Never apologized to me Wow!, what a professional.I guess that I presumed that if you buy a quality car you would get quality service. WRONG

Had a car fixed at their body shop. Went back to pick it up after i was told it was ready. Front bumper was still scratched, side door had dirt in the paint, and there was massive orange peel. Was told it would take an hour to correct. Left the car because i couldn't wait at the time. Tried to pick it up two days later and was told the car was not ready because they burned through the paint buffing the car. Another few days elapse and was told the car was ready. Went to pick it up and the front bumper was scratched worse then when i brought it in and there was not a paint chip in the door. Refused it again. Third time i picked it up, i questioned the body shop manager Valerie if she ever checked her employees work. I received excuses, not accountability. Finally picked it up and brought it home after the third attempt. While my wife drove it in front of my truck, i noticed the hologram reflection of a horrible buff job all down the side of the car. I has to take the car to another place to have someone correct the mistakes that franklin park's body shop could not. The work the body shop turns out is very subpar to any body shop I've ever seen. Their professionalism and accountability is even worse. Our repair was a simple paint repair and they missed the mark at every opportunity. Please consider anywhere else before taking your car here for repairs. Only reason we went here in the first place is because our insurance company recommended them. If yours does, for your own sanity ask for an alternate.

The car they sold me has had many electrical problems 2 weeks into buying it. They said they fixed 4 times and 4 times i had to waste money to go and get it back from them. The car has been in the shop longer than in the road. Recommend going somewhere else.

Great place. Jess Got me in a 2013 with 108k miles for 199$ down.. has a good warranty program. Overall great service so far... I loved the experience, Kelly C was amazing, she was super busy but made sure all my needs and wants were met and made sure I had a clear understanding of my purchase and the warranty it came with! I purchased a new car and took a fun pic before I left! Prices were reasonable and they had a wide selection to choose from. I'd recommend many to give this place and Kelly C a shout!

This was, by far, the BEST car buying experience I ve ever had. Everything was simple and straight forward. No pushiness, just a salesman who listened to what I wanted. It was refreshing to not have to deal with a finance person. I am thoroughly impressed. I also LOVE my new Lincoln Nautilus.

Absolutely outstanding service! The dealership worked as a team to care for us! We needed something very specific and Austin and team helped us order what we wanted, no pressure. Absolutely amazing customer service we will only be going here in the future and sending all our friends and family!
