Nice and friendly service. The guys at the shop were able to get my 2020 Ram in the same day I called and I was in and out in less than a couple hours. Reasonable pricing too. I would recommend this shop!

Brought in my 08 CTS for a muffler delete and the owner Bill did a fantastic job. Brought me back multiple times to take a look at stuff and I paid a super reasonable price. In and out the door the same day.

I've used them for 22 year at all three of their sister shops. Excellent work. Have never had issues with any of my vehicles. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Fantastic place to get work done on suspension!! They know what they're doing!! Had taken my vehicle to four different places to figure out the 'clunking' sound whenever I drove over a bumpy road and the wonderful guys at Auto Connection figured it out. Not only that, but the work was done a day early. Highly recommend!!!

This review is about a week late, but I must post it now. I found myself out of town and in a jam, and Bill and the rest of the shop treated me like an old friend and put my mind at ease. If I lived closer, this would be my regular shop that I would remain loyal to for every vehicle need that I could. If you're visiting from out of town, this is your safe shop to go to. Absolutely great service both times I've gone here. Very fast and extremely fair if not best prices. I could even tell by other customers walking in and talking about how well they were taken care of here. I knew I was in the right place! I had a dealership give me a quote of over a thousand dollars for a extremely minor repair of a bolt and small hanger. Auto connection had me in and out and said don't even worry about the cost! I feel like thats something that never happens anymore. I was extremely impressed!Service: Exhaust

I ve gone here numerous time for exhaust work. Last time I was there the gentleman did half of what I asked. He then he acted like he could add some custom work to make my car louder. But I m reality he didn t weld the exhaust all the way to allow the sound to escape so when I came back all he had to do is charge me more and finish the original job. I will never go there again.

They fixed my rusted out exhaust(replacing 3 parts) in under an hour for only $350. Great service and prices. Highly recommend!

Usually, when I go to an auto repair shop I think that the company sees $$$ signs as soon as I walk through the door. I had an issue with a part not being secured under my car. I arrived early morning and the shop was already busy. I received an explanation of what needed to be done to secure the part. The price of the repair was very reasonable. I would recommend this auto shop at this location to be a place that women would feel that they were getting good service at a fair price. THANK YOU!

This place has done good work for me in the past but unfortunately they are no longer as reliable as they once were. After discussing some custom exhaust work with the manager and being told to return with my own parts another day, the staff was unable and unwilling to accommodate the work requested. Apparently the people people they have now are just not as experienced nor capable. Something to be aware of for anyone looking for a good exhaust shop.Service: Exhaust

I was referred to this shop and went in with no expectations. They inspected the noise I was having, gave me a fair quote, and when I asked if it could be done right away worked me into the schedule. My wife and I drove away in a very quiet car!!! I highly recommend them.

I took my SUV here after looking online . I was welcomed with great customer service by a young man. Consultation was thorough and they resolved my exhaust issue quickly. Tim, the manager was also awesome. I highly recommend them.

Great shop they are honest and fare. They're willing to work with you on just fixing what you need at the time. They worked on my 2006 Saturn Ion with 115000+ miles on it and i couldn't really afford to replace the whole exhaust which is really needed so they were able to just fix what was really needed to get me by. I even grew up with this place my dad use to bring his cars here back in the day.

Our catalytic converter was stolen and I had great service/repair here! Bill explained everything that needed to be done, then charged less than my auto deductible would have been. I would recommend this shop to anyone, based on my experience.

What can I say. It's a muffler shop. A really good one too!But seriously, I have been using this shop for nearly 20 years now and they are straight forward. They, don't waste your time or theirs. The prices continue to be fair. They've always explain the job very well. They just continue to do a great job.They must be doing it right!!Thanks again. My last visit went just as simple as the rest.

Awesome service, didn't try to price gouge or sell services that I didn't need, patched bad exhaust leak (pipe had completely rusted thru) for $89, found a second leak that required a part to be ordered, part and labor $109. These prices can't be beat! For $200 my car is running like new!! And they are super fast (initial patch was done in 1 hour!) Fast, professional, and excellent value, I see why these guys have been in business so long. Highly recommend, will definitely use again.Service: Exhaust

Bell Tire wanted $800 to fix my exhaust. Auto connection charged me $90. They are awesome. Thanks so much. Took my Explorer in for a new exhaust from the cat back. They saved me $1500. Did it for $50 less than they quoted me and had it done in 2 1/2 hours. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm definitely a customer for life. You guys are awesome!

Showed up Monday morning, needed a new muffler. Dropped my 06 Ram off at 9am, got my free quote by 2:30pm and truck was ready to go by 4pm. Awesome service, friendly staff and top notch quality. Came in today to get exhaust work done. Not only were their prices great. They were very friendly, and got to work right away. Only took 30 minutes. When I left, they had my van so quiet, it was hard to tell the motor was even running. Highly recommended!!!

I needed a front end alignment on my 2012 Honda Odyssey to prevent further tire wear. BT on Secor Rd. wanted to do over $1100 worth of unnecessary work...a elder mechanic friend elsewhere referred me to Auto Connection and I'm very happy I gave them a try. This is the Best of the Best Muffler shop by Farrrr East of The Mississippi River hands down they are very reasonable price wise and have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE not a place that treats you like a money bag.

These guys are professional, quick, honest, and affordable. They took care of an exhaust system issue for me for $244, in one hour, that the Toyota dealer in town quoted me $3,500 (and a several day wait for parts) for. Could not be happier with the work.

I go to the location on Sylvania. I first went for an exhaust repair and they did it quick and reasonable. I continue to go back for all my other repairs and advice. Wade and his crew take care of me and because of him, I switched mechanics. They are honest, friendly, and fair priced. Highly recommend.

Hands-down best muffler shop in the country. You can get handmade budget-friendly exhausts fabricated or repaired.You can also get factory-grade stainless bolt-on. Ask and ye shall receive. I own a small independent automotive repair shop and I generally refuse to do hand fabricated exhausts. We outsource all of those jobs to Auto Connection. I send hundreds of people directly there by referral and I also bring at least a half dozen cars per month there myself. There is absolutely no other muffler shop in town that will beat their prices. Or speed. It's almost always same day or next day turn around. I've been dealing with them directly for almost 20 years. when I first moved into town my uncle sent me out there with a minivan of his with instructions to bring it in tell them to fix it and tell them who my uncle's name is and put it on his account. It was a 15-year-old rust bucket and they had it done within a couple of hours for $59. Brand new muffler and tailpipe assembly. I've never gone anywhere else since then.

This place is the best!!! I'm here currently I came in at 1pm and was told it would be 15 minutes and guy came out to get my car in less than 3 minutes. The job must have been easy because I had my car back in 15 minutes Completed ready to go. They thought it would cost $60 but I was charged $25 great and funny people definitely recommend.
