Today I called to get in to get my tires rotated and balanced. I got an appointment on the same day. It was at 11am and I was out by 11:25. The customer service has always been good but today was excellent. The communication and service was GREAT and much appreciated. In times past, the service I got today would have been at least an hour and very little conversation. I don't know if management has changed but today was EXCELLENT. Thank you so much.

We were facing a very difficult situation with our life stock trailer today. It seemed there was very few options for tires to replace our old worn tires and we needed to transport animals. Michael was very attentive to our needs and found tires that would fit our trailer in a very timely manner. He was very attentive to our needs, and genuinely seemed to care.

Outstanding customer service! Highly recommend making an appointment just to ensure that your wait time is less in case they are busy. Thankfully I did because when I went to the store there were probably 30 people in there and people just kept coming in one after another , after another. The front manager had made a comment to somebody on the phone that he had three people call off today. They were on a four hour wait But every time he talk to a customer, he said we will get you taken care of today If you need it, it s just gonna take us a little bit longer, but we will not go home until it s done. I was there for an hour and a half and every single employee, no matter how stressed or slammed they were, or how late they were gonna have to stay, they were the kindest to every single customer. They made what could ve been a super stressful environment very pleasant and calm. And their turnaround time was amazing. They were getting customers in and out as fast as they could.

Great service and great deal. They didn't have my tires in-stock, but they had them in the next morning. Pretty simple one stop shop, I was there about 1 hour total. Very happy returning customer. Been buying my tires here for years. Thank you again Discount Tire.

Thank you to the workers here. I was in Toledo from living out of town and noticed our tire had a bolt in it. It was late at night and we had kids in the car. The gentlemen working here helped us out by getting new tires put on in such a quick time. I am so grateful they were able to make our trip back home safe. Cannot recommend enough!

My tires had been letting out air due to the cold weather and my sensors had gotten swapped during my last tire rotation.I dropped my car off very early due to my other errands and they got to it waaaay before my appointment, patched my one bad tire and fixed my sensors basically for nothing.Giving me great customer service the whole time.

I will never go anywhere else. I have visited Discount Tires across the United States. Every employee I have met has been kind, understanding, & knowledgeable. They don't over sell you. They do go out of their way to help with whatever situation you are in. I heve never left feeling as though I have been taken advantage of, especially as a woman. Always respected & that they care.

This location has gone so far down hill. Management doesn't want to stand behind there warranty and want to start arguments with the customer. I called and ask to bring in my tires to have mounted they said "our lot is empty" came on in when I got therefore computer and phones were down said we can't do anything for you I was quoted 25.00 to mount and balance. Manager I was talking to said he wouldn't mount my tire for that but I have had 6 others mounted at the dame location for that price...I willnever do any business with this location ever again just a bunch of hacks get a real job.

Always love discount tire and this experience just solidifies that. Started off with a snafu that put me behind schedule but the rep inside, Dan, was patient, professional, and took care of me despite the delay in getting my tire. So, Got flat tire yesterday, came into store but they didn t have it. Ordered it and mentioned it would come first thing next morning. Didn t arrive in AM but came on PM shuttle. Got a text it would be done at certain time. Arrived at said time but still not done. Frustrating, but Dan heard me out, got it installed right away and took care of his customer. This is why I keep coming back. Even if it doesn t go perfectly they take care of us. Thank you.

Spent over $1000 dollars on a new set of tires. Driving home the TPMS light came on. I had another car repair service replace the sensor that day. The next day a different tire was flat so I put air in it and sprayed soapy water on it and foaming suds were around the valve stem so I went back to the repair service and had another sensor and valve stem replaced on that tire. Very disappointed in the quality of service and would not recommend purchasing tires from the Monroe street store. They tried to get me to purchase the added protection plan but only put three caps on the valve stems and one didn t work when I left and who knows how long they will hold air for. I literally have an air compressor in the back seat in case they go flat. What a joke this place has become.

I've been here several times and always get great service. Each time, it seems like it is on a Saturday morning, which is the busiest time, but the customers just need to have some patience.

