What a great place to come and get your vehicle clean, product is readily available to use and the staff go over and beyond to make sure your experience is 5 star every time! One in particular employee stands out for me because she's Always smiling and constantly replenishing towels, product and winding up vacuum hoses to make sure the next customer is ready to go with no problems! This employee's name is Malia and for alone is why I will continue to come back! Thank you Malia for making my experience 5 Star!!!

Manager is amazing I was a bit frustrated with my plan at first but Christopher explained the whole thing to me a bit more. I appreciate him understanding my frustration after I was shown on screen I was out of washes for my unlimited plan. Keep up the great attitude.!

My son purchased a year of Unlimited Washes for almost $200 for me for Christmas. I ran my car through once and decided I would never do that again. The worry of scratches, car not even clean and no desire to go back through. I asked for a refund to my son's account and they refused saying once you pay you are stuck, so they are $200 ahead and don't care. Very poor way to run a business. Highly disappointed and customer service doesn't exist.

Price has increased. They no longer brush your car by hand before you enter the car wash. This has led to my car not getting completely clean. I dropped $20 and my car was still dirty in many spots. Wildly overpriced for the service you receive.

The wash never gets my car clean even just regular road dust, no longer give out air fresheners or scrub bugs off my front of car and the vacuums have no suction, waste of 20 bucks . I won't be going here anymore. It's really going down hill fast fro. When it opened

Went through the other day and no one was at the paystations to help. Had to wait till the 2 people working got done talking to finally get me through the wash. As I was going through the wash I noticed how nasty the inside was. Pulling out and going to the parking lot, the trash was over flowing, the hoses were clogged, and all the bottles were either empty or pure water. This place needs to be cleaned and maintained properly.Service: Vacuuming

Staff was amazing, and they brushed my SUV off beforehand but the truck still has small areas that were left untouched after 2 washes within 30 minutes

Things have changed since new ownership and it is not the same. Below satisfied standards. Employees are trying their best but I feel for them having to deal with customers that complain how service has gone downhill.

I've been overcharged multiple times on my membership for four months and tried many times to contact customer service about the issue.There is no phone service available.If you call the 855 corporate number you get a message saying they're having phone problems and that you have to contact them through their website.The live chat on the website is terrible. It takes forever to receive responses from the chat operator, and they will simply not answer questions for no apparent reason.Also, the carwashes I've received have been inconsistent. I paid for a top-of-the-line membership, but half the time I don't receive the wax treatment that's part of the membership. The location attendants didn't have an answer as to why. Also, this location no longer does any bug removal pre-wash.The customer service at Take 5 leaves a lot to be desired. The attendants at the the actual car wash are adequate, but aren't able to address questions/concerns beyond what actually happens at the his location.As noted above, the online customer service is terrible.I'm done with Take 5.

Just the most unprofessional place I ve ever thought to spend my money with. I d rather just wash it in my driveway, than to witness an irate undereducated manager berate an employee. This guy has absolutely no business being in a position of authority over any other person. This Christopher gives off the impression that he has zero experience in dealing with other people, he assumes these people belong to him. I wouldn t work for a guy like that if it was the last job in the county. I ll never wash a car there again just due to the fact that I don t see him rising to manager without anyone complaining about his lack of professionalism. Green. He owes his employees apologies.

Tried to get my car washed but the tunnel was down for Maintenance again. Place has really gone downhill since being acquired by Take 5. They no longer spray or wash bugs off the front of the vehicle and have changed their soap formulation so that your car is not clean after a wash. Thought it was interesting that they reply the same way to all negative reviews......... just stop in and give us your feedback. Will be cancelling within the next two weeks. $45 a month for two cars and I could about as well by taking the hose to my car.

Since take 5 took over, the quality of the washing went down big time. Canceled my membership for that reason. Plus, alot of people on social media were complaining of damages done to their vehicles. Didn't want the same thing happening to me.

This location is much better than fremont . If not for this location I would not have a subscription as I live near fremont and work in tiffin. If owners/ management sees this please fix the fremont location many things are broken or don't work and the truck does not come clean. Thanks

More expensive now and I had to take mine back through because the first time around they didn t even use soap or dry it. Only water spraying my car. And it was still pretty dirty after the second round too. If that happened on a basic wash, who knows if you actually get the amenities you pay for when you get an upgraded car wash.

