Bought a battery from them, car wasn't starting so had them check it they said it was fine. 2 weeks later im in the Upper Peninsula and my car won't start. Ended up in small town cost $200+ for a new battery, paid $18 for the core so I could get my warranty when I came back to Toledo. They offered me $26 (warrenty + battery return)in store credit, so in the end they offered me $8 warranty as in store credit. So much for a pro-rated warranty. The guy was rude and didn't seem to care that it was a huge inconvenience and cost me way more then if they would have replaced my battery when they said it was "fine".Also have called multiple times and left VM's with the corporate office. No response yetCan't figure out to reply to their comment, but my battery was a little over 3 years old, no recommendation was made to me to replace my battery in fact they said it was something other then my battery hence why I didn't replace it. 2nd "the way I choose to treat your technicians". I had to drive to a different store across town because your technician wasn't willing to help me at all and yelled at me as I walked out the door. All I did is question the $26 And in store credit. I wasn't rude at all. I used the $26 on two 24 packs of your excessively over priced AAA Batteries.I still haven't received a called back from customer service , I wonder why!?

I normally don't do this, but these guys were amazing. Had a new battery installed on the truck. I didn't even have time to look at my phone. In and out in under 10 mins! Great experience.

I went to my regular auto repair center to have my alternator checked. They said they would work it in, in time. So I took it to it to Battery Wholesale and they checked the alternator and the battery and they found a dead cell. It was replaced and Iwas out the door in ten minutes, also with a new battery for my remote. They are a very efficient and knowledgeable about their job. I will go to them first next time !

Professional, Fast,and knowledgeable! I went to a dealership first and took my 2019 chevy suburban charged me 158$ to diagnose and told me I needed a new window motor and battery. They wanted an additional 850$ for those services. I took my vehicle to Battery Wholesale and suggested sometimes when the battery is that low on a charge a window motor might not work. I got the best battery they had and my window immediately worked. Killed two birds with one stone!!

I have had two different instances where I went to then to check batteries and alternators. Both times the workers were nice and took care of the issue. They did not try and sell me a battery when I didn't need one. Great guys and trustworthy.

Very helpful they had me pull my car in right away and tested my battery and told me that was my. I bought several batteries from them in the past and never had any problems

My first time there and before entering the garage, the associate was a JERK....shaking his head at me (because I didn't want to drive straight in....due to a pot hole), then he violently motioned with his arm to get into the garage! What kind of welcome is that?! I spoke to a manager, while another manager put my battery in my car and made it a much better visit! Thanks guys! The other guy needs an Anger Management Class! (West Toledo)

Went in to get my battery changed. The young guy that helped me was so polite and had excellent customer service I was in a put within 10 minutes. Will definitely recommend them!

My husband had purchased 5 battery's for the Power Wheels for our grand kids. These batteries are not holding a charge, when he bought them there whey said they had a warranty on them. Some of these batteries are not even a year old. They first used the excuse that they need to be charged more often, my husband explained we charge them at least 3 times a week, then they said it needs a slow trickle charger. My husband asked for the manager whom was extremely rude and said the batteries were not from them. He told him to look up our account & you will see where we have purchased everyone of them from them. They manager said the only thing he could do is give us a little discount & my husband said so another words you want me to pay for new batteries. My husband told him he would go else where and the manager rudely replied do what you have to do sir ! Really this is poor customer service. Word of mouth can make you or break you, we have spent a lot of money at this establishment I really don't think we will be returning not after being treated so rude. I am only giving it a star because to be able to post you have to give them a star........

I had and awesome experience Tom from battery wholesale went above and beyond he came out to the parking lot after he seen i didnt have the right tools and helped me switch my battery out on my motorcycle thank you Tom for the excellent customer service i appreciate it you are awesome keep up the good work

Awesome store to drive in and buy a car battery quick and reasonably priced with a good warranty. Jimmy provides great customer service and is very knowledgeable. They are helpful and trustworthy. This is the only place my husband, son and family will go to buy our batteries.

