They do great work at a fair price. I take our fleet (large) diesel fuel tanks there for repairs.

I have used this business twice and both times they were more than honest and friendly. Hard to find a business and owner like Steve nowadays! If you have any radiator needs, don t hesitate to use this establishment as they will exceed your expectations. Thanks again!

I brought a leaking car radiator to City Auto for repair. They inspected the radiator quickly, but advised against any further work to it as it was extensively damaged. They gave me helpful advice instead of attempting to sell me a repair that would not last. I paid a modest diagnostic/testing fee, but saved money and time overall by avoiding multiple repair attempts to my vehicle. I The employee I dealt with was friendly, prompt, and above all honest throughout the whole process. This is exactly how a professional auto repair business should be run, and I will absolutely be returning if I encounter any further radiator troubles.

I took two Boat heat exchangers in to them in July 2019, and they not only repaired them, but went out of their way to get them done as quickly as possible since Ohio boating season is so short. Steve was extremely helpful, and informative about the work done. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs radiator or boat heat exchangers repair done.

I brought them an aluminum radiator that I needed an alteration performed on. Instead of just taking my money, they took the time to explain to me why what I wanted would not only be prohibitively expensive, it would also likely not work. Not only were they honest, they were also, as I later figured out, right. They saved me a lot of money by declining to do a job they knew would be wrong, and it is appreciated.

I took a marine heat exchanger in for repair. Steve got right on it for me. Unfortunately it would cost more to repair than to replace it. I commend their honesty and highly recommend this facility.

Horrible!!! I had purchased a radiator in February of this year (2016) from City Auto Radiator. So the radiator started to leak July of this year. I called them and they said they would stand behind there product. So I pulled it out and took it into them. He said he ordered me a new one and it would be in Friday. So Friday came along (8-5-2016) and I had not heard anything from them. So called them at 3 p.m. The guy started out nice and said it just came in and then started to tell me that the radiator I returned was not theirs. I tried to explain to him that it was the only I have purchased from them and that it was the one he sold me. But instead he stated he did not want to do business with me ever again and hung up on me. I only gave them 1 star because it would not let me post this if I did not click on at least one . They should give you the option of no stars because that is what CITY AUTO RADIATOR deserves. I will call the BBB on Monday. Plus advise everyone I know not to go there. This place has bad KARMA. Make it a great day!!!!

The owner helped me with a continuing problem with my G6 radiator. I called on the phone, he had the part waiting when I arrived and spent 10 minutes teaching me how to solve the problem. Very much appreciated.
