Went in for an oil change. On my way back to vandalia the underneath of my car started rattling/shaking while on the interstate. I came back to the shop, they took it away and gave me my keys back. I ask what was wrong, we put it on backwards . After bringing in my own oil filter and providing me with a $10 coupon, oil change was only $90. Dude was nice but do not trust these guys. I m going to continue going to valvaline instant oil change in Huber heights, they are faster, cheaper and you can stay in your care while it s worked on.

Got an oil change and 4 brand new tired mounted and balanced. Very impressed by the service and prices.

I was not actually here on this date but I've used them before and never will again. Way way overpriced and some of the things done to my vehicle were atrociously wrong. Like they changed my wiper blades and one fell off when I tested them, good thing it was before I took off down the road!!!

This is my first time here and the fellow, Jeremy is very inviting, they have a good price on oil changes and squeezed me in on a Saturday! Also a very nice waiting area. Nice furniture, free WiFi, baseball on tv and phone charging station and it's real clean.

Had a 10am appointment, arrived few minutes early. Another couple arrive a few minutes after 10 and they were finished 20 minutes before me. I wasn't finished until 10:45. They advertise 30 minute oil change and you would think an appointment mattered. I suspect they give preferred service to returning customers since I heard the couple was a repeater. I too was a repeat until today. Also the car ran a lot different on the way home then it did to the place.

Not honest, fishes for repair work to do from people who they think don t know anything about cars. I know this because every time i took my two different cars (GMC & Chrysler) there, mysteriously something was in dire need of replacement. Told me that my wheel bearing was going out and would cost $$$$ to replace that little part. My car was under warranty from the dealer and it s not a little part it s an entire hub assembly. I wouldn t take my car to this place ever again.

Very helpful and curious. Got my oil changed in a timely manner. The waiting room was comfortable with leather couches and a TV to watch. It also had a phone charging station.

Excellent service. Finding a truthful mechanic is what really sells Mussler's. They've never been untruthful about anything my car has needed.

Traveling for work called first thing in the morning was able to get in and get repairs completed in a timely manner. Employees were professional courteous and polite.
