These guys always take care of your needs at an affordable price, always professional and welcoming! Nice waiting room with comfy seats, free water and coffee. Thank you for changing mine and my wife s tire, I m sure we ll be back due to these dang Toledo potholes

Came in today on my lunch hour with a flat tire! John Cook reassured me that he would be able to get me back on the road in no time. They did a great jobs and I was able to get back to work in no time " flat" Thank You!!!!!!!

Because today I went to another repair shop. After they checked my car,the first question they asked me is: Did you repair the clutch?..... I was surprised why they asked so. They asked me to check my car and said that they hadn't installed well your steering gear mounting bolt . I was very, very, very angry. The only thing that made me happy was that when I was angry, tireman sent a text message that made me comment on tireman. Now that the evaluation has been written, I will go to tireman now to ask what's going on. I will continue to update my comments.12-28-2021.........I back to there the guy told me will check my car.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in for just a regular oil change and the same day about 6 hours later I was driving and my oil filter blew off because they installed it improperly. When I called they were not sympathetic at all. Their first and only concern was the the dollar. They clearly were only focused on making sure they didn t lose money. They fixed the oil filter the next day. When they called to let me know the car was ready to be picked up you can tell they were just trying to save themselves again. One of the first things they said when they called me was to tell me that there was still oil in the pan. Even though when I checked the dipstick it was bone dry. Looked like a brand new dipstick. So clearly there wasn t enough oil in the car to drive safely without doing any damage.When I went in to pick it they never offered me a reimbursement for the initial oil change. Which should have been the absolute bare minimum for the inconvenience that they caused. When I stated that I wanted one the Manager, Nick, was absolutely reluctant. He said he could give me a free oil change for the next one. I promise you I will never return. When I was adamant that I wanted a refund he was very reluctant and tried to emphasize that it would take a few days to see the money back in my account as if that was going to deter me. Again, they only cared about saving their money.I also told them I want everything documented that they are at fault so if I have any future issues it is clear why. On the invoice it says verbatim Vehicle arrived with no oil filter on - we added oil and replaced oil filter. Which makes it sound like it was my fault. When I said that I wanted that corrected it to state that it was their fault. The Manager, Nick, said well it s documented you came in earlier that day to get an oil change so we would know . Yet again, they were incredibly reluctant to take any form of ownership. Fortunately, I pushed for it and it is documented that it was their fault. Throughout this entire experience with them they were exceptionally difficult and they never apologized for their wrong doing. I will never be going back there again. It was absolutely horrible through and through. I would recommend to anyone to look elsewhere for an oil change and save yourself time and frustration.

Friendly service, and fair prices. We went in for an oil change and for them to check why a few of our tires were going low. Ended up buying 2 new tires. They stayed a little late just to make sure they got our vehicle back to us. Not a big fan of the stamp system, it's to easy for me to loose that card in between oil changes since you only get a couple a year, would be better to just be tied to your account.

I ve only had positive experiences here. Other auto shops failed to diagnose actual problems with my vehicle that Tireman found. They have always been reliable. The manager, Mike, is friendly, understanding and helpful each time I come in. Employees are friendly and listen to concerns.

My mom took her car last week for a flat tire close to the end of the day. Everyone that helped her was extremely nice. They were able to put on the spare tire for the night. The next day they repaired the tire and put it back on for a very reasonable price and were able to apply coupons to help her save even more. Each time she went in or called she dealt with a different person, including Aaron and Caleb. All the people were so helpful, caring and understanding, even though it was the end of a long work day. It is nice to see there still good people in the world that are willing to help others. Thank you so much. We appreciate you.

I take my tire in for repair because it had a screw in it. Tire man told me my tire cannot be repaired and that I needed to purchase a new one for $283. I ordered a tire from Best One Fleet (Jam), when I get there they tell me that my tire can be repaired free of charge. Shame on tireman for trying to sell me a tire what I didn't not need one. I Hope when Belle tire takes over they have better integrity. They try to treat customers right.Eli W.

