Bought a truck cap from Pro Trim and let them install it. Couldn't be happier with the turnout. Pricing and staff were both great as well!

My complements to the mechanical staff My 98 4Runner has a new face. Lifted, tires,wheels, and a few other undercarriage odds and ends. Looks good,rides good. Great job by everyone including Grace at the front desk. She is a wonderful human being.

Very professional and courteous. Had an issue with my roll up truck bed cover. Dustin and the crew had it fixed in 15 minutes. Highly recommended!!! Thank guys, greatly appreciate it!

I appreciate that they let me mail in a check for the cost of my repair instead of having to pay their 4% credit card fee ($30.00) and getting me in and out so quickly. They originally charged me the wrong amount for labor on the job, but called and corrected the amount. Much appreciated!

The front desk lady is rude and hateful. Quoted $125 plus tax in an email to put on side steps on my sons truck. Never mentioned additional charges. They pulled his truck in around 9:30 and called him shortly before 10 and told him the truck was ready and it s going to be $401! They did tell him while he was waiting at the shop that they were going to cut his old ones off and he said that was fine. Never told him while he was there they charge additional for that, which is fine. When we picked the truck up, claim they had to use 2 guys so it s $125 per hour per guy so total was $401. Kevin came out and did cut the cost down for him after I told the hateful lady to take them off. Beware of this place! They are shady and will charge additional to what they quote you!Funny how you are saying you guys did charge him $125 to put them on but it was an additional charge to cut the others off. Apparently that was $276??? Cost more to cut them off than to put them on? They did ASK him if it was ok if they cut the old ones off and he said sure. They never told him it was an additional charge. You guys are obviously shady and lie to people. The day of service the additional charge was because you guys had to use 2 guys and you charge $125 per guy per hour. I hope people see this review before they chose your shop.

Buyer beware. Pro trim doesn't like to keep their customers happy. I had problems with the lifts on my ARE cover with in the first year. This problem ended up with the corner of the cover getting chipped because it didn't lift properly. Only took 100.00 dollars off of the cover didn't do anything about the chip. Next the plastic cracked around the key lock. I was told there was a 5 year warranty on the cover. Yep you guessed it not on the plastic trim. I was told the cost of the plastic trim to be fixed $255.00. The cover wasn't even 2 years old. Thanks for nothing pro trim. You lost another customer.

I was at Pro Trim and got my leather door panel replaced on both my drivers side and passengers side on my mustang for $250. Even though the drivers side was completely fine. Within 4 weeks the passenger side is coming undone. I called and asked if there was any warranty since it had only been a month later after it being "fixed" and its falling apart. They told me there was no warranty and they couldn't fix it. I will never go back and waste my money.

Seven years and 150,000 miles ago I had Pro-Trim install a sliding rear window and A.R.E. camper shell on my new '07 Frontier. I had looked for this shell at several Cinncinnati/Dayton area vendors but none had shown the level of knowledge about the product as Pro-trim (and this from the girl at the counter - not a salesman or tech.). A minor problem with the shell leaking was fixed immediately. Loose weather stripping on the shell worked loose and new parts were ordered and installed quickly. May of '13 a leak appeared at the sliding rear window. As soon as they had it the shop, they found the problem, addressed the leak and I was back on the road in under an hour - no charge. Everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable and very concience of customer satisfaction.

This place was awesome! Called them thinking I would have to order an tonneau cover they had it in stock and installed in 15 minutes! I would highly recommend them!
