walked in nobody at the desk. we placed a pick up order online. Said item was in stock. Went to the store when it said it was ready for pick up & the guy didn t say a single word to us. No hi, bye, have a nice day.. nothing. He told us he didn t have the item in stock and cancelled the order. Why would you say the item is ready for pick up if you don t have it

I went there to buy oil for my vehicle and when I didn't have a stick to hold my hood open, the gentleman who works there offered to pour my oil and the other guy even offered to throw away my trash, thanks AutoZone.

Of all the locations in the Toledo and Northwestern Ohio market this location sets the standard of excellence by which the other ones can only attempt to achieve in having experienced some of the others believe me they do not measure up. This location is extraordinary. I had a situation with my car and it's performance in which the district manager Mr Willis personally called me and handle this situation to which I am undeniably and abundantly grateful. Brian at this location is the gentleman who performed the service on my car and did an outstanding job. He was also comical and a delight to speak with with high energy. And then there is Stephanie. This woman rocks. Total strong engaging personality and she put me in my place in a very teasing manner regarding how I had broken my foot as it was obvious from the medical boot that I was wearing for support. I may live one mile from an AutoZone but I will drive the 8 miles to get to this location any day. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping me with this circumstance that needed attention. Thank you

I closed my commercial account due to there bad parts. Bought spark plugs and they was bad plugs. My truck wouldn't fire due to a bad plugs in number 1 firing order. Since number 1 didn't work it wouldn't fire my truck. So I waited $300 Xtra dollars for fuel pump and filter. Relay switches etc. The list goes n and on. They won't replace my plugs since there not under warranty. I won't buy sht from them ever again. Run while u can. Advance isn't bad

I would like to personally thank the female manager of the Door Street location in Toledo Ohio for helping me with my return in which I had a receipt for. The Cherry Street location as well as the Woodville location both told me they could not return my purchase with the receipt because they could not read the numbers in order to track it and told me I needed to go to the store location I bought it from which was Dorr St location. When I got to the door Street location to do the return the manager couldn't believe that they would not return it was very disappointed as I was and said that she don't understand why they wouldn't do the return for me because the tracking numbers were visible. I appreciate her concern and being that I am working on my anger issues I did not get angry with those other locations. She said that she would definitely handled the situation for me

Don't walk in here without a receipt unless you feel like being belittled. I walked in here trying to return something that maybe I hadn't got from this specific location but definitely one of their products because when she scanned it went inside their system and came up. But at the end of the day I was just looking for a little common courtesy somebody who was polite at least and that is the opposite of what you get here. It would be nice if they actually listen to you instead of just trying to fill in the blanks when you're trying to explain to them that the engine does not meet or match the body of the vehicle.

Justin was the sales associate that helped us. This guy went above and beyond! Our car ran out of power steering fluid 40 miles from home. Justin stayed open 20 minutes after they closed to help us. All this to sell us a $3 bottle of fluid. He helped to diagnose the car and made sure it was safe to drive all the way home. The best customer service I've ever had at a car parts store. Keep up the good work Justin! We appreciate you going the extra mile.

Slow delivery to shop I work at..only reason I went there is cuz it took over a hour and a half to get 2 compression fittings delivered so we could fix a fuel line.Also our shop is less then 2 miles away from them..

My favorite AutoZone the manager has trained the employees well and seems like they like their jobs so they always have a good attitude even when the line is backed up. I go outta my way passing advance Auto and O'REILLY'S to got there. Only thing I wish you had was your rewards cards did drop off

Excellent customer service. I purchased product for my car and it was buy one get one half off. The staff searched the whole store to find another bottle and wouldn't stop until it was found. Great teamwork

My name is Hamdan im a construction contractor and have been and autozone customer for 18 yrs. I frequent different autozones and have gotten the wrong part. When i went to door i spoke with Rebecca and she gave me the right part right away. Shes so smart and gave great customer service. I rarely see such great service. She helped me get my fan apart from my water pump. She got all dirty and didnt blink an eye also and she was nice and friendly. She has great customer skills and im so happy with my service. She made my job easier and she cares about her store and customers. Im happy to continue shopping with AZ and thanks to MANAGER Josh for all his help my return. He took good care of me. they sent me to 2941 cherry location to buy the items i needed because they were out of stock. i get to the other location and buy the items. turns out i was sold the wrong item. so i went back to 1241 dorr location and told them it was the wrong item. they looked up the correct product and had it in stock and sold it to me. they gave me a good discount for the inconvenience.

AutoZone was GREAT! REBBECA AutoZone employee was absolutely the GREATEST ! She was KNOWLEDGEABLE.. HELPFUL.. KIND.. An AWESOME and AMAZING EMPLOYEE!! She know cars!! she help me get to work ON TIME! SHE SAVED MY JOB! Girl POWER!!!!

As a company it is not that bad, however at this location the employees tend to be very rude. They just want to get you in and out and don't really care about anything else.

Weak service,,didn't have what I needed. But did not tell me till after I waited ten min..wasted my time,I could have left and went somewhere else..sloppy service. No concern. Not all autozones..jus that one on dore street..thier unconcerned..

Was near this store did not go in. I do go to the AZ on Reynolds. Like i said before a good place to get car oil.

They couldn't test my battery at Cherry street I had to go to Dorr st. auto zone but I did get replacement battery under warranty battery was only about 2 and one half years old

last time they didn't know what Plasti gauge is. this time they dropped my battery in for a charge and dented enough to drain a cell. This is dangerous to send that battery out. guy pretended it didn't happen. Iv always chose autozone but in Toledo I'll make the longer drive elsewhere from now on.