I came to see how much it would be to get my headlight fixed they never came back to give me a price. I went to the desk to ask if my car was looked at and if anyone had an estimate and the man said no, less than 10 minutes later they had already fixed it without saying anything and charged almost 80 dollars. I know that they re suppose to look at what you bring in and give you the price first before they start fixing on your car so I did not like that. They got it done quick, for a first but that s not the point. Attached here is the copy of the receipt. I m not sure why you can t find me in the system when I just came last month.

Got a nail in my tire around 9am. Drove straight to Tireman at 9:20 after calling and being told my car could be fixed up in about an hour. They were able to take it back within 10 minutes of me being there and I was out the door in a little over an hour. Tori was great help over the phone and in person. They were able to replace my tire with the brand I wanted which also comes with their great warranty. Inside the store was clean and quiet while I waited. Overall: a great visit and the reason I choose Tireman! Thanks to all at the S Reynolds Rd location who helped make this experience great!

Great customer service. They replaced my tire that had blew out. I checked around various places they had the tire I needed. The work was done in less than an hour. I have my oil changes done there. Great prices on their various services. Thank you very much for fitting me into the schedule. They saved me from having to rent a car to go out of town.

The service guys were very nice, however I waited two hours for an oil change. They were busy but my car was in the stall for over an hour. I was told at one point they were finishing up and would pull my car around in a few minutes. 30 minutes later, my car was not in the stall nor in their parking lot. The young man behind the counter kept saying maybe they pulled it out to put air in the tire, but my car was nowhere to be found. After about another 10 minutes, someone pulls up in my car. Did someone take a joy ride? I will not return. I still don't know where my car was. Made me very uncomfortable.

I called them at 10:00 in the morning they didn't have the size tires that I needed but had them there by noon. I got there at 1:00 and by 2:00 they were finished they could not have been any more helpful or polite! I will be going back to have some suspension work done within the next week or so! Very, very nice young men!!!Keith

The work and price seem to be fair. But the personnel at the counter needs a lot of help. I made the mistake of making my appointment on line. When I got to the store and told them that I made my appointment online. I was greeted with Oh I need the keys . The appointment was at 3 and the car didn t even go to the bay till 3:49. My car came out I waited a while and went to the counter. I asked the same gentleman that greeted me if I was good to go and he said someone needs to do your paperwork. So I waited patiently all while the gentleman was counting large amounts of money and completely ignoring the fact that I was waiting. So then some woman comes out that I ve never seen let s me pay so I can get out of there. It before it s all over she s trying to recommend other services but goes from tires to alignment to struts so quick that I have no idea what she s even trying to sell me. The most of the time this is going on the other gentleman just stood there with more piles of money on the counter. It was obvious that they must not like appointments late on a Friday, or to be inconvenienced by just a tire purchase. I won t go back it s obvious they don t appreciate my business.

Took my Car for Oil change and Tire rotation. After the service, I noticed the parking brake was not adjusted correctly and the brake pads were touching the rotor during driving and pads become too hot.Manager called me day later and asked me to bring the car so they can check what went wrong. I took my car to Serivce center and Kevin looked at it. He was very professional and he drove the car along with me . The issue seems to be fixed after engaging and disengaging parking brake several times. All good for now. Thanks for the follow up

Very friendly and did a great job on my car, put 2 new tires and oil change. Price very reasonable and didn't recommend anything that wasn't needed as I already knew state of my car. So glad they didn't try sell or advice me to get something that It didn't need

Good service went to get my oil change and wait time was shorter then expected. Only reason I gave them a 4 instead of 5 is because I asked them to check my battery because I had a issue with it the the night before and they said they checked it and it was fine. So I left but I had a feeling I should take it to a couple different places just to be sure and everywhere I took it said bad battery. So I ended up buying a new battery which is a lost for them because if they would of really checked it I would of bought it from them.

The day of my service I was a little irritated that they had my car a few hours longer than I anticipated. When I finally picked up the car I realized that the delay was due to top notch service. These guys went above and beyond to diagnose my issues and service my vehicle properly. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen. Thanks Tireman (Reynolds/Angola)

Best tireman around! Fast and great service. Cory was my technician and got me on the road quickly before I left for a long trip. We re in a level 3 snow storm and they were open for me in my time of need.

