I was traveling down to Toledo from Michigan and my Caliber locked up. I was traveling to Ohio to experience the Total Solar Eclipse (what a sight!). It was Saturday afternoon and we were supposed to travel down to Sandusky on Monday for the eclipse. I explained my situation and the manager indicated that they were completely booked up, but if I brought it in and dropped it off, he would try to fit me in on Sunday if they could, no guarantees. It must have been my lucky day because when I arrived they indicated that they just had a cancellation and that they could work on it right then and there. They literally were life savers. The staff was great and got me back on the road that afternoon. My deepest appreciation. Firestone, You Rock!

On my way home to Tennessee from Michigan this past Sunday, I got a flat tire. I was able to get to your facility on a spare , but needed a new tire.I pulled up without an appointment Or even calling first...I was alone and very nervous. The kind gentleman behind the counter had my car pulled back within minutes and I had a new tire in less than an hour. Great service. Fast service.Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Ian was such a pleasure to work with. He had great customer service from the time I walked in to the time I left out with everyone including other walking customers & answering the phone all with a positive attitude! He was very knowledgeable & efficient! Highly recommended! 5 stars for a 5 star guy!

This Firestone is worst place I ever went to.. they did not put last lug nut back in my wheel. I drove 8 hours with one missing part. Do not trust people at Firestone. Be sureeee you people check it before you guys go.

DO NOT ever go to this Firestone!! Worst service I ve ever experienced!! They will charge you for extra parts/add ons without letting you know before hand and screw your car up to charge you for additional labor and parts! Took my car here to get a timing belt replaced and after it was done, my engine was screwed up and check engine light turned on. My car was continuously having engine problems and dying after I turned it on because of them. Had to get it towed back from Bowling Green, OH and wasn t even reimbursed my money for the tow. Mechanic here does not know what he s doing. When they tried to fix the engine problem, they originally told me the issue was because of VVT solenoids and charged me $ 300 for these parts when this wasn t the reason for the failing engine issue. Then tried to charge me another $300 for cam phasers and claimed this was the issue instead when I came in to pick my car up. DO NOT trust these guys, they will do all they can to collect your money if you don t know much about cars. This place lies, very unreliable, and very unprofessional. Save your time and money. Don t get lead on!!!

The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional at drop off and pick up! They were very busy, but still took time to answer my questions and help my daughter understand what was going on since I am trying to teach her responsibility. I will definitely be bringing all of my vehicles there from now on.

This place is great. Ian, and the other young man I think his name was Mike stayed after closing time to make sure my Tahoe got serviced. They did a great job, and were very friendly. Thanks for everything!

Rubbish and more rubbish.Worst service ever from Firestone. Arriving at the rotation of the wheels, was appointed 4 hours after arrival. I received confirmation from the manager that they can do this for my car (Mercedes Sprinter). I waited these 4 hours and two people at the front desk said they couldn't do it because the car was big. The person who confirmed this to me did not even turn around at the time of this conversation. This is very unprofessional and causes great annoyance, surprise that your employees do not have a minimum level of knowledge of the capabilities of their service. This service wasted 4 hours of my time and never apologized. Leaving this building, I heard laughter in response. It is unfortunate that your people are so brave that they do not have the opportunity to answer for their words.

I CAME TO FIRESTONE ON S. BYRNES AND DEALT WITH GREAT HONEST PEOPLE. ASHTON SET MY APPOINTMENT UP. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. WHEN I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE BACK TO BE INSPECTED, IAN HANDLE ME VERY WELL AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAIN TO ME EXACTLY WHAT THE INSPECTION CONSIST OF. HE WASN'T PUSHY. THE PRICE THEY CHARGE ME WAS VERY FAIR. I WILL BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. GREAT PEOPLE HERE.

Had a random flat about 10 minutes away, called the store Ian answered and within minutes had a tow truck ready to go and his tech Logan had the tire on within 20 minutes...I was on my way quick and painlessly...the Holland location refuse to help and a Mr. Perkins was extremely rude...if you ever need a quick fix and awesome customer service I highly recommend Ian and his team at the Byrnes rd location

Wonderful experience!I called and explained that I was having trouble filling my front tires with air to Mr. Perkins. He advised I stop by so he could assist.When I arrived, Mr. Perkins was patient with my requests. I have hearing difficulties which can cause trouble understanding people with the background noise of a working garage. Mr. Perkins was polite and repeated himself while making eye contact so I could read his lips.Mr. Perkins identified the tires were not allowing air due to an aftermarket valve stem cap washer lodged in the valve stem opening. He removed the lodged part and brought all my tires to the correct pressure.This was an easy fix but even simple interactions are often challenging when your disability may not be readily apparent.Mr. Perkins, I appreciate your kindness! Thank you!