Initial installation of battery took about 45 minutes and we never got out of our car in 2016. Battery appeared to the failing, took it in for assessment. They replaced it no charge. Great service, great people.

If I can give them 10 Stars I would very professional and friendly and helpful I came up there to get a extra battery for my car because I have a stereo system and like two batteries so my headlights won't dim and they help me by telling me what I really needed was a deep cell battery the guy told me I had to remove my speaker box which gave me a hard time he couldn't help me but I understood he really wanted to but once I got it out he hooked up the battery everything was so smooth you pull around the back and you pull it in you really don't have to get out your car if you don't want to awesome place hopefully I don't need a battery soon but if I do I will go there I recommend this place good American people and hard-working people

Loved it. My hat is off to the man who checked my battery and told me I didn't need a new one after all. All I needed to do was hook it up to my charger. That was good news at a time when I needed it. That's a good business practice and they've earned my return visit.

Something wrong if you can't get a battery here. From watch batteries, vehicle, phone. Anything I have taken there they had. They are always very nice. Put the battery in my key fob just two weeks ago. Would not want to go anywhere else. Thanks guys for all you do!

I purchase a Premium Battery with a fulll 5 year warranty i have had it 4 years if i don't drive my car every day it goes dead and i have to charge it, they kept it overitite to charge it, it worked ok for a while if i don't drive everyday it loses charge what do i do nowGo elsewhere i will try one more time to see if they will keep their warrantee i hope they do i don't like to think bad about business and it is not just the money i can afford a new battery it is the priencable stand by your products i will see you agin soon and hope i can write a good report about your company

Helped me out 5 minutes before closing when my car battery died right after I got off work on my birthday weekend. Wonderful customer service that you can't get at alot of places anymore and it's really appreciated.

The manager is awful! Extremely rude and definitely hates his job and people. The other employees seemed great and you can tell they were aware of his bad attitude but couldn't do anything about it. He needs a reality check or fired. However he was so rude that I don't think he can be fixed!

I just want to say that if anyone is ever in need of a new battery or just a battery checked, Battery Wholesale on Alexis Rd. is the place to go. At Battery Wholesale on Alexis Rd not only do you get awesome products but you also get supreme service.Thank you Paul for allowing me to use one of your house chargers...You are the best!!!

I wish I could rate it 0 stars because they dont deserve any at all!!!! By no means would I EVER recommend battery wholesale. My mother in law bought a battery from this place in January/early Feb. she was in in March, because the battery kept dying, we would have to charge it EVERY day. sometimes multiple times a day. there was nothing in the vehicle that was draining the battery. the battery and vehicle were checked at midas before showing up at battery wholesale and was informed there was a bad cell in the battery. they went into BW, and the person at the desk said "here this is what we do with these" took the receipt out of my mother in laws hands, and crumpled it up and stomped on it. this battery was LESS than a month old. they did nothing but absolutely disrespect her and told her she doesnt drive enough. he said if you dont drive 50 miles a week then it will go bad. she drove roughly 25 miles ATLEAST a day. they refused to help her with her battery or give her her money back. ABSOLUTELY disrespectful establishment. beyond unprofessional and uncalled for! the management and owners should be ashamed to have such disrespectful employees!!!!

Went in to buy a battery for my key fob. The guy sitting, who never got up, salt pepper beard, was rude and spoke demeaning. Said were out of your battery. Poor customer service. Told him I'd go to Walmart and walked out. Didn't say a word to me. 2 stars because I know the founder Ken, otherwise negative. Wont be back

Was referred to batter wholesale by o'reilly's auto parts because my battery requires tools to replace it and not only was I in and out under 15 minutes I paid less for the battery and installation than just purchasing the battery alone elsewhere. The guys were hilarious so the little time I was there flew by. Thank you guys!!
