This was one of my best car buying experiences. From the start, the dealership responded quickly. No stupid chatbots or automated responses filling up my inbox. They had a better selection of used cars than any local dealership so I made the 2 plus hour drive there. Chris Miller did a great job and had the three cars I was interested in lined up and waiting for me when I got there. He also did not ride with me when I test drove them which is much appreciated. There is nothing more annoying than trying to look over a used car with a salesperson in your ear asking a bunch of questions. The condition of the cars was above average. I was able to get through finance in no time! Chris even helped me load the car on the trailer to take it home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to experience how a dealership should treat their customers.

This dealership was an answer to my prayers! I found BMW of Toledo online 4 days after I totaled my favorite car, a 2014 Red on Red Sarah Wrangler. They had a 2022 Red Wrangler, just under 17,000 Miles, at a wonderful price, I fell in love with. Jayme McBride answered my call, and I asked him, "What's wrong with it, why is it priced so low?" He said they price them to sell, not to set. He kept in touch with me, helping me through the process.This Jeep when it arrived looked brand new! Clean, Polished, and perfect. Thank you to Jayme McBride and Mason for the smooth delivery to my door in Kansas!! This Dealership and the new Wrangler far surpasses my expectations.

We were impressed with Logan as our dealer. We originally went there to just look and get an idea of what we can get. Logan had answered all of our questions and set us up with a car what seemed like just minutes. He was very personable and we'd ask for his assistance the next time we buy another BMW. We appreciate everything he did and what Mason did for us to get us in a car.

This is not a normal Dealership! I have a collection of over 30 cars and this Dealership goes Above and Beyond what I have ever experienced at any dealership nationwide. Chris and Brennan are class acts, I bought a BMW sight unseen and had it shipped from Ohio to NY. The car is great, but the Transaction, Transparency, Communication, and Deal that I received will keep me coming back as a life long customer.

Chris and Mason make good things happen. Drove down from MI to look at X5, just as advertised. Excellent condition, purchased same day for wife beautiful drive home. Happy wife,Happy life! That's all I got to say about that! Complimentary mugs.

Outstanding service!! Jim is the ultimate professional!! I had my car towed in the night before and when I spoke with Jim the next morning about my car they were very busy. I explained to Jim s that I lived out of state and was stranded. Jim was able to get my car in that day and I was able to be on my way by the end of the day. Thanks to his customer service, I rate them 5 stars!! Kudos

My son purchased a very nice pre-owned 5 Series. Originally, I had posted a good review but it turns out that during the sale we showed the salesperson there was a deep puncture on the side wall of one of the mismatched tires. This car was AWD so matching tires is important. We were told that this issue would be addressed so we figured we could confidently move forward with the sale. In the end, we were not provided matching tires and my son had to spend over $800 out of pocket to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive with matching tires that would not damage the AWD system. Buyers beware, if a business doesn't have integrity why would you spend your money there?

This was my first visit here after moving away from a dealership where I've been an extremely satisfied and loyal customer since 2003. So the bar was set very high. I must say that so far I am feeling very hopeful that I have lucked out yet again. My service writer John and everyone one that I interacted with was knowledgeable, attentive and made sure that I had an impressive experience and left with a big smile on my face. 5 star experience without a doubt!

I Was looking for a specific color/package for my new car. I spoke with 5 different dealers in Columbus, Cleveland and Toledo. Glen at BMW Toledo was the only one who made the effort to track what I was looking for down. He had it shipped from Wisconsin within 2 days of speaking. Drove from central Ohio to do business with him. Would highly recommend him.

John from the service department was so nice, polite, and very informative and helpful. I brought my Mini Cooper in for a few problems, I was so happy to hear that one of the master technicians was a former Mini tech. I was also sent a very impressive and informative video of the overall check of myMini. Now on to the repairs

I m always happy with my service. John does a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They always send me a video of the work that s being done plus let me know what else they need to do. It s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly.

BMW of ToledoWelcoming, professional, patient, and accommodating are just a few attributes to describe our initial encounter with Chris (our salesman). The service we received from Chris was phenomenal!The financing process was a seamless and smooth transaction, thanks to Mason the finance manager.Not to forget how Sophia, the genius, was gracious enough to give us a crash course in working the software A must have to appreciate the full aspect of the driving experience.We drove over an hour from another state and it was well worth our time. We completed the entire process within a few hours and are 100% satisfied with our purchase.

I spent close to two months searching for a 22 X3 m40i, and when one came up ~600 miles away I was a bit hesitant about finalizing a deal before seeing the car. Jayme did a great job navigating me through the process and answering countless questions about the history of the vehicle. When I came there I was surprised as to how accurate everything was and I could not find a single discrepancy. Brennan in finance did an amazing job walking me through all of the warranty and maintenance options, which was really helpful for me as a first time BMW owner.Overall have nothing but pleasant things to say about my experience. I really appreciate the transparency of the market based model and it was well worth the 8 hour drive to Toledo!

I will continue to take my vehicle to them for service and look forward to purchasing another BMW from them. Jim McAuley kept me up to date about the repair and expected time of completion. They found out what was wrong with my car and how much it s going to cost to fix. They were very informational to see how long I had before something serious happens. They pulled the carfax on my car as well to help me get a better understanding about my car. They been helping me through since I got this car a year ago from another dealership. They very good awesome people to deal with. In the future if need a car I recommend Yark dealership. Thank you all again for your hard work and taking time to really look through my car and washing it. Sorry for the puppy fur and smudges from the puppy too.

Great service by Kyle at Yark BMW of Toledo Service Dept. Often people will not go to the dealership because of cost, but when you receive personalize attention, it means a lot. Kyle provides professionalism that is needed in all service industries. He has built trust with me and that is priceless!
