Fadi is a very honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and very reasonably priced. We have travelled from Cleveland several times for oil changes, replace the alternator, coolant system repair, and rotor and pad replacement. If you want great honest reliable work then definitely bring your car here. 5 star service all around!

The owner, sure he's an experienced mechanic but I think he charged me way too much in labor. He was lazy in the inspection. Didn't offer any standard services that would come with any service as you would experience at a dealership. I feel things weren't fixed correctly and new problems were created. For instance, I had ball joints replaced and tires rotated. When I picked the car up there was a vibration coming from the front end. As it turns out there's now all of a sudden a bad bracket of some sort. Why didn't Fadi tell me? Because he never test drove the vehicle. The tune up was way over priced and all he did was changed plugs and wires; for 400 bucks... And the oil change and tire rotation were both charged separately. Those items should be part of a tune up and he should have rebalanced my tires when he rotated them, especially since he charged $25 bucks for a tire rotation. Over priced for the quality of work. Never will I take any vehicle back. Also, located in one of Toledo worst neighborhoods. I was nervous to leave my vehicle overnight. Don't leave valuables in the car if he's keeping it overnight. His mechanics helper is a thief.

Paid $500 to have it fixed in November 2019 didnt get it back until January 30th and had to have it towed home. It was not fixed. These guys are rip off artists. I am going to sue.
