I set an appointment for the exhaust and new tires. They got car in right away. After an hour told me they cannot do the exhaust. After 2 hours they say almost done. After 3 hours I find out they are waiting for a lugnut.... I walked next door and bought a lug nut. Still have to go somewhere else to get a new muffler. Will never use them again

Female manager I dealt with rude. Would not sell me one tire, said I had to buy a full set for the type of vehicle I drove. I have purchase many tires for this car, never ever had to buy all 4, dumb

EDIT: they were short staffed and gave me a discount for the inconvenience, so I ve changed my review.I brought my car in for 4 new tires at 10:00 am and was told it would only take a few hours. I called at 1 pm after not hearing anything, and they told me they hadn t even gotten to my car yet. Assured me it would be done at 5, as I had to go into work by 5:30. I come in the door at 5 and my car is STILL not done. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do NOT come here for tires. Costco is the much better option. Only took 1 hour for them to do the same job.

Don't have your tires changed here if you want them to be clean or for them to be gentle to magnesium or aluminum rims.They took a high speed steel wire wheel to them, cutting deep into the rim.

I found a piece of metal in my tire on a rainy cold night while leaving the grocery store. I spoke with Stephan on the phone and he was so helpful! Got me right in, got the tire repaired and I was on my way all before my ice cream melted! Two thumbs up and 5 stars for Stephan and staff!

I drive a lowered Miata and it s pretty low to fit on most racks and needless to say this tireman dialed in my alignment perfect. Gerry Holman helped me out a ton by getting me in and getting me squared away ASAP. I ll definitely be going back if I ever need another alignment. Thanks again Gerry and thanks to the dude doing the alignments you guys were great

I've been a customer of Tireman for many years and have been perfectly happy. Recently, the company was purchased by Belle Tire. WATCH OUT!A couple weeks ago, I stopped at the Tireman shop on King Road in Sylvania for an oil change. I was told I'd have to wait for 45 minutes. Two hours later, a young woman escorted me into the service area and presented me with a LONG list of needed repairs.Being a little suspicious, a couple days later I took the car to an auto mechanic friend of mine who put my car up on his lift and we took a look.#1. Almost none of the items on the long list needed to be done. The list suggested over $3,000 of work.#2. "I thought you told me they did an oil change?" My mechanic said, "They didn't bother to give you the lube you paid for." None of the lubrication points on the car had been touched.I called Tireman when I got home and they told me that since they were purchased by Belle Tire, they were told not to lube the car when they change your oil. What?!? Yet everything online clearly says, "Oil, Lube and Filter."Think about it - they skip the lube, your parts wear out faster, you go back to them sooner for repairs. $$$$Since the ownership change, Lord know where else they are cutting corners without telling you.Now, I m looking for an honest place to get my service done.

This was our go to place, but the last visit not only did we have issues, but it seemed that a lot of people were complaining. It has definitely changed because they used to be great. I must say, however, that they did do everything to make things right. It was just very frustrating to have them call to say the car was done then having to sit there for 1 1/2 hours after we got there before things were fixed.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! DO NOT make a payment for any work done until you have checked the invoice. I dropped my car off for a noise coming from the rear. Got a call at home from Brian to tell me it was the left rear wheel bearing and the cost would be $461.00 and "is covered by 30 mth/30,000 mile warranty". The cost seemed a bit steep, but I agreed to get it done. After paying my bill I noticed that $42.00 of that was for an "Extended" warranty to double the standard 15/15 warranty. Only when I confronted them, they refunded me the $42.00 back. When i confronted Brian about selling me an extended warranty without my consent, his attitude was that "he told me the cost of replacing a wheel bearing and I agreed to it"; regardless of the fact that he was selling me a separate product that I did not know I was buying, was not required to fix my vehicle, nor would a reasonable person pay for or need for the repair. This is not a reflection on the quality or the workmanship. Just the underhanded upsell that is dishonest. Bottom line --- Make sure you're not paying for unnecessary extras without your consent.

Bought 4 tires a while ago from another location, have had nothing but issues and problems at any other Tireman location with the replacement tires. My back left tire exploded while driving last Black Friday and caused damage to my car. The Tireman I got them from didn t seem to care or even feel like it was their responsibility even though my car is damaged from a product they sold me. (Maumee) After replacement there, it would be flat every other day and I decided to try this location. Brought my car in dropped it off without an appointment after work, they took care of me no problem, excellent customer service, friendly staff, new tire ACTUALLY holding air unlike any other time I ve tried to fix the issue. As well as no cost to me due to the warranty I got when I purchased. This was gonna be my last attempt to do business with Tireman but this team definitely saved my faith in Tireman. Will be back for the other repairs.

Made an appointment online to find out it wasn t for another week. I felt bad and was willing to come back, but the gentleman let me leave the vehicle there. Done my brakes and oil change and they had all my pets there. By far better than Midas with customer service and prices. Gentlemen answered all my questions and educated me about my brakes in perfect terms for a woman to understand. Thank you guys for taking my car same day and car running like new!

Highly recommend! Never been to tireman before but was recommended by a friend. I called a couple mornings ago, asked if they could possibly get me in that afternoon to fix my back breaks. He said absolutely. They went above and beyond, figured out what the problems were and got them fixed for me for a very reasonable price. They definitely have a new returning customer for the future!

Tireman was once a respectable company, honest, and thorough. However after Covid like so many other businesses, customer service and hard work has gone down significantly. They cut corners and do not keep records of what the customers ask for which means it is the customers words against theirs. Tireman lied and said they did all of the things I asked for on my vehicle but instead did the opposite, which ended up costing me hundreds more at another auto service company. I have been a loyal customer, I have referred Tireman to many people and have had all 3 of my vehicles serviced at the King Road location for over 4 years, and will never return to Tireman due to their dishonestly, and refusal to take responsibility for issues THEY missed.

