Great customer service, car repair, and pricing. Run by genuinely kind, honest, and hardworking people. Used them once for a large repair 6 months ago and was quoted about 800 less than a commercial chain.Got in and out today on a minor repair in no time, and again, for less than I would expect to pay elsewhere.Work is done in a timely fashion and the woman running the shop is very good with communication and follow up. I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else in town ever again for any work needing to be done on any of our cars.

Girlfriend and I were stranded coming from Columbus. Eric got us taken care of and in our way home the same day, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend visiting if you re in the area having issues with your car

Thank God for this place they save me with two vehicles I had to get to work. My truck just abruptly stopped on me didn t know what the problem was got it into them. They got it back to me the same day diagnose. The problem was really friendly was really Able to help me understand in Laymans termswhat was going on with my vehicle Andrea is a true angel. She will work with you they make you feel like your business is being valued. No kidding. This is a good place. I think it s the best place in Toledo. I have two vehicles my wife has two vehicles and they won t go anywhere to get service but Community Car Care.

This vehicle repair shop shows respect and is down to earth. I am now a loyal customer with trust and faith my vehicle is properly fixed with reasonable rates. They understand time constraints and how a transportation is a necessity. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with them! They fixed my brake power booster for significantly cheaper than anyone else would've and so far so good with it. They got me in fast and even gave half off of my next oil change! Even without the half off discount! With it it's a steal! I am definitely recommending them whoever mentions they need a mechanic from now on! I appreciate you guys!

This is probably the worst service that I have experienced in a while.My car has been with them for WELLLLL over the time they told me it would be with them.They have told me lies throughout the entire time of my car being in their possession.I do not recommend using them. Just take your car to the dealership to get serviced. You will probably spend a few more dollars. But good lord. Save yourself the hassle.I ended up coming out more money in the long run. Thought I was getting a deal on the service, ended up coming out an additional $3,000 for my rental car, I ve had to extend my weekly rental cars every week for the last 4 weeks!But . My car will be done tomorrow , wait no it won t because the parts are behind on delivery JOKE !

This is the best shop ever, they cut down the repair time by at least a week as well as cutting my price in half. I love their quality of work as well as the employees being knowledgeable and very easy to deal with.

Absolutely love them they fixed my car in only a few days the price was very very affordable the costumer service was amazing they treat you like family I will never take my vehicle anywhere else and will definitely let everyone know about them i truly can't say enough nice things

Really refreshing that I found a place that has affordable prices! their oil changes are half of what everyone else charges! Highly professional and very prompt! I was in and out in about 15 mins. Highly recommend this shop!

Needed a new Radiator hose assembly put on my truck while traveling out of town. The guys did a great job fixing my truck and at a reasonable price. No complaints here. Recommend them!!

SCAM Had my car over a month and a half for a tuneup. Get it back still running rough the same day, get diagnosed again And the codes pop up tuneup again

They were very easy to schedule with, got me in really fast, and had my car finished as soon as the parts got there. Very professional husband and wife team running this place who are honest and do good work. Pricing is very fair. I always bring all of my car repairs there and have for years. It's so hard to find trustworthy mechanics who do good work, I'm SO glad i found these guys and they even ask about my kids and family when i go there for repairs. They are the true, friendly neighborhood mechanics you WANT to find.Services: Suspension/lowering & lift kits, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

I needed to be back home 2 hours away the same day I dropped it off. They got my van in and quickly diagnosed and fixed it in less than 5 hours. Andrea at the desk was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this shop.

The mechanics at Community Car Care (Eric in particular) were highly recommended from a friend of a friend. So when the used car I bought needed nearly every oil gasket replaced I took my car to them. They are a husband and wife team with some great Techs employed there. I found everyone to be courteous and professional. The customer service is outstanding in my book. They were honest, fair, and explained every charge on my estimate. They even took the time to search out other options ( some work now, some work later) to try and save labor costs. I appreciate that they did not make promises they couldn't keep and each step that they said would happen did in fact happen. Went to drop it off went to pick it up when it should be done etc. I have found my mechanic(s) And they have found a new loyal customer. Services: Engine repair, Computer diagnostics

After spending thousands over the last year on repairs for my vehicle that I still owe on I found community car care! I have took my vehicle to them several times now and have always got right in no problem! They were very helpful! & prices were very reasonable and cheaper than where I was going before! I won t take my car anywhere else now! The owner Eric reached out to me on Facebook after I posted about needing work done and he has been very quick to respond and helpful!

It's super hard to find a knowledgeable, honest mechanic with reasonable prices but Community Car Care checks all those boxes! Friendly, helpful staff & always willing to help you get your vehicle back on the road. I can't recommend them enough & will always use them going forward. Absolute amazing people Eric and his wife Andrea Sat me down and told me exactly what was wrong with my car took time to explain everything Step-by-step what they were gonna do Not only did they fix my car that nobody could figure out It was done in a reasonable time. And they treated me and my family like I was one of their family. The respect they showed me was absolutely amazing I recommend community car care to absolutely everybody that needs anything done on their car they go far and beyond For their customers.....

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Eric and his wife were awesome. My vehicle was done in a timely fashion and the price of the job was surprising. Being well under what other shops charge. I will for sure be coming back to this shop for any future repairs. I highly recommend.Service: Tire rotationsService: Tire rotations

Amazing shop, great atmosphere the prices are insanely cheaper then all the places in the area. The staff is incredible and very easy to work with. My car was fixed the right way unlike when I had it at a high end competitor s shop where they over looked the main cause of my problem. Thank you for everything Eric and Andrea will return and send any repair business your way!!!!!!
