Jack is not only the hero mechanic we needed, he's the one we've always wanted.Stop searching for a unicorn mechanic because as others have implied, if I could give Duty Automotive 100 stars, I would.I had my car towed to Duty blindly without speaking to them or meeting them in advance. It was a gamble. But the reviews don't lie. The next open day of business my tire was changed to a new, exact match and done deal at a fair price. Wow!The entire experience was perfect. It would be a model template of how a mechanic/customer interaction should occur.Bravo to this amazing auto shop and may their business practices serve as a masterclass to every other mechanic out their.

Jack is the owner of duty automotive and he is incredible! He's an extremely knowledgeable and honest mechanic. My husband and I don't ever go to anyone else. Highly recommend to anyone! He's very kind and never talks down to anyone, despite if you have a lack of car knowledge. He never uses that to bilk or take advantage of you. He's always very scrupulous in his business dealings. Duty automotive is probably one of the best places in the whole area. We have had our vehicles service here for a few years now and every time it has been excellent. Jack goes above and beyond time after time. There is nobody I would trust more with my vehicles.

I've taken my 2000 Chevy Silverado to Duty Automotive now multiple times and have been very happy with their work and pricing. I'm a former aircraft maintainer and have typically done my own vehicle maintenance (including engine pulls/refurbishment) from having the skills to do but also because of a number of bad experiences I've had with using mechanics in the Springfield/Huber area in the past. If you're weary of trusting a mechanic in the Huber area to take care of you, Jack, the owner at Duty Automotive, is who you should reach out to.

Jack and his team are very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. Jack was very transparent with my vehicle's issue, the cost for repair (which was well-below my expectations). The repair time was accurate, and I was informed of my vehicle's status the entire time. I never had to wonder about what was going on. Jack has been our family s mechanic since I was a kid. He has always been honest and more than fair with pricing. Works in your budget, gives great advice about your car and what it needs, and always does high quality work. I tell everyone I know to go to him for there car problems.

Jack has worked on ol blue several times over the years and keeps my truck running as it should. Jack only replaces enough to keep me running as this is an old truck I drive on occasion and he understands I just need it to run. This time was a brake line that blew and when it was fixed Jack called to ask what dash light are always on as the brake light and ABS lights we now on. I told him just the check engine that has been on for about 15 years. He said he would need to do some more digging and would call me back. He called me back and told me something was stuck and they got it unstuck and I could pick up my truck. Didn t replace something that wasn t needed just for it back in running order and sent me on my way. Awesome shop and people. You become part of the family.Service: Brakes

Jack is the owner and he is an incredible mechanic. He is willing to be as thorough as you want and you never leave with a suprise charge or feeling scammed. Very genuine 10/10 would recommend!

Jack has worked on my in-laws cars for a long time. I had him work on my parents van and my truck and everything in between. Most recently he replaced the transmission in my Camry. Jack is honest and won t hesitate to tell you when it is time to throw in the towel and cut your losses. You have to be patient as they are a smaller shop but with that smaller shop you get good service. Jack is definitely not a part changer. He is a let s get it right and get you going mechanic.Thanks again for getting my car back and on the road.

Great people with knowledge. Very honest and competitive pricing. My daughter uses these guys local and I drive about an hour to take my truck to them. They changed out my radiator and it was perfect. Big job and little money in my opinion.

Can't say enough good things about this place. After one place said my vehicle needed an alignment Duty Automotive fixed the actual problem which wasn't an alignment. Had our vehicle alignment several times through the years with the same problem. Duty Automotive are the only ones that caught the real problem. And this place is very fair with prices. Saved me a few hundred dollars. Awesome service!!

I can t thank Jack and his technicians enough! After a $2000 quote from Voss on my 2011 Chevy Cruze which only has 65000 miles, I knew something had to be off. I have a very good friend who highly recommended Jack and his team and I am over the moon thankful they did. Jack took great care of my car, he phoned me every step of the way, and they took the time to truly diagnose the problem, rather then swipe out parts which is what Voss wanted to do. At a much lower cost (and not needed to change out everything Voss originally told me) my car has been working amazing. It s been about 3 weeks since Jack had it and I have been driving the heck out of it and zero issue! Duty Automotive has been a life saver and I value the honesty and thoughness of the job!! I highly recommend them! And should I need car repair again I know just the guy!!

I worked with Jack for many years until I injured myself and got out of being a Auto tech.I can tell you first hand Jack,Doug,and Donnie are top notch Auto techs and they do top notch work.Jack is honest and trust worthy.He is a good man.

Trustworthy, fair priced, and customer friendly. From minor to major repairs, I won't go to no one else but Duty Automotive. Mailing address says Tipp City but the shop is "really" in Huber Heights (near Trimble).