Took my es350 for oil service and tire rotation, noticed the tpms light was on, called them back, they said mechanic must have forgotten to reset light, bring it back and we will reset light, a week later had to take the car in again as the vsc light popped up, so had them check the tpms light, they said 3 of the 4 tires were low, nothing wrong with the tires, so I asked why were the tires not checked when they were rotated last week, was told that should not cause any problems for the car, i am not expert at cars but running the car with 3 low tires for over a week will not mess up the alignment!

Been coming to this tireman since I was 16 (over 10 years) and never have had an issue. Today I show up at 7:30am as the very first walk in. It s now 2pm and I am just now leaving the shop. 6.5 hour just to change oil and to get 1 new tire. Joe a promised me I would be out by noon as I had an event that I now missed. To compensate me for 6.5 hours of my time Joe gave me a whopping $5 discount. Safe to say I won t be back even with the free oil change card he have me. And not to mention how derogatory the employees talk to each other while customers are in the waiting room. I got to head a lot sitting around for 6.5 hours

First time visit to this location. Customer service was beyond amazing both over the phone and in person. I was baffled when it came to the total. Thought It was a joke. Look forward to returning

I have been going here for years. I have always had a positive experience. They have been so helpful and honest to me. I would think I needed one thing that might have cost a lot more than what I really needed and they are quick to tell you that. Tires! I needed tires but can't afford top of the line. They asked me questions about how much I drive. Where I park (whether inside protected against the elements or outside where the elements are not so kind to anything let alone your tires) because I don't drive that many miles per week so I was able to get quality tires within the price I could afford. This is one of the best things about them. They don't try to sell to you anything more than you can afford, always making sure it's what you need. I just couldn't say enough. I'd highly recommend them over any competitors out there!

Made an appointment. They got me in right away. Nice waiting room where o got to watch what I wanted and have a bottled water on them. Coffee was available as well. Good price and quick service. Not to mention the gentleman who rang me up even opened the Door for me since I was carrying a car seat and purse. Excellent customer service.

I used to like this place but I had issues with getting air in my tires.I had to go inside and talk to the manager or I think he was the manager.I do not think I will be back never had this issue before ..

Brought my car here because I was advised that there was some electrical draw on the system causing the car to die. I explained the issue and possible causes (and also requested a look at the TPMS system as the light was on). I had to leave the car overnight because they couldn't find any issues that day, but they ended up not finding any issues at all and we ended up discovering that there really wasn't anything wrong with the car. They waived the fee for the inspection (and turns out the TPMS system just needed to be reloaded) and I ended up out the door without having to spend a dime! Very nice place, I'll be bringing both of my cars here for the foreseeable future. But don't come here if you just wanna throw a fit and yell at the employees, they're human beings too you gremlin.

I had a flat and was looking for new tires. New to me car. I called a few places and the prices where high 8 to 9 hundred. Call this tireman they were Very nice and me being a women they were respectful and listened not condescending as some shops I had called. Had the tires changed in 2 hours even when they were busy. And the price was less them half of what I had been quoted from other places. Will be going there from now on .

Very happy with Tireman and the employees. This was my first time going to them because I had normally gone to a competitor of theirs down the road who I caught lying to me about issues with my car, I do most work on my car and knew what they had said was false. Tireman was very fast with inspecting my car and called to tell me the issues they found. They were correct in their findings and informed me on what I could do on my own to save some money. Will definitely be my go to in the future for my other vehicle.

I have had multiple issues with my car just this year and since I work down the road this location is very convenient. They go out of their way to help and work with you in any way they can. The employees here are very personable and honest and don't try to push unnecessary repairs on you. I would recommend this Tireman to anyone looking for a place to take their vehicle. They do a great job in a timely manner as well!

My oil change took longer than expected, 50 minutes vs. 30 minutes, so they gave it to me for free. I took my other new vehicle to the Toyota Dealer a couple of months back and it took 1.5 hours for an oil change. Even though it was free due to being a new car, they never said a word or apologized for taking so long. I will definitely be taken all of my vehicles to Tireman for all oil changes and service needs. Thanks!

While having lower ball joints replaced on my 2003 F150 at the King Road center, a Tireman Tech accidentally punctured my trucks fuel tank. They informed me of the mistake and told me they would replace the tank at no cost to me. Some auto service firms would have lied and said it arrived that way, then charged me to replace the tank. I was impressed by their honesty, and consideration for the customer. I recommend these folks without reservation.

I've gone to this Tireman for every oil change, repair, and inspection for the last 5 years because they offer fair prices and absolutely have the best customer service I've ever received at an auto service shop. The managers and mechanics will always go out of their way to make sure you get what you need and that it's done right...but they're also honest about what you need and what can wait. They never fish for extra repairs and parts needed to take advantage of you like so many auto shops do. Highly recommend!

I got there about 10 AM and left a little before 3 PM. Had oil change and air conditioner recharge. Air took the longest. They told me it take 2 1/2 to 3 hours for the air and they were totally busy. In the waiting area was coffee and bottled water, plus a restroom and TV. Had my book with me, my phone. I was fine. With them being so busy, not bad. First time I was there. Had coupons, so bill was ok, air was the most. It needed a lot of charge. I would go back again.

These guys seem to have learned one of the most important lessons in business - Excellent customer service + good work + fair prices = repeat customer. That means more business for them in the future. So many other shops go for the quick buck but lose out in the long run when customers figure out what they're doing and never go back. These guys have given me price breaks, and done diagnostic stuff for free. They've been willing to explain in detail what's wrong with my car.

Disappointed that they changed from tire man. I hope that Belle Tire can keep the low prices as the tire man.
