Horrible service. Rude staff. The manager took 30 min to help get correct wipers on the first trip. They did not fit when putting them on (we took the extra clip off) so I went to return them, the staff threw the clip at me on the counter and said return them. I then said great please do return them after how damn rude you just were for no reason. Neither the manager or staff member felt the need to apologize for the rudeness to me in front of my child ! Even when I told the manager thank you for being more polite than you staff, she still never apologized for the rudeness.

After returning the product over 24 hours ago I still haven't received my money back I would suggest only cash purchases unless you can afford to be out your money for over a week they said it could be up to 5 business days when my bank doesn't hold money they instantly release it to me I find this less than pleasing.

Smells GREAT in here, very organized and clean with very affable workers. Easy to exist in regardless of your experience level and many women work there so no awkward experiences so far. Only downside is some things are a bit more expensive there than auto zone, but they re far and few.

Some of the best customer service I ve ever received. I m a frequent shipper through UPS and do my drop offs through advance auto parts. John and Jake always remember my email for my confirmations and are sure to say hi when I come in. The rest of the guys that work here are solid too. Besides having a competitive edge on auto zone, they re just genuinely good dudes!

Absolutely outstanding service. I had a corroded battery and I need a new replacement. Not only did they give me a great discount. Two people on the team went out and installed the new battery in my car. Prior to this I ran down here about a mile to get auto parts to try and scrape off the corrosion. Because I did not have a coat, one of the employees offered to drive me back to my car. I have never been treated better at a place of business in my life.

Called yesterday and was given a quote for front brakes and rotors and today the price was way off i don t know how it could of been a misunderstanding when i start with the vehicle make model and made it clear of what i needed double check before going in so this does not happen to you

S*** customer service, I'm so sorry we can't afford everything you have you don't have to talk down on people because they need a cheaper part, nor be rude about it. We're all living trying to get by. Be humble

My experience at Advance Auto parts was amazing. They made my blood pressure go down by having the parts that the damn dealership didn't have it n stock always. THEY MADE MY DAY.

95% of the items are priced higher than AutoZone in O'Reilly. But still cheaper than Napa

Always had a great experience with the employees. Just don't forget your receipt or your I.D. for a warranty replacement.... You will have to go all the way home to get them.

Shop here all the time.Great place and great people!They can usually have any thing you need next day if its not in stock. And they have a lot in stock.

Clean nice store staff wasn't as knowledgeable as I wanted them to be but I was asking them pretty tricky question with something they probably don't deal with very often so I can't give them too much grease also they did not have what I needed nor were they able to order it in

The staff here is great. They are always willing to help you and they always answer your questions. If they don't know the answer they will find out for you.
