David Williams went above and beyond for me today I m a survivor of domestic violence and a single lady who of course has no idea what to do with a car or truck lol but when I tell you he does and if he wasn t sure he got online and figured it out I couldn t ask for a better Associate than David Williams. Thank you guys so much for hiring such an amazing tech! David definitely deserves some recognition and maybe even a raise. Thank you For hiring an associate, who really goes above and beyond for his Customers.

Mo, the store manager, is amazing!!! Not only did he help us with car, but he worked for over 20 mins on our battery to tighten the connection so it would start for us. This was in subzero weather and he made sure it would start. Thank you so much Mo!!! We will be only shopping at this store from now on. 25 out of 5 stars!!!

Nick is great! Auto Zone on (Conant street). He knows a lot more than just selling parts, and doesn t give you the wrong parts like some of the other workers. Katlyn (on bryne) is also a great worker she knows a lot about parts and also gives you the right part the first time

I am not generally a huge fan of autozone, and I even had issues with previous staff here at this location. However, with the newer staff in here, they take care of you and have a great atmosphere. Pretty knowledgeable and helpful. If autozone can maintain their consistency on parts, then it may become my go-to shop.

This store has such a nice and positive environment. The staff are friendly and nice. If you go, definitely ask for David! He is very committed to his job and will help with anything!!!

My husband and I came here with our break lights out, Dustin P. was working at the time. This man went above and beyond his employee services and came to assist us until we figured out what the issue was. Not only did he help us find the problem, HE FIXED IT! What a great guy! There aren t many people in the world left out here today willing to help a stranger and go the extra mile to help them! Job well done Dustin P!

Had my exhaust bust in half had a man name Dustin assist and help me try to figure out how to get it off the ground for me helped pay pieces to assist . I was facing eviction the next morning and his kindness and generosity are greatly appreciated and thank you for your help auto zone needs more people like this give this man a raise

Dustin is the best associate I've met at any autozone locations. He knows his stuff. He went above and beyond for me when a different location sold me the wrong item. He got me fixed up and even put the items I purchased on for me. This location will be my only location. Thanks Dustin

I purchased a taillight bulb at this location and asked for assistance in putting it in. Aidan immediately said no problem and installed it for me. Afterwards I tried to tip him and he said "thanks but it's part of my job" and wouldn't take it. What a great guy!!

I usually don t review places unless they are horrible or really really good. A few days ago, I had some battery issues. Took my car there and the store manager Andrew was super kind, understanding and helpful. Was quick to come outside and check it out. He cleaned and charged the battery for me. Unfortunately, the battery s time had come and died today. I took the car back up to this Autozone after getting roadside help. Quick and painless process of buying a new battery. And Mr. Andrew yet again helped me with the situation. The employees are kind, and educated. You won t feel scammed or pushed shopping here.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! It feels super good to get some help and not feel like you are being a nuisance. Definitely come here for your cars needs with peace of mind.

Had a great experience with Aidan one of there Parts Managers. He was able to help put my battery in for me in a very tough location in my Chevy Impala. Super nice guy and was very helpful!

Went for some info on vehicle, manager there is very helpful, I've dealt with hi. Several times and he's always ready to give a advice and a hand...thank you! Not sure the store is a five star, but the manager is!

I went there this past Friday because the charging ports in my car stopped working. I told the woman behind the counter that a friend told me it sounded like I had blown a fuse. I asked her if she could show me where they are in my car, and show me which one to replace. She came out to my car, showed me where the fuses were located, then pointed to the one for the charging ports and told me the fuse was not blown and that I needed to see a mechanic because it seemed to be a wiring issue.The next day I told my friend what she said asking if he knew of anyone who could take a look at it for me. He asked of she had actually taken the fuse out to look at it. When I told him that she hadn't, he informed me that you cannot know if the fuse has blown without taking it out and looking at it. He told me to let him check first before taking it to a mechanic.He took the fuse out...and what do you know...it was blown. He replaced it with a spare that was in the fuse box.Now I clearly have a major lack in car knowledge...but this was such a simple fix that would have taken less than 5 minutes. I dont know the requirements for working there, but I do know that if she really didn't know what she was doing being honest about it would have been a much better option than to give me the wrong information and sending me down a much more expensive path.Very dissatisfied with my experience at this location.

In my travels here, the service seems to really depend on who you are dealing with. I have had some people really friendly who have helped me in my stops into this location. Other times, not so much. Most of the time, they have the parts I am looking for in stock though, so that is always a plus. It's a close to where I live so it's convenient for me to shop here

I went in there today for a simple serpentine belt. I was sold the wrong one. When I went back to get the correct one, I was told that I didn t know what I was doing. I explained that I was doing it exactly how the owners manual shows. The cashier said the internet is better then the cars owner manual. What???? He then went on to say that this is the only size belt for my car. Anyway I returned the belt and went to O Reillys where they were professional and got me the right serpentine belt. It took ten minutes to fix. Go to O Reillys and talk to someone who knows what they are doing. Don t waste your time with these people like I did.

I went to the Autozone on Alexis to get some oil, which they did not have, and saw the sign on the door stating that they no longer required masks as long as you have had the COVID vaccine. Cool either way to me. Since they did not have the diesel oil I wanted, I decided to go to the Laskey Rd. Autozone only 4 miles away as I'm a pretty loyal Autozone customer. I assumed, being another Autozone, that they no longer required masks to be worn either. Since I am fully vaccinated, I walked in without my mask to do my shopping. As I got to the back of the store, an employee came jogging down the aisle towards me and VERY ANGRILY told me I had to put on the mask he was waving at me. I was shocked at his anger, and told him that the other store didn't require them, I didn't know, sorry. He then told me to go shop somewhere else!! I was floored by his anger towards me. At NO TIME was I angry towards him OR told him I refused to put on a mask. I stated again that I did not have mine on because of the other stores no-mask policy. He told me again that I needed to go shop there! I dropped the mask he gave me on the floor and walked out. I went down the road to ADVANCE AUTO PARTS, and bought my $90 worth of diesel oil from them.

If there was no stars I'd give negative 4starsSold me all the wrong parts for a v6 they sold me v8 parts for a tune up. Then had to repay for all the parts while waiting till the redund gets back to my card. Now they have completly wiped me down to less then 20 right now and with the panic going on iam just making enough money to survive

This place has a lot of vehicle stuff. This is the place we always go if we need anything for our vehicles.A little slow at the cash register, but overall a great place for auto stuff.
