Good service and you can always find the part your in need of. I bought wipers and they put them on even while it was raining !

Came to get my battery checked really quick. The worker was SO friendly and kind, he quickly checked it for me and even spoke with me to try to figure out what the issue was with my car. He then recommended a possible solution and even poured the motor treatment in my gas tank for me with a funnel he got out of his own car. Great experience and customer service!

Terrible customer service gonna sit there and laugh at you through the door when you tell them you had the wrong blub and then make a huge thing stand up close to my husband continue to argue me I stayed into the car or I would have made it ugly between the sales guy David and my husband

They sold me disinfected sparkplugs and they won't take them back after buying a new tune up plus other parts since my truck wouldn't fire. Bought fuel pump n filter plus sensors and find out it was plugs being bad. Lost my service

Went in to test my car battery, which was completely dead and The store manager not only charged it for me but gladly answered all of my questions while it charged. Also, Jae who is a store employee made sure to quickly expedite the process so I was able to catch the bus in time to get back home. These 2 guys gave an all star performance. 4 thumbs up, 2 thumbs each!

Bad service I brought a battery and it wasn't tie down. I went back twice and they still didn't tie my battery down. I will watch what I buy at this store if I ever shop here again. Thing is I had my own battery tie down they removed it when they removed my old battery bad service not professional.

Awesome customer service!!!! The employees are always laughing and are in a good mood. There is a dark log haired woman there that's also a manager and she knows her stuff. There's another manager that was there that was a big African American gentle man that was a really big help. All in all they need a bonus or a raise.

Would have been a much lower rating because the female employee, who was the assistant store manager, was on a personal phone call the entire time I was in the store. Throughout the time I was asking her to look up what size windshield wipers I needed, the time I was looking for them and the time I was checking out she was on a personal phone call on what sounded like speaker phone. Both the person she was talking to and I got confused a couple of times because we didn't know which one of us she was speaking to. I feel like this was really unprofessional behavior and I resolved to never return to this particular location.HOWEVER the day was saved by the gentleman working. He noticed that I was in the parking lot for an inordinate amount of time and came to see if I needed assistance. He discovered the reason I was having problems installing my windshield wipers is because there was an issue with the ones I just purchased. He not only found ones that weren't defective for me and exchanged them but also installed them so I could be on my way.

Almost helpful? They tried but it was a good thing I was there to explain lol... Not too much confidence but at least they were patient with me when I was trying to explain what was going on and what it was that I was looking for. I give them 4 stars because of the good attitude they had and how they went about handling things with me and other customers.... so 4 stars to that AutoZone and to the people that work there......

Complete nightmare. If I could give less than one star I would. The black woman, Renee, that works there is completely and utterly rude and impolite. Also this isn't my first bad experience with her. Worst service I have ever had at an auto parts store. Rolls her eyes at every question I asked. Was not willing to look for parts when I asked. After just a couple dead ends was not willing to look any further. Told me that "it wasn't her job". She was no help at all. Actually made matters worse with her terrible attitude and work ethic. Flat out seemed like she did not want to help or even be there. I used to be a regular there but will not be going back. Went to o'reilly's on Broadway and they solved my problem within minutes. I would hands down recommend taking your business to o'reilly's on Broadway than the autozone on Broadway. This woman completely ruined my autozone experience.

Ivan really helped me out. I was looking for a niche part and he spent quite a while looking for it, then when it wasn't available he tracked down a replacement that fit.This man deserves a raise.

We were helped right away. They even asked if we needed help putty the cables on. Took the worker Conner only 10 minutes. Talk about fast. Thanks for the help.

Love this place they're all so very nice and helpful, they actually help you if you need it, I went they for a wipe blade and a employee helped me put it on. Highly recommend

I bought Bosch wipers for my Toyota's windshield. The staff was helpful in choosing the right ones for my car and also did the replacement for no additional charges.

Polite helpful staff!!! That's worth it's weight in gold nowadays! A far cry from the one on woodville. Those ppl need fired or retrained.

Piss poor store. Staff has little to no knowledge of their job and the duties to be performed!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!! Never will I return to this location!!!!! That's sad to say being that I only live 3 blocks from the store. I would rather drive 3 miles to the other side of town then ever return to this location again!!!!!!!!!!

Going to try this muffler repair which is what I went there for but wish they had a couple different brands of this way of temporary fixing. I'll soon know if this will work.