I have 3 vehicles that I pay monthly for the car wash, at the time it was Magic Tunnel. Now it has switched over to take 5, I'm so disappointed. Yesterday I ran it threw the wash and my car was still loaded with bugs and bird poop, even on the back sides of my mirrors, my wheels looked like I never even washed the car. I spent 25 minutes wiping down the car, bugs and bird poop. I might just as well go to a wash myself place. Today my daughter ran one of the other cars through, same thing, smh. I pay over 50.00 a month and still have to wash the car by hand. Disappointed customer

Used their online ticketing system to cancel my membership in early May. Did not get charged later in the month so I thought I was good to go and the membership was cancelled. However, I see today a pending charge for the membership fee on my credit card. I looked back at my statement and saw they also charged me back in June as well but I did not notice. Not sure what happened there, but attempted to contact this place twice over the phone and left a voicemail both times today to try and resolve the issue but haven t heard anything back. Definitely would not trust these people with your credit card information especially with the lack of customer service to remediate any issues.

When this first opened, the service was amazing. They would brush your vehicle before it went through the wash and gave free air freshners. Now I have to pull over afterward to wipe down all the areas it doesn't clean. Under door handles and the front of the vehicle is always covered with bugs (I wash the vehicle weekly and rarely drive it). The monthly wash is not worth it anymore. More times than not, I have to wait for an attendant to help because it doesn't read my plate.

I started there couple months ago as the ASM, everything was great. We were really low staff and within a couple weeks I got us people in and was even still in the process of hiring more. Then I was offered the Site Manager position. Did all the interviews for that position and the District Manager promised me a site and was suppose to come teach me the paperwork and everything. Week later, was informed that we was getting a new site manager for the store after promising me it . This is where the store goes downhill. Within the first week of him being there, we went back down to only 4 workers due to him not Wanting to work with everyone s college schedule. That week was also the site manager trip, he didn t even think to fix the schedule making it to where certain shifts wouldn t have anyone because they already quit. So I as the assistant manager stepped up and worked 7 days that week and also had some of the others volunteer to help out so it wouldn t all be on me. They get back from the trip and all of a sudden the blame is all put on me for the schedule that I didn t even make. Also apparently had 2 other write ups that they refused to even tell me what they were for. Then he tells my district manager to not have contact with me, which isn t very professional for the site manager or the DM. Then fast forward to today not even 5 mins into my shift he comes in and talks to me about a review on here, which I didn t write nor does it have anything to do with me. But it was said that if this comment wasn t removed that I wasn t welcomed there, again I didn t write the comment nor have control of who did, so today I was fired over a google review i had no control over, Chris took it s a little too personal apparently Crazy right?Update: crazy how there was only 240 reviews and within the last day and half there s now 303. You really don t want the customers to see the truth.

I paid for a month of car wash, my app acted up, i tell the attendant and show her my membership but she wouldn't do nothing. Said had to pay or get out of line. Not happy. All the could tell me was check in was down at dunkin donuts. Really? A waste of money .

They need to go back to having someone hand wash the front and rear bumpers. That was a nice feature. Also, plan #2 doesn't get the inside of my wheel wells on my 1500 Silverado clean at all. Disappointing.

Wash was good except it took no bugs off the front. You'd think it would at least take the body off. I wouldn't expect little smashed but that was huge.

They started off solid - would spray with bug remover, brush the front/back and give you an air freshener and a towel, for a short period. It s changed though no more bug spray, no brushing, no air freshener, no towel. They barely even have window cleaner and towels anymore .The brushes never clean the back of my truck so now I have to do it elsewhere or do it myself, which makes no sense when I buy the monthly wash package and given the fact that it used to get taken care of with the pre-brushing.I see they are changing the name sign out front, so maybe the new owners will bring back some of these features that drew me to this wash in the first place.If not then I ll go to the auto spa in Tiffin which I ve heard awesome things about!!

This car wash is unbelievable, the employees are always friendly! I say that with sincere gratitude, I have a membership with Magic Tunnel. I first had it on my van, then my SUV. When I bought the SUV I had a temp tag, 45 days later I had a different temp tag and finally got my permanent plate; they were all helpful and amazing. I just did the drive thru wash. I've not been happy with this place ever since they stopped spraying the bugs prewash and using the hand brushes. That's why I started going there. Now they are not much different than all the other car washes in Tiffin. They haven't even handed out the fresh car scent mirror hangers in many months. Just cheapening up their service any way possible. I just bought 5 wash packages for my 5 cars at Car Spa down the road so I'll most likely be leaving your establishment very soon.
