Great service from start to end! While calling to find s company to help me, Carstar was the only one who greeted me kindly, and was willing to help. Everything I was told that would happen, timeline, process was to their word. Very kind staff. The owners handle this business - no middle man. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. I would give them 10 stars! They will always be referred by me.

Carstar in Tipp City is my GO to for body work. I am always satisfied with the work. They really work with your expectations, for the outcome of the finished product. Their business ethics are above & beyond. I highly recommend if you're looking for quality service with quality care.

Superior was able to get me in for an estimate quickly and kept me up to date on the process. I got my car back in just a few days and the paint looked like glass, absolutely perfect! VOSS HONDA Tipp City referred me to CARSTAR. The leadership and workers at Superior CARSTAR Paint and Body are THE BEST EVER!!! This Team is OUTSTANDING, they were highly skilled, experienced and very knowledgeable. They fixed exactly what I specifically requested pertaining to the cosmetics and safety features on my vehicle. The Team went out the way to prepare the work estimate and without hesitation got my vehicle in the shop for repairs at their first opening after receiving the parts for Good Price! Now my Vehicle is SAFE again and looks better than the day I brought it in to CARSTAR. Will definitely go back if I need autobody work for sure. All went extremely good. Dropped car off early Wednesday morning and was told it would be ready Friday afternoon. Car was finished Thursday afternoon and I picked it up just before closing that day. Good job on the painting for a reasonable price. As I recall, this was the third time I've had them do some dent/painting work for me in recent years. It's a good place to do business with for quality service and friendly people. I appreciate that.Service: Painting

Somebody rear ended my car and caused a good deal of damage to the bumper and underneath. They did an excellent job on the repairs. They were super helpful dealing with the other people's insurance ( I didn't even have to talk to the insurance company after I dropped my car off). My car literally looked brand new when I picked it up. They actually had it washed and vacuumed the inside out. I was very impressed. They went above and beyond, I would definitely recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Working with Greg was great. He s an honest guy and wants the best for his customers. When we experienced issues with parts delivery, he ensured we got into a rental as he would have our vehicle longer than expected. I give this experience 3 Stars because I felt like communication could have been better. We didn t know there was a delay until we reached out toward the end of the week he had our vehicle. Understandably, manufacturers are still experiencing delays and issues due to the COVID-19 pandemic which may affect ordering and delivering parts. We also didn t expect our vehicle to be as dusty inside as it was when we picked it up. No big deal as we can clean it up, but again the lack of communication (in this case the expectations of the service and exactly what steps would be taken to service our vehicle) left us feeling a bit disappointed. I would certainly recommend Superior Car Star in Tipp City to anyone who s looking, however be prepared to ask for expectations and a timeline.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I have been to Carstar more times than I would like to admit. The repairs have always be excellent. This last time, when I thought I was in for a paint job on my front bumper, the gentleman came out with a rubbing compound and buffer. He sat down on the curb and buffed the scuff out. Just goes to show they only do what is necessary. I really trust them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Greg was extremely helpful and took time out of his busy day to remount a front fender on the spot without an appointment. This kind of service can usually not be found anymore in this day and age. Highly recommend Greg and his team!

Carstar did an amazing job repairing my new car that was hit at work while it was parked in the parking garage. They kept me up to date on the status of my car and had it completed a day earlier than it was scheduled to be done. My car was immaculate when they were finished with it cleaned inside and out and looked pretty when I picked it up! They are amazing and I would highly recommend them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Two attempts visiting this company. They seem to be too busy to follow up with potential customers. Even mentioned to them that one of the reasons I chose them, was the good reviews. A little follow up courtesy goes a long way.

Wasted my time called asked about rust repair or replacement for rocker panels and they scheduled a appointment to tell me that they don't do it. Even talked to them twice on the phone before the appointment

I had a long wait to get my car in. Most would've gone elsewhere......... however; it looks good, they didn't mess anything up during the fix[that I've detected], it was done in just a couple days and I've seen no need to complain or demand more/ corrective work be done.

Sons vehicle was hit in a parking lot. Took my car to the Tipp City Carstar for repair as it was a preferred repair shop for State Farm, the other parties insurance. The repairs were excellent. The damage area looks as if the vehicle was brand new and not 24 years old. Thanks, I will bring any other work I may have to this facility.
