When I started looking for a 2024 Honda CRV hybrid in the limited trim, there were no dealers in my area that had this in stock. Using KBB to do a search Brown Honda had one in stock and their sales person immediately contacted me. I drove the hour drive there after making an appointment for the next day with Jonathan Jakob. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door with a smile and asking how they could help us. We then were directed to Jonathan Who greeted us with a firm handshake And a smile at his desk. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable with no pressure tactics applied at all. After test driving the vehicle, we sat down to discuss the particulars. Jonathan was straightforward. There was no back-and-forth sales tactics that some places use. Other sales staff that walk by us while sitting at his desk were kind and smiled or said hello. Once we settled on everything which was an extremely easy deal, we then were introduced to the finance person who was just as nice and knowledgeable as everyone else there. He made the worst part of the deal, money spending :) Fun and easy-going. He marked all the paperwork which needed to go in the glove box or to the insurance so that we did not have to sort through that. Super easy transaction.We then were directed back to Jonathan and he went over the vehicle with us to explain the features so that we could understand and have a smooth ride home. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable and at ease and I would definitely recommend Brown Honda and Jonathan Jajaou! You guys rock!

Just recently went into Honda just to "look" and to talk to Jonathan Jajou about options. The service I received from him from the moment we started to talk about my options, he answered every question I had and explained everything I needed to know. Jonathan was cordial, receptive and punctual. I couldn't be more satisfied with the decision I made thanks to his help. Jonathan Jajou is someone I 100% recommend.

service was absolutely fantastic, there was no dilly dally or waiting. Calling beforehand and speaking with a representative will help immensely, if you re seeing this ask for AC! He is absolutely the best at making things easy to understand and comfortable for you while also being very professional and patient with every question you will have. Johnny was great to work with. No games or shady vibes at all. Straight shooter and took care of us well. The whole team at brown was helpful and kind. Didn t talk us into anything we didn t want and Mark was also very kind. He did however offer my kids a snack they didn t like and didn t offer us 50k for a trade in worth 10k so take that as you will

Find Wendy C. and you will have a good car buying experience. Walked in just to test drive and she let me take 5 cars. She ran the numbers as many times as I asked and put up 0 sales pressure. She was transparent and honest about every step of the process. Thanks for the 2024 hatchback!

ROAD TRIP to Toledo, from Michigan, because Brown Honda had the used cars we were looking for. We spoke to AC on the phone & he had those cars ready for us when we pulled into the dealership. Turns out, we purchased a new Honda Civic Touring sedan because it fit our needs better. Thanks to AC & the team at Brown Honda for working with us to make the trade in & purchase process as easy as possible. I highly recommend this dealership & Its COOL to buy a car with AC!

Wonderful customer service. Jonathan made the buying experience fun and painless. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Derrick in finance did a great job getting me the best rate. Absolutely everyone I came in contact with went out of their way to to be friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this business if you are in need of an automobile. Bought a beautiful CRV yesterday. This past Saturday my husband and I drove to Brown Honda in Toledo because they had the CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring we were interested in checking out. We had an excellent experience working with AC.AC was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and upbeat while working with us to finalize our purchase. The dealership didn t have the rear seat protectors we wanted in stock. AC ordered them and is going to meet my husband (on his day off) to get them to us, saving us from having to drive back to Toledo to pick them up! I highly recommend asking for AC at Brown Honda if you are in the market for a vehicle! Eric Olsen assisted with the financing and was also very friendly and helpful through that process.

My husband and I went to Brown Honda on Central Ave On 12/30/22 and we met with Vincent Rhoades we were really impressed with him , he showed us different vehicles and he first addressed what we needed was a vehicle that could be converted to a Handicapped accessible car so my husband would be able to get out more. I must say he truly delivered what we needed and we ended up finding the vehicle we needed. Everyone at Brown Honda was so very nice. Vincent took the time to explain everything we needed to know. So if you are looking for a vehicle go to Brown Honda and you will not be disappointed. I was totally disappointed that I thought Vince sold us a lemon but thanks to the sales men Matt he fix the problem and gave us this beautiful van. Now I will be able to take my husband out with me once we get it handicap accessible for him. Matt you truly out did yourself. And Thanks for waiting until 9:30 pm until Tarps picked up my husband. We got White Lightning on 8/11/23

Highly recommend working with John Cheung at Brown Honda! We came to him looking for a lightly used/newer Odyssey, he listened to our must have items, clearly laid out our options and a plan for finding the right fit. He found the perfect vehicle within our desired timeline and price range. He is clearly knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to Hondas. He taught us all the extra functions of the car and truly made us comfortable and confident through the process. Best car buying experience by far!

My experience at Brown Honda was nothing short of wonderful. They were very easy to work with. Special shout out to Jonathan Jajou!! If you are looking to buy or lease a Honda I strongly recommend you see him. Five stars for him alone He is the nicest car salesman that I have ever dealt with(and I have dealt with many). Definitely worth the 200 mile drive to buy my new Pilot. Mark F was fantastic to work with starting with my online inquiry to securing the exact Honda I was looking for. Communication was great throughout the process- very attentive but never pushy. We arrived for pick up and everyone was friendly and helpful. Zach was easy to work with and explained the finance end of things and Issa explained all the features on my new car well. They sent us off with a full tank of gas and feeling appreciated. This past Saturday I recently bought my first car and had an absolutely AMAZING experience with AC! I was a bit nervous going into it because I wasn t sure what to expect, but AC made sure I understood all of my options and everything there is to know when purchasing a vehicle. He immediately got me in the car for a test drive and I fell in love and right away he got us started on the process! I m really glad AC was out sales guy! He s a very friendly and funny guy and I couldn t have asked for a better experience! Recommend to my friends and family and anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle!He also followed up with me to make sure everything was running okay and asked if I had any questions. I was in search of buying a new vehicle. Decided to look up what Brown Honda had to offer, of course I had to read reviews just so I know what I was getting into. I came across so many reviews mentioning this salesman by the name of AC. I was sold, decided to stop in asked for him specifically. It was so funny bc he was like how did hear abt me, I replied on Google reviews . Long story short he was a vibe, he made my car buying experience smooth, funny and rewarding. I walked away with everything I wanted in a car and for that I highly recommend AC for the win. He's great and I would purchase with him again

Everyone at brown was amazing. We worked with Zak Foltz, who was the best. He let us look and see whatever car we wanted and bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. He was also extremely honest and very helpful. We had a great experience with the brown dealership and will definitely be going back.

JONATHAN IS THE BEST!!!He went above and beyond with helping me. Jonathan, I truly appreciate your honesty & the fact that you actually listened with what type of car I wanted. I never once felt pressured.This was my first time shopping for a vehicle without my dad. He unfortunately passed away a few years ago. As a female, shopping for a vehicle on my own was a nightmare, until I got in touch with Jonathan at Brown Honda.
