My door handle came off my car during -2� weather, i called and they were able to find a part same day. Very nice people, the girl at the desk was super nice and a joy to talk to. The guys were aslo nice, they were quick i was only there an hour. And i even found out my old car has a remote car starter no one ever informed me of. Overall great place great experience and would definitely use them again for my car needs

Never had a issue with them. They got my 83 mustang up and running and helped my girlfriend get her serpentine belt and pully replaced. Currently they are working on my ford f150 thats been sitting for a bit. Hopefully they get it running and I will write another great review.Couldn't recommend a better place!

I was 700 miles from home and showing a code with accompanying hard starts. The people at C and J complete auto were kind enough to help me at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. They diagnosed the issue and for a fair price repaired my vehicle. Everyone was really nice to me. If I lived in Toledo I would have no problem, none, having the crew at C & J's work on my vehicle. In fact, when I come up in the spring, I will have them do a fluid exchange.Steven Bailey

I have been to c & j s for several repairs on different vehicles and I am and always will be a returning customer! Very very honest and prices are unbeatable!!! You will not be disappointed with their service and on top of the impeccable work they do, everyone is so super friendly!!! Never make you feel like you re bothering them like some other repair shops I ve gone to in the past! I ll never go anywhere else after c & j s! Awesome establishment, with AWESOME PEOPLE!!!Update to my review, I dropped my car off to Brian on Monday morning, Tuesday morning he contacted me to tell me what all it needed, which was the whole front end! Wednesday afternoon, he contacted me to tell me it was ready to go!!! When I tell you THEY ARE THE BEST TO EVER DO IT, THEY ARE THE BEST TO EVER DO IT Also had the rear struts AND an alignment done on it all in under a full day!!!! Services: Exhaust, Tires

The idiot mechanic after bringing my car in gave a 2 second diagnostic and determined that nothing was wrong but changed a few parts, completely swindling me not getting it fixed correctly, also showing no sign of him even doing the work he said he d do, total waste of money and time go somewhere they actually know what they re doing and don t skimp out on your service

If I could gave them 0 stars i would I wouldn't recommend them to no one!!!! I pay them to do a motor in transmission replacement took them 2 months to do when it was support to be a week we get the car back the valve was broken they ran the power steering line underneath the car frame it end up bursting the oil seals was leaking and transmission line leaking. Call them out about it then his wife try to fight us. The car is my 17 year old son he almost got into a accident because of the power steering burst. Had to go to a different mechanic to get all the stuff they didn't do when replacing a motor and transmission. C&J are not honest business owners there are playing with people life. I could not be happier with the quality and price of the work done on 2003 MAZDA Protege. It needed a new alternator, four new rotors, two calipers, and a rubber brake line. Brian did the work my car needed promptly, quickly, and effectively at an amazing price. The secretary always answered my calls and was great with communication about what my vehicle needed. Went to get brakes replaced. They said i needed calipers to do the pads. I couldnt afford the calipers and pay what they wanted for labor at the time. They charged me 50$ before they would give me the keys, they pulled it in and took the tires off, when i went to go get it back.

I was out in Toledo and had my exhaust blow apart 3 hours from home. I showed up and asked for help. For a really reasonable price they welded up my exhaust for me and its still holding and made it all the way Beck to Cleveland. Amazing service and really down to earth people. Highly recomend

They replaced the transmission in our Ford Explorer and did an awesome job! Quick service (it was done in 2 days) and EXCELLENT pricing! We were very pleased. Fair rates and quality work with a guarantee on parts and labor... Win, win!!

When you don't have a mechanic and something goes wrong, it's a panic to find a good (let alone a great shop). I was beyond fortunate to find this gem. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, fast and at an honest price. They had no surprises, and they let me know what could be done in the future (in other words, they did what was asked and let me know what to do to improve my car's performance)). If you are looking for a shop, put C&J's at the top of your list.

Was quoted over 1.2k at another mechanic (tireman) right across the street for my rear breaks, rotors, pads and calibers. Disliked that price and called C&J. They were closed for the weekend but still answered the phone, got me in instantly, towed my undriveable car for me since it was right there, fixed it in a couple hours. Added new hoses and paid half what others were asking!Service: Brakes

Brian took over 5 months to get our truck back, only to have it break down 2 days after driving it again. We ve also had several other issues we ve needed to fix since then. Excuse after excuse about why it wasn t getting done, poor quality work, lies and garbage service.

He did an inspection on my front end. All of what he said was 100% accurate and gave fair pricing for the issues. Will deffintley be going back. Amazing service

Not entirely sure how this mechanic has return business. Radiator and reservoir topped off with water, not anti freeze. The vehicle is down an entire quart of oil on return. Vehicle was driven around the parking lot on complete flat tires. Battery connections also had to be adjusted and needed a jump becuse of improper installation.Would not recommend wasting this absurd amount of money, on a mechanic with the mentality of endlessly replacing parts untill the problem goes away. Waste of time and money and I would hope he doesn't waste yours ether.

I normally do not take the time to express service about a company, this is the exception .Almost a year ago a receive service, to make a long story short, I have a car over 10 years old it s running brand new a year later .For a very good price

This place is a joke they have poor customer service bad attitudes I paid money from my own pocket to have them do mechanical work and body work and was unhappy with the work mechanical work they put all used parts on my car when I was told they were brand new the parts were all rusted out and when I asked them for my money back before they even touched my body on my car they told me no and jumped my boyfriend and hit me (Brian a 6'5 male)hit me and his sister slammed my legs in a car door repeatedly while I was trying to grab my phone to call the police and i am pregnant @ 13 weeks this place is horrible and don't recommend no one to go there this place should be shut downService: Body & Trim
