Had an issue with OEM wiper blades failing, stopped into the Tiffin store and was able to get my blades replaced through Leandra and Mark. The reason why I m making this review is because the first set of replacement blades did not fit properly after three sets of quality blades, we were able to find a replacement. The Customer Service was exceptional and this is why I am placing this review today 3/24

Had the hard to find wiper blades that I need for my car in stock! After the rainX one from Walmart snapped in half after a few months.

Went in to have my alternator checked. Todd realized my battery was loose. Tightened it for me, told me mine alternator was good then told me I needed a battery strap. He said that could be why my battery light kept coming on. Will go back!

Tiffin O'Reilley's is very knowledgeable. When I'm in doubt on which part I need they have diagrams I can look at and compare my part to. They know cars and engines. I have gone there often and not been forced to return to get the correct part yet.The service is always friendly and fast. If they have to order a part it is usually in by the next day.

The only reason I gave even one star is because I am hopeful not ALL of the employees are as lazy and rude as the ones I encountered April 12, 1pm at Tiffin, Ohio.
