On a family road trip during spring break and our check, engine light started to blink. They were able to get our car seen almost immediately, and on the road and under two hours! Very thankful. Highly recommend!

We visited Voss Honda which really was the beginning of my buying stages. I asked my Dad to come with me to help with checking cars out and negotiating. I did not plan on buying a car first off. I planned on shopping around more.Let me tell you Voss Honda took care of us. Chuck was awesome and so was the manager (sorry can't remember his name). We let them know I wasn't anxious to buy a car right away and that we planned on shopping around more. I didn't tell them the price range was looking for and by the time we got back from a test drive the manager was able to break down our concerns in such a way that we understood.He gave me a few different options as far as how much I would be paying a month depending on a few add-ons and such. Also gave us a discount. The highest amount was right in range with what I could afford. Again, I never told them up front the price range I was looking for. I knew that for the newer car I couldn't pass it up. I do not believe that I would have gotten a better dealer elsewhere.Needless to say I ended up driving the car that I loved off the lot that day. And right before I drove the car off the lot, Chuck came out and showed me a feature that I never would have known existed. I use it almost everyday. Thank you Voss Honda. It was a great experience.

We just purchased our New 2024 HONDA CRV at VOSS HONDA from Mark Croniak. He was very professional and patient while answering all of my questions. Mark made sure we knew everything about our new CRV before leaving. The Business Manager, Becky, was also professional and respectful. We needed to return to the Dealership due to my scheduling issue. When we returned, we had the opportunity to work with Chad, one of the Sales Managers. Chad was Efficient, Respectful, and Knowledgeable. We definitely recommend Voss HONDA for your new HONDA!!THANK YOU ALL!!!!

We had Mark Chroniak as our sales representative and he was outstanding. Whole experience from looking at cars, working through details, and financing, just terrific. Liked it so much our family bought (3) cars within a couple days. Voss Honda is a very good dealership.

My fianc� and I have been trying to reach out the the service manager since August with no avail. I have called several times, emailed and I even showed up there to speak with him and was met by a guy who wouldn t listen to me and proceeded to talk over me and tell me over and over again you need too call and make an appointment . I told him several times that I have called and that particular day I called 3 times with no one in service to pick up or transfer me to his VM. I emailed the service manager last week with no response. I just need to complete the steps with fixing the peeling paint that s been happening to the pearl white paint of my Honda before it gets worse and I ll be on my way. I do not like going through these reviews for a response but I think I ve been patient enough. Please reach out to me

This was the best car buying experience I've had. Anthony C. was great, he showed me the different trim levels, and showed me the features available on each model, and even set up and showed me them on the test drive. He got me in a great car with awesome features and saved me a load of money over my last lease. Would recommend this dealership to my friends.

I have bought a few new cars since COVID started. Out of all of the dealerships I have been to, I had the best experience with Voss.Mark Chroniak was my salesman. We were able to communicate and agree on pricing over emails ahead of time. My car became available and he let me know right away. Delivery was seamless with no pressure in the finance office. Kudos to Becky as well for making this a pleasure experience. I would recommend Voss Honda to everyone. It was definitely worth a trip to Tipp City for me driving from Cincinnati.

Voss honda delivers great customer service every time but especially phenomenal service was delivered the last time I was there! I especially appreciate Amy and Wes in the service department for thier work in making sure my vehicle was taken care of quickly. They truly cared and went above and beyond anything I could have expected.

I'm from Buffalo, NY and purchased a 2016 Regal GS from Voss Honda. I was working with Chuck, and let me tell you, HE IS THE MAN!! Chuck was nothing but courteous, friendly, and helpful right on through the process. Him knowing I'm buying this car sight unseen, went and looked the car over for me to see if it were a car he would buy. If you consider buying anything used from Voss Honda, ask for Chuck!! He really will do everything he can to get you into a used vehicle!! Thank you Chuck!!

Purchased our 2nd car from Voss in the last 10-years. We've worked with both the Used Car group to get our 2008 Accord back in 2011 and more recently the New Car group to get our 2019 Passport. The experience was better than I could've imagined. Since this is a "no hassle" dealership the price you see online is at least the price you can expect to pay at the dealership. This makes it much easier to figure out what you'll be paying by doing prior comparisons.Mike Gorman helped us thru the process and was probably the best salesman I've ever purchased a vehicle from. He was informative and straight forward with all the details about the purchase we were considering. At no point did my wife or I feel pressured which I appreciated very much. His assistance was equivalent to putting all the cards on the table and then letting us make our own decision about whether we liked the vehicle or not. We'll definitely be back should we need another Honda or find ourselves in the market for a used car in the future.

We have bought 3 cars and 1 leased. Mechanic people are awesome, sales are good and receptionist is not friendly. I made an appointment and was told for 1hr wait but we ended up waiting for 3 hrs.

One of the best dealerships I have ever been to. They gave us a good offer with our trade and were OUTSTANDING with the van we purchased. Our salesperson, Brad, was very helpful and laid back. We had our three kids with us, and all the staff were very understanding and accommodating. It was definitely worth the trip to Tipp!

I brought my pilot in for some service on 3/28/2023. They took care of the problem and it was under warranty so no cost to me but I am grateful for their honesty and not trying to tell me something else was wrong with my vehicle to make extra money. Customer for life thanks see you next oil change

I drove there to buy a new car and was told the car I wanted was sold two days previously. I emailed a couple hours prior to going there in person to confirm it was still available. I received an response with a link for available vehicles and the vehicle was listed as available. Thanks for wasting my time.

