None of the employees who work here are friendly they seem like customers bother them. I am super glad they have an oreillys besides them. So I was able to go there and not be treated like an inconvenience. If I could give 0 (zero) starts I would. Worse service ever!!

I went to Cherry St and got the BEST help from the store manager, Veronica. We had some bumps due to their computer system, but, she helped me until it was right!!I highly recommend going to see her!She will make sure you're taken care of!!Veronica, if you see this, THANKS again!!

Purchased a coil pack and a spark plug to get a tune up for my vehicle. Great customer service by the store manager. She was very knowledgeable. I cant remember her name but she was of spanish heritage.

Not the best experience on my day. Was looking for options for at this location was basically given the brush off, the manager had overheard and gave some great advice but my transaction was already complete. Wished the person I had help me out. Store was empty guess he just wanted to smoke his spiff outsidewith some friends that hang out in the area soliciting customers on their lot. Not the best experience would not recommend.Lack of customer serviceCause of store experiences like this is the main reason I shop online.

It was a pretty decent trip to the neighborhood AutoZone. The staff were very helpful & knowledgeable about the products and items I needed. I don't have any complaints about them at all. Good job guys and gals.

I priced the part I needed online and I called two different store locations via phone. On the website and the price at the store were quoted to me the same,89.99!! Well I ended up going to a location that I didn't call arguing with an employee. He tells me the part is $145.00! You shouldn't argue with a customer period, specially when I'm right! Thank god there was a O'Reillys next door!!! Got it for 89.99!

Every time I go there multi time they don't know nothing I went there to buy some tailgate cables the guy told me it was 16,99 the so they left by number they called me the next day I come to pick them up now he says is double as though guys tell me that so I append $34 that I go to put them on and detail gate cables have little boats on their I didn't have the tools so I go into the store ask the guy to use some tools he said no I said your signs said you loan tools he said not those tools I'm gonna have to STOP going there ! Maybe go there for windshield washer fluid or oil

Saved me from having to pay an extra $200 for a charge that the dealer wanted just for diagnosis when we pretty much knew it was a sensor and not anything more; but was confirmed by autoZone you guys are awesome!

I literally go all around Toledo and be late for work just to go to the one on dorr st . Because the ladies inside the auto zone on cherry are very disrespectful and are extremely rude . I just really would like one day to go in and they are not rude .. but that is never and it s mainly the women especially this one specific lady she needs to be fired she doesn t respect any customer and always rolling her eyes . I walked right out and didn t say a word nor purchase because of the attitudes they had in there . NEGATIVE STARS FOR ME

Waiting In ridiculous long linesEmployees super slow and need to find manager for every transaction done for returns � swap out to enter their password into system.... really makes other employees look less than or untrustworthy.

Usually they have what you will need in store if not they usually can have it there no later than the next day and if you can't wait they will try to find someone who has it in stock and they will call and have them put it on hold until you get there!