The places is clean and the staff is friendly.I dropped of my car for an appointment to have tires replaced that I purchased online. They told me an hour wait that ended up be 2 hours. We had to come back to the store to ask what was happening and then they got my car in. They did not notify us that is would take longer nor could we call them to get in contact with them. They apologize multiple times because someone had an emergency and had to leave. Which I understand stuff happens, but it would have been nice to be notified of the issue as well and not promising a time they can't keep. They seen very through with their stuff, but seem to offer different deal to get you buy wiper blades. I was offered $10 and someone else $16 and then a buy one get one free. The tires seemed good and seemed put on okay. My car drives better now and feels better. Definitely disorganized today.

The dealer wanted $880 for four TPMS (tire) sensors. Discount Tire installed these for $250! Hands down excellent service and price! THANK YOU Discount Tire!

I'm always apprehensive when going to get new tires unless I can put eyes on them because I know what tread patterns and shape are best for my vehicle, but Discount Tire has the ability to show you the tires on their computer and they listen and understand what your looking for, when my vehicle came out of the shop I was so happy with our collaborative effort, they are my go to place for tires from this point on.

Had appointment at noon to change 1 tire and didn't get out of there till almost 5pm. Usually they are pretty good getting u in and out

Excellent service. I have been here numerous times, and I go out of my way to visit this location because the staff here are always so kind and helpful. I rarely wait more than a few hours, and they try to get you the best deal possible on service and tires. Eric in particular has helped me every time I've gone, and he goes out of his way to get me a bargain. I will keep coming back for my tire needs!

Discount Tire's website set the apart for me. I was able to find the wheels and tires on their website that I wanted before even calling to get a quote. My wheels and tires were installed in less than 2 hours after dropping the truck off on a Saturday. Price, service, and quality were great and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking to purchase wheels and/or tires.

I ve been a Tire-man Customer for years. This time I decided to try Discount Tires. I purchased and booked an appointment online at their website. The process was very easy I entered my vehicle make year and model and answered some questions about my driving habits and they filtered the best tires they have. Jim reached out to me the first day I book and appointment to confirm, which felt very respectful and professional. I went there yesterday for my appointment and Jim was very welcoming and professional. I also could watch him listen to him speaking to the customers, he really sounded super professional and very customer friendly. When they were working on my tires, an accident happened and Jim walked out and told me about the incident and he was super transparent and showed me photos of the damage. Jim went far and beyond and he offered to buy me a new rim and also get it refinished to match my original rim color. I was able to work a deal with him. Jim also called me after my service and he apologised again and followed up with me. One thing that caught my attention is their team is young and full of energy. I enjoyed my time there as it didn t take more than 45 minutes to get all four tires replaced balanced and installed.Great service, and it will definitely be my place to go for any tire services.A team that is led by someone professional like Jim is the team I feel comfortable working on any of my vehicles. Great job, way to go!

I've been going here for years. Always friendly and well priced tires. Over the summer I bought some turbomacs for my FoST. They installed BF Goodrich g-force comp2. I couldn't be happier how they handled my new wheels. They even put my old wheels and tires in bags and set them in the trunk. Awesome place for excellent service and tires.

Extremely slow service, don t bother making an appointment you ll wait either way. In their defense they did help me out with the labor cost since I waited so long.

Purchased new tires. Pricing was the most competitive against similar companies. Service was outstanding. Fast, pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I wouldn't consider any other service company. I wish Discount Tire would add front end alignment services to its list.

Huband had to help get his own lug nut back on. They said they stripped it and couldn't get it back on. Price was ok. Tires are good.

I stopped in this morning 7/26/2023 and was greeted by Eric. I explained to him what was going on with the car that I had bought and needed a set of matching rims and new tires. He got everything figured out as far as what I needed and had me back at the shop by 1pm getting everything installed. Thank you!

This store shocked me, absolutely excellent customer service. I picked out my tires and paid online and made an appointment. Joe called me the day before the scheduled appointment to let me know that they could take care of the job early. When I accepted and showed up I expected to have to wait in the rapidly growing line, but Joe already had me checked in and they got right to work.Very friendly employees and a great overall experience. I would highly recommend this store. And the price was good also which is what brought me to discount tire in the first place but with low expectations for customer service. What a great experience. Would give more than 5 stars if possible. I also dealt with another gentleman but unfortunately don t remember his name. Great work guys.

The team members were very courteous and friendly. Keith was exceptional. The service was incredibly swift and professional. I booked my appointment online very easily. I was in and out very quickly, less than 30 minutes. Each team member made it a point to explain the process to me in layman s terms. Very positive experience overall. I will definitely be back for my tire needs.