Hit a pot hole on my way into Toledo and bent my rim and damaged the tire. While they did not have my exact tire in stock they did have it mounted and placed back on my car within an hour of it arriving the following day. Great service

Unfortunately although the front counter gentleman is a very nice guy the bald-headed manager in his mid-to-late forties is clearly on a power trip, I took my van to get fixed and when I got it back nearly a week later it magically developed a new problem, during the process the manager was not only unhelpful he was disrespectful, I would highly recommend taking your vehicle anywhere else.

REFUSED TO ROTATE MY TIRES!!!I realize this is a bit long - sorry. I will add that I have been buying Firestone tires exclusively for over 30 years and that the tires on my SUV are Firestone.I was out of town for work (2 hours away from home) and was between assignments when I went to this Firestone location. One of my front wheels is slightly out of alignment so that tire wears unevenly and most of the wear is on the inside edge of the tire and it was a little too worn for my comfort.I explained to the Firestone rep at this location that I didn't have time to wait for an alignment as I was working and just wanted to swap out my full-size spare tire for the worn front tire until I could get back home in a few days to get an alignment and new tires from my local Firestone.The Firestone rep came out and looked at my worn front tire, then looked at my spare tire and said he wouldn't swap them out. He explained that my spare was 9 years old but was still perfectly legal to use according to the NTSB, but it was up to "his discretion" whether to swap it out. Then he said "besides, the spare is bald".1) The spare was definitely NOT bald (see picture) and 2) I don't give a S#!+ about "his discretion". It is Firestone's policy to rotate Firestone tires for free and as long as it's legal for him to swap it out then swap it out. "His discretion" was to essentially to tell me GFY when I had explained clearly that using the spare was only for a few days anyway until I could get back home.I went to a Tireman outlet directly after this and the rep there checked the age of the spare tire and said I should consider getting a new tire as it was 9 years old but that it was otherwise fine as it was in great shape and had plenty of tread left on it. The Tireman rep swapped out my tire and checked the pressure on all 4 tires. It took him less that 5 minutes and he didn't charge me (I gave him $20 anyway).I have always been happy with my local Firestone service center but will NEVER go to this one again. IF I WERE TO GET FOUR FLATS AT THE SAME TIME DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THIS FIRESTONE LOCATION I WOULD PAY TO HAVE MY SUV TOWED TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!Service: Tires

They didn't waste my time doing full-on vehicle inspections that I never asked for.He gave me a great price on 4 65,000 mile tires that not one of the "price match/beat promise places" could match.In fact, 2 of the "price match/beat guarantee" places in our area didn't even call back like they promised.Excellent prices and service that didn't waste my time, they have a lifetime customer as a result.

First and last time I go to Firestone, I made an appointment a week in advance for a balance, rotation, and an alignment.I just replaced my tie rods and the adjustment sleeve, driving around till next Tuesday to get the work done isn't an option. It definitely doesn't help that I had to take time off work for the appointment.The people working there were friendly and apologetic, but I need the work done today.

Had an engine misfire on Friday evening, brought the car in Saturday morning hoping to have it back Monday for work (figuring a Saturday with no appointment, same day return would be tall ask). They diagnosed and had it back before Saturday closing. Mr. Perkins was extremely clear and very professional explaining EXACTLY not only the issue I came in with but additional things to look out for and start planning to care for in the future. That was 3 weeks ago and car is running beyond smooth and well today. Great job to the Firestone team! New to the neighborhood and have been looking for a place to take my routine business. Think I may have found it with Firestone!

needed my brakes and rotors replaced. Eric was very pleasant and made me feel like I was a long time customer even though it was my first time here. He tacked on some additional services AND additional discounts and still saved me a few hundred dollars compared to at Hyundai

Firestone has been very good with their service and staff...Till I came to this facility. Needed a tire plugged. I was out of state and they were open for another 2 1/2 hrs. Said they had a vehicle to finish (1), and did not have time to fix. A 15 minute plug! The one guy asked another tech. Nope, he wanted to go home.I bought my tires at Firestone for years. This is not the service I expect for a loyal customer. If you can't work til you close, then get a job that isn't customer based.