I had a positive experience at Tireman Auto Service Center on Angola and Reynolds Rd. Starting with the friendly hello, may I help you, listening to my car issue, service person giving me an estimate, sincerely stating he would try to get to my car today. I was overjoyed that my brake lights were repaired and the price was to my liking. Continue the great service and I will recommend you to my family and friends.

Came here in 2019 and had a terrible experience, parts were damaged and the car needed to be left with them for 3 days. Returned in 2023 for a warranty and to my shock the place is ran differently, Kevin who I believe was the manager at the time of my visit was very professional and courteous, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I went in for an oil change and waited two hours. When I came in they told me 45 minutes. Then, they tried to up-sell me telling me I needed new tires because they wouldn t pass inspection. I literally got new tires a month ago, FROM THE DEALERSHIP!!!! This place is outrageous. I definitely recommend finding a smaller more trustworthy mechanic.

I had emergency need for two tires the day I was leaving on a 600 mile trip. If I had gone on trip at 80 mph on expressways, I would now be dead.limited on funds and 83 years old. The boys on Reynolds Rd, where I have always had great service. actually had tires priced better than other places.Think of this, President of Tireman, your team must have saved thousands of lives over the years with customers who came in before trips.

Update:Had my car in 3 times now and it s still not fixed. Took it back in on Saturday for them to call and tell me that they don t have a diagnostic person in on Saturdays. So what exactly did you do the last Saturday that I brought it in? I m guessing that s why I didn t get it back until Tuesday (never called to let me know that it wouldn t be done Saturday and 4th was Monday). I wouldn t recommend going here. I used to use Tireman exclusively and they were fantastic but this is unacceptable.Update: Received a call today 7/13. Car is done and fixed. After having the Air Compressor replaced in November, taken in 7/2 and replaced again 7/5, taken in again on 7/9 (not worked on due to no one available for diagnostic work) and taken in today. The new air compressor wasn t working correctly due to a fuse. I m hopeful that this is the end. Thank you for fixing it, I just wish the fuses had been checked much sooner.I m changing my rating from a 1 to a 3.

Went to Tireman on Reynolds Road in South Toledo today. Usually the customer service is excellent, but today I am furious. I was the first coming in today, because I have tons of stuff today. Left my car there at 7:30, came back at 9 am after breakfast with my friend. Car is still on the same spot where I parked it. So that kind is of struck me as odd. And, rest assured, they totally forgot about it. So now I have to wait like I just dropped my car off. So I asked for a rebate for the inconvenience, the least they could do I think. But I received this snarky remark from one of the gentlemen with the fitting facial expression: Well, mistakes happen. Great, now you try to make the customer look like the bad guy here. I said: I don t need an attitude. He said: I am not having an attitude! My response was: Yes, you do! To which he replied: Then I apologize . Another guy gave me then $10 off for the inconvenience. I am in customer service myself. If I would give just a iota of that kind of attitude in my job, I would get fired promptly. But car repair shops and the guys that work there have often an entitlement attitude towards female customers that is not acceptable. I wonder if he would told a man with such an undertone and facial expression showing utter destain Well, mistakes happen! My guess is: No. And I will have to rethink where I will take my car from now on. Not because they forgot me, but because of the subpar customer service.

Work done expeditiously and well, as far as I know now so far. Was hoping to have a door lock issue addressed but there wasn t time. Will have dealership look at it when I go in for a recall. Have always received great service at any Tireman I ve been to - Findlay, downtown Toledo and Reynolds Road.

Very happy with the customer service and the professionalism. I blew a tire on the Anthony Wayne trail on my way to take my daughter to school. I called around who could get me in the fastest. I was 4 min away and they got me in and out in time to make it back to work. I'm so thankful for the excellent customer service. I will be going here from now on for all my tire needs.

Usually fast and always friendly. Today was extremely slow for an oil change. 2 hours I waited. I ll still give 5 stars because my past experiences have been good.
