I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of this company. My daughter's car was broken into back in August and needed to be repaired. After she returned home from college we noticed that there was a knocking sound in the steering wheel. When we drove it we realized she only had 2 days left before she left to go back to school after Spring break. We call Trimbach and they told us to bring the car in immediately. They got in contact with our insurance company and will be repairing her car. Everyone there are extremely helpful and professional.

I have been dealing with a nightmare situation with my brand new vehicle having about $14,000+ worth of paint overspray damage from a construction company. I went to Trimbachs and Tim Trimbach was incredibly kind and understanding with the whole situation. It was a long process working through insurance and everything but I finally got scheduled and Trimbachs did a great job. All the paint was removed and Tim and Johnathan (sp) were both kind and helpful.

This is where I took my car after my first car accident. I was nervous and had no idea what I was doing, but they took FANTASTIC care of me! The mechanics were thorough and precise with repairs, going above and beyond to restore my car to its original condition. The receptionist, Pam, is warm and gentle and highly informed. She explained better than my insurance company and made me feel confident in the process. She took care of all the communication with my insurance, even though there were complications that required her to talk to them for over FOUR HOURS one day. She made it so easy for me. Appointments usually need to be 4-6 months in advance, but they are WELL worth the wait.Service: Body & Trim

BEST Body Shop Hands Down!A huge amount of thanks to Tim Trimbach for running a stellar body shop, staffed with absolute professionals who take the job seriously and treat each and every customer like family.Pam is the person I was in contact with the most. She is Amazing!! She's friendly, proactive, always available, 100% knowledgeable about the entire process, and easy to talk to.Jacob worked hard to get what I needed, and answered my litany of questions, all with a smile on his face! He ensured I was satisfied with every aspect of the final result.Staff I interacted with (Heather, Jonathon and Tim) were super friendly & helpful. And my utmost appreciation goes to Chris and Neal. These two have serious skills. Bravo to you both!! Superb workmanship and a beautiful paint job.Bottom Line = if you need the work done, this is the place you want to go.Thanks everyone! Curtis and Vickie Evans, Had an accident went to Trimbach the receptionist Pam was very helpful and friendly. I believe his name was Nick who came out and gave us an estimate on the car, he too was quite friendly. Later we were given a call to bring the car in. It was fixed an repaired in no time. They were truly a blessing to us. We just want to say if your car needs a body shop, stop looking and go to Trimbach there the best.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My Honda was totaled out. Trimbach s was super patient and empathetic while we figured out the next course of action. Car troubles make for some of the most vulnerable situations. However, I trust Trimbach s with my car, and that they ll have the customer service to make any situation a little bit better.

During the Memorial Day tornados of 2019, I had a tree limb fall on my truck. I had taken the truck to a local Chevy dealer for repair. Turned out they weren't so great. I spent a lot of time calling around trying to find a shop to help me work with the insurance company to re-repair my vehicle. Tim and the team at Trimbach's were really the only place I talked to that was willing to discuss it. He spent about an hour going over the truck with me, and wrote up an excellent estimate and helped me work things out with insurance; ultimately the insurance was able to get a refund from the original shop, and Tim and his team worked to remove the shoddy repairs and get me back on the road. I only wish I had gone here first. The truck is excellent, the paintwork is fantastic, the body repairs are clean and all the body lines are perfect.Long and short of it, if you need a great group of people to help you get your vehicle right, this is the place. These are fantastic people who value their customers, and who do quality work that they are unafraid to stand behind. Give them a call, you won't be sorry.

I brought my wifes car there today for an estimate to get her car fixed where she tore the front bumper away from the clips. The person who came out to give the quote was very professional and super helpful. He actually popped the bumper back in place and would not take any payment. In an industry that seems to have some dishonest companies, it is refreshing that this company is so honest that they would fix the problem, and refuse payment. This is how true customer service should be.Service: Body & Trim

SO happy with my experience at Trimbach's. No one wants their car in the shop after a collision, but they made the experience as best as they could. They communicated with my wonderfully through phone and email. They even gathered some things I needed from my van for me to pick up. The work looks great and they did a great job.

I have a 1997 Honda Accord. It is in good condition. Someone tried to brake in , prying on door and window +more . I was concerned that even though the car is nice, the value is down there a bit . State Farm didn t question claims. Which part of credit goes to them . Trimbach s did a beautiful job , everything works perfectly, paint work, beautiful!!!! Thanks Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent repair and care on our vehicle. Pam is an excellent front-line employee and was able to answer all our questions. The insurance claim was handled perfectly. They are a busy facility and the appointment was booked 5 weeks out. If you aren't rushed, use this professionally, well-managed place.

Came in and they gave me a estimate for two good sized dings on my vehicle. They were able to fit me in right there for the work and I was out of there 30 minutes later. You could never tell there was any damage to the car. They are very friendly and respectful there. Would recommend.

I just took my 07 328i BMW into this body shop a week ago...I got the car back yesterday! The job they did was outstanding...excellent care...everything looked grate. I didn't go over the job when I left because they have a a stellar reputation. Last night I went to fill up...and the gas door felt rough. I called up with my concern, Tim had assured me that they didn't do anything to the door other than to remove it. I took a moment went outside and looked at it very closely it look normal however it didn't feel normal I called back to apologize because I was insinuating that they did not finish the paint job in fact they didn't paint the door they just removed it. Tim went ahead and offered to buff out the door, to try to make it feel more like the side of the car. The job that they do is 100% And if it's not, they're willing to fix it even if it's not something that they even did. I've taken a car there in the past and they did such awsome job and a few of my friends have taken their vehicles there because I've recommended taking them there, because of the work that they did for me years ago. If you're looking for a body shop to do work this is the place. I've had dealings with several of the top dealerships in Dayton and they do not compare to service and quality as to what Trimbach's Body Shop provides.

