I have been calling multiple places for oil changes because I have some terrible experiences at auto shops, charging me uninformed prices that I never realize until I paid. I m so glad I found the right place that does exactly what I want and being clear with their services and bill. Also, the staffs were really nice, and quick with everything.Thank you so much!

The people are so nice. I thought my car had a leak and they checked it and instead of telling me yes I had a leak and trying to get more money out of me they said they didn t find anything but if I noticed it again to bring it back. Honest is what these gentlemen are.

100% customer service. I was advised to get my differential fluid changed one time I visited. I blew it off went to a few big name dealerships to receive "better service" and got nothing but problems. I decided to come back to Pennzoil. I was advised to get the differential fluid changed . I let him change it glad I did. Saved me from having a damaged Axel.

My truck takes 6 qt of oil. Add a basic price $74 for the oil change.I need one extra qt for my oil change. And the charge may $12.49. Talk about price gouging.

You guys need to review your procedures while tightening oil filters. You over torque them.Tried them again and still not following manufacture procedures. Do not use this shop.Service: Oil change

I came here for a quick oil change while back in town for the weekend. "Little Alex" helped me out and made good conversation while doing so. He made sure to show me the amount/color of fluid before and after doing the oil change. He also discovered that the container had been leaking oil around the cap, so he added an additional rubber seal around the metal cap free of charge to help prevent future leaks. Without asking, Alex also checked the air pressure in each of my tires (2-3 were under-inflated and the 4th was overinflated) and adjusted them accordingly. I was not charged any extra for the additional assistance and he did not try to oversell me on additional products/issues.Services: Tires, Oil change

I was just in there today and the guys were really nice and helpful! Unfortunately, I had a dead bird underneath my car and I was not aware of it. :( They removed it for me, completed the oil change quickly, and were kind to me when I felt bad about the bird. Thanks guys!

Very friendly and fast. Went to their other location on airport but they didnt have my oil, sent me to central lication and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Will definitly be a returning customer
