I will never do business here again. I ve had my cars serviced here for years and the experience keeps getting worse each time. The service advisors lie and steal peoples money. I went in to simply have the shield under my car reattached as all it needed was new clips. The service advisor tried telling me I needed a new shield cover and it would cost $300 for parts and labor. This didn t feel right so I took my car to another service center and they said nothing was wrong with the shield and all I needed was new clips. The other service center I went to did the repair for $5 cost of the clips and took 2 minutes for them to do. Additionally, every time I ve taken my car here their service advisors are rude as if you re a burden to them and they have very poor time management skills. They can never tell you how long your car will actually take or when it will be done and they encourage you to drop off your car yet will take hours after your car is repaired to call and let you know. I will never do business here again and Ford really needs to step in to investigate this service center for poor business practices cause it s a bad look for Ford.

Don't you think it's odd that a large dealership only has 6 reviews? We'll see how long this stays before it "vanishes" again.Edit 9/15/23The work done at this shop caused a low oil pressure on my engine and destroyed the main bearing. They are refusing to take responsibility for their workmanship and instead want to charge me to do an engine swap. Changing back to 1 star. Stay far away from their place.

Many issues with my last service appointment. I wanted oil change, rotate the tires, knocking issue in steering wheel. The F350 had 36,355 miles on it. The knocking issue they thought was the tie rod ends. A Ford representative gave Jim at the service dept a number to call to extend the warranty to cover the tie rod ends, the Ford representative said he refused to do this. Then they tried to charge us for the tire rotation, which was never done. My husband marks the tires. We had to ask to have the truck washed. They never aligned the truck. No one from Brondes ever called to give an update or to let us know the truck was ready. We had to keep calling wondering what was going on. The day we did pick it up we kept checking the Ford app and could see it sitting in the parking lot we gave the 2 hours to see if they would call to say it was ready sadly crickets until we called to ask.

Brondes has reached out to me and went beyond my expectations to correct anything they over looked when I had my last service appointment. I am very thankful to them for their great service. I will always recommend Brondes for sales and service.