I purchased a used vehicle here. This was my first big purchase and my experience was horrible. They were quick to tell me about how much money they supposed to have put in the vehicle. There was some issues that I noticed the day I bought the vehicle. Some the repair with no problems and some there refused to repair. They said they put money in it, but they couldn't have done a complete check of the vehicle. It didn't have a fresh oil change. I haven't had the vehicle 2 months and the brakes are bad. What should be a happy time enjoying my vehicle is turning out to be a expensive nightmare

I recently purchased my very first car here, and they were so patient and helpful throughout the process. Chuck was AWESOME and he devoted his entire day to helping me purchase the perfect car (so if you go, ask for him, he was absolutely wonderful ). Not to mention the SPECTACULAR deal I got!!!! It was a great experience, and I 1000000% recommend them to anyone looking for a top of the line new or used vehicle!

My son bought a used car from Voss Honda in Tipp City. Engine light came on next day. Called Voss they told us to bring car back. They checked codes and took care of everything. Very friendly group of people. Great service will definitely shop again. New or used check out Voss Honda

3 of the 4 cars had prior accidents after asking for accident free. Had to initiate the purchasing conversation. Explained my goal was to get a payment between 3-400. I had money down to help reach the goal. I did not disclose my full amount I could throw in only that I had an amount. Sales person went to Marty with the information only for Marty to scoff upon hearing my 3-400 range. He continued to make faces as he entered info. When I mentioned the facial expressions to the sales rep he tried to deny but he was in two see through cubicles over. I saw. I had planned to arrive the next day to attempt again and purchase the least prior damaged vehicle after my mechanic looked it over since it was getting close to the end of the day and people seemed ready to go. I decided Martys facial expressions and the days events and conversations were not worth my time or money and went to another dealership and purchased a vehicle. I must have caught everyone on a bad day. Wife is very happy with the purchase and experience.

I usually don t review companies but we were disappointed with voss. We originally started with Erik who was really nice but went on vacation and then transferred over to josh who ended up going out of state. We were looking for a Honda Civic sport in at least 3 colors and ready to buy the car that day and said they could potentially trade with another dealership if they found one. 2 weeks later and we never heard from anyone and they just told us tonight that there was one coming to the lot but we had to contact him after not hearing anything for a couple of days. We ended up going to another dealership and they were able to find 4 different civics in the colors we wanted and able to trade with other dealerships. Unfortunately we decided to go with the other dealership.

I only ever had experience with the service department. They have always been so pleasant and thorough with our 4 year old used Honda. And for the price they charge for a synthetic oil change with a coupon, I can't justify doing it myself for maybe 4$ cheaper. Plus they go over the whole car and give you a detailed report of the condition of everything. They even wash it for free if you're ok with that. If not you can opt out of that. Did I mention they are all really nice to talk to and relate to? We just had tires put on and an alignment. Had a coupon for the alignment from the website. Gave me 20$ off. And the entire bill was about 40$ cheaper than I anticipated. Always happy about that.

Guys in the service department are clueless. Advisors have to be the worst I ve ever dealt with. Take your vehicle anywhere else but here.

Our family has bought Honda's' for years from this dealer. A couple years ago we stopped having service down when it came to light that unnecessary repairs were being performed and OEM parts were being marked up by 2-3 times. I encourage everyone and I mean everyone to have their worked checked by an independent party intermittently. If you are going to use them then please do yourself a favor and buy your parts before taking the car in for service. Oh and never let them do your wiper blades. They last a couple months, fall apart, and are ridiculously overpriced. All the good services guys left a few years back for Toyota.....any guesses why?Nice trick on having the dealer communication preferences web page down all the time. I have been trying for months to unsubscribe from their spam and simply cant. Wake up folks you are throwing good money after bad. The sales folks are great but steer clear of the service. Take it somewhere else.

I have been doing business here for over 17 years. This is the best car dealer I have dealt with. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. I have bought two cars here, one new and one used. I bought an Accord new here 17 years ago and a CR-V used here over 4 years ago and still have both. Both times my salesman was Wally. Wally still remembers my name and talks to me when I see him. When I bought my Accord here, Voss was $1000 cheaper and told me about special financing American Honda Finance had that another Honda dealer did not mention. I use Voss Honda s service department for preventive maintenance and repairs. I have never had to return to have the same problem fixed a second time. The few times I needed a loaner car I was provided one the same day. Voss service department does not tell me something is wrong with my car when it is not broken just to get me to pay for something that is not broke. I have had a local to me repair shop do this in the past. Voss service department also has not damaged any of my cars like a different Honda dealer has. Voss service department is one of only a few places that I even trust to touch my cars. I live over an hour away and use this Honda dealer over one that is closer for these reasons. It is definitely worth the trip to Tipp.

My first car-buying experience could not have gone better! I dealt with Mike, who was extremely professional and honest. I am very happy with the price/APR, interactions with the staff, and my new Certified Used Civic Si. If any of my friends are ever looking for a Honda I will no doubt send them toward Voss.

My experience with Voss service department was atrocious. Made an appointment to get tires installed on my Lexus and it took two days and then eventually sending it to a Goodyear shop close by to finish it.Service manager, Jesse, was amazing but obviously the management doesn't care enough to have working equipment for them to use.I feel bad for the service manager and technicians that work there.Voss management is at fault here.Two of my daughters and my sister all have Honda's bought at Voss. They've all had issues with proper service there due to broken equipment.Hats off to Jesse who was excellent.UPDATE: Found out today that three of the tires that Dale's Goodyear mounted on my car for Voss were not balanced correctly. Car was vibrating and stopped to have oil changed and asked them to check the balance on the new tires.Cost me $30 to fix this issue. Voss AND Dale's Goodyear dropped the ball.Thank you to Musser's in Tipp for fixing this for me. Jeremy and the staff there were amazing .