I would not have my kids bicycle painted here after the service I recieved. My car was keyed and they had the car 4 diff times to refix issues with the body work and paint. When they reinstalled my trim it was crooked. Paint is very wavy and doesnt shine.body work on the hood shows through the paint. They broke one of my hood props. They reinstalled my front bumper with zip ties instead of clips.they didnt replace parts that were on the insurance report(rims and taillights)The actual cost to insurance was over 4x what was quoted . The owner and receptionist were very polite and professional. But the body shop and paint shop was another story. This was also over a 6 month span. After the last time they said it was repaired and it wasn't I gave up arguing with them and considering a wrap to cover up the horrible paint and body work.

About six months ago I purchased a new Buick Regal GS. I was forced off the road (to avoid getting hit) and ran up over a curb, which busted my RT Rocker molding. Asked around for a good body shop. My brother-in-law told me he used Trimbach's and he was happy with their work (he is very hard to please). Took it to Trimbach's. Very friendly team and they know their business. I didn t know all the processes they go through to match up a color. Mine, being very different. My car is my baby and it looks new again. Great job! Very satisfied customer.

UPDATE: The cargo in my Sienna began leaking after my repair. I sent email to inquire about bringing van back in for a review. I did not get a response. After about a year of dealing with wet carpet, I took it to King's Toyota. They found a missing grommet from a wire harness. To had to remove the rear bumper to fix the leak. The rear bumper was damaged at Trimbach's for another repair. If my car was taken care of, the rear bumper would have never required to be removed, painted and reinstalled. Now I am out another $500.Original Review:The repairs took three (3) attempts to complete and 5 weeks. For the initial pick up, there were numerous issues. The front bumper was not installed correctly and the gap was uneven. It was noticeable at 20 feet. The interior was filthy with greasy finger prints all over the seats, trim pieces, seat belts, and headliner. I am not sure why gloves are not worn. But the best off all, the rear bumper was damaged during the repair and required it to be painted too. I cannot believe this passed the detailer and any type of a quality check. The second attempt to pick up, the interior was a little better in regards to greasy finger prints. The second row of seats pushed back the third row Weather Tech floor liner. The third row of seats were put back up, smashing the floor liner and putting a hole in it. We also found someone's Tupperware and dirty fork inside... Maybe the radio or DVD player was used for lunch entertainment. We also found the front bumper was not painted on the inside of the wheel well. I am quite disappointed. The car was not "showroom condition" as promised. A quote from the website, "Detailer A repair at Trimbach's isn't complete until it's finished. That's where {name} comes in. {Name} makes sure that repaired cars and trucks are not only physically returned to its showroom condition, but that it looks the part as well. Getting each customer's car detailed to where it looks like it just came off the showroom floor helps the customer see and appreciate the rest of the Trimbach's team work."

Sadly, I have had too many vehicles here. Consider it bad luck, negative energy, or a universe out to screw with me and my family.. we have had 3 vehicles and 5 trips here. These guys are good tho. They worked with my insurance company, helped us navigate the process and got my vehicles back to where they were before the accidents. We did have a couple of normal issues like loose heat plates etc, that weren't found during the shake-down process, but they immediately jumped in and fixed it.I really hope to never have to go back to see these guys....but if The Fates keep screwing with us, I know Trimbachs is there to get my vehicle back on the road.

My car got hit in a parking lot while I was at work. This causing it $2,900 worth of damage. So I did some research and Trimbach's seemed to be an excellent certified body shop. So when I picked up my car, all looked good. The paint matches perfectly and the body work looked excellent. The next day while I really got the time to clean it up and see the work they had done to it, I noticed the hood had sat up higher on one side more then the other. Also my front passager window went down really slow and there appeared to be glue dried up on the back passages door. So I called up there and took it back in to get those things fixed. I called up there the next day after dropping it off and they said it was ready. So I picked it up thinking okay everythings good! When I got home the window still malfunctions incorrectly and the glue was still on the passenger rear door. The hood was fixed so I'll give them that. I'm not here saying don't go to Trimbach or completely trying to make them look bad. They were very nice and welcoming! I just want people who do go there and get there car fixed, to take a good look at it before you leave. And I mean a good look at It, that was my mistake. In my opinion I should have not had to take it back, be they should have checked everything mechanically such as my window. So all in all good paint and body work. But acullay taking the time for those thing such as the window that should have been fixed not only my first visit, but sadly my second. And unforuntly It wasn't fixed the second time. I'm not bothering to take it up there a third time. I just feel like they didn't really take there time considering those things weren't fixed. Problay because the insurance company wasn't paying for there mastakes. I honestly don't want to contact the BBB, but I feel that's the purpose of it!

Good luck with this place. They didnt want my money apparently. I drove over to have some rust looked at for repair. After leaving me alone in the lobby for 15 minutes, a lady told me they didnt have time to even look at my car and if i wanted to leave a number, they could call me when i could come back and they would look at it. If they treat potential customers that way, can you imagine how they treat you after they get your car? I passed.

Friendly and helpful staff. I gave them the insurance claim number. They did the rest. My daughter's car looks great. It did take a month and a half wait for our reservation. It was well worth it.

Excellent customer service. I needed an estimate done because someone rearended my suv. I walked in to schedule a time to get an estimate done and they were able to take care of it then. They even sent it to the insurance company for me. I couldnt ask for any better customer service.

The service was excellent. The estimate was inline with what I expected and explained in detail. They cordinated my rental (ended up being better than expected). The repair itself was perfect, and of the best quality. I would recommend this body shop over any other anywhere anytime anyplace. They take pride in there work and it shows.
