Was on my way out city of Toledo, engine light came on saying it was overheating, first place came to mine was Auto Zone,Dennis greeted me as soon as I came in door,I told him my issue and he said it was one of two things,got me some cooler and filled the reservoir,gave me instructions and I was able to continue on my journey, great employee,need more like him please

Was a great experience. Even though I was giving him the wrong information on a Ford E350 460 starter took a few minutes, but he found the right match and saved me money on the starter. Here is a pic of the starter put on.

They can look up and sell you parts. That's it. Knowledgeable employees are becoming more rare nowadays. Not that I'm too upset , But there used to be a time when you could walk into an autoparts store and ask questions that go further than what do you need. Usually a line at this one. However they consistently have the parts I need.

I was Quite Amazed, after being referred to AutoZone, and needed a project done, the reference was, they may install needed blinker bulbs, left & right, though COLD, the person waiting on me, did Everything he could to make sure the needed work was done, and he was so caring, I simply now Know, if I need any like services, It's AntoZone!

Worst place. employees do not understand anything about car parts. I advise anyone who wants something for their car not to go to this place. It is bad.And I advise the employees to work in any other job except this workIf there was less than one star, I would put it because they do not deserve this star

Very helpful everytime I come in. Help me find what I need, give advice and a product to help with the project, but don't push it if I don't want it. Always nice to me and everyone else I see in there shopping

This store is full of idiots. I have been coming here for at least 20 years. I have been told the part I'm looking for there is no such thing. (Until I put it on counter) I have spoken to the district manager twice.he even said laskey rd is his worst store.

They put me on hold twice for so long that I ended up hanging up both times. They're product availability knowledge was awful. They're other store in another location was significantly better.

I came to the store 7/20/22 to get my battery tested after it died several times in a week. The lady and I went out, she said my battery is very good, and when I started my car, it was my alternator that was a problem. After freaking out about it at home, I took my car to the shop to financially prepare to get this replaced. The shop called me 2 hours later and said they tried to charge my battery and it was NOT charging or holding a charge. He put a new battery in, said my alternator was fine. This same thing happened to my mom. I don t get how incompetent these workers are, but don t come here.

Great, fast service. The clerk who helped me deserves recognition for seeing one person standing in line, walking across the store, and helping me with something in less than 5 minutes from start to finish. First i want to start by saying im standing in line, don t assume I have all I need. Don t throw me onto a self checkout bc you will be upset when I walk to the back to start looking for the item i m obviously waiting in line to ask about. Maybe offer self checkout to everyone but ffs try not forcing it on us. Im happy to wait my turn in line.

My wife and I were on a trip to Toledo when we were stopped for a headlight out. We did not want to travel with a light out so we ran across this store. The man at the counter was very helpful and replaced our bulb. No hassles and was friendly and professional.

Horrible service. The guy was rude, didn't know what part I had or needed. Finally got what I came for and noticed that what they sold me I didn't need because the other parts I bought came with them. Auto parts counter people should know what they are selling and dealing with.However, the manager was super friendly even though he was rushed. Did what he could for me and extended wonderful customer service. Added a star for him.

The people working here have no clue ! I bought brake pads about a year ago , with lifetime replacement warranty. So when they went bad three days ago , I took them back. They said they had to order some from Wharehouse , no store had the close by . So I called and they said they were in. When I got there they were the wrong pads . Even when looking at them , they could see the difference. The pads are for A Nissan that uses special clips to hook the pads to the caliper to prevent dragging and rattling. They tried to tell me the pads were redesigned and they would be fine. But I knew better. . So they called another store and they DID had the wright pads . So the one store gave ma a refund , I took that money to the other store and they tried to charge me even more for the pads !!! I explained it was a warranty return , So he called other store but that guy let for the day I told them either replace my pads like the warranty says it will ,Or I will take all my business to a different auto parts store .which I'm going to do anyway. they finely gave me the pads at no extra cost.

Pat at your business on Central Avenue in Sylvania Ohio is one of your best assets you have going on at your company!Willing to go above and beyond what is asked of him. I believe he is the one who runs the shop. But like I said he is willing to help know matter what the circumstances he's the person you want to acknowledge the problem!

Mike really saved me today! I didn't have the right tool to replace my air sensor. I came to AutoZone to rent a tool, I wasn't even sure if they still did it. When I arrived Mike found the right tool and helped me although he didn't have to! A small feat for him, a major feat for me! Thank you Mike!
