I'm not happy with the service we received Saturday purchased a new tire and it went flat the guy said the rim was bent and still installed the tire knowing it was not a good idea. I called Monday morning and ask why did this happen and was told that it's not their fault the tire went flat when the tech that did installation seen it was a bent in the rim. The guy was rude and very argumentative and I explained to him that I did not want the conversation to go left this is very disrespectful I do not recommend this company Fremont you have to do better corporate needs to hold this shop responsible and accountable for their behaviors and actions the gentleman said he's been doing it over here 20 years and it's not his fault I thought customer satisfaction was still in the fact that this location but I assume it's not. (I, know the response is going to reflect on me and not them taking any accountability.) I must add that when I took the tried to a different hop come to find out the technician that works on the tire broke the sensor on the valve and also damage the valve that's what caused it to leak out air and they did not want me to bring the tire back for them to find out what the problem was the technician didn't even Notify myself or the manager that he accidentally broke the sensor in or damaged the tire air valve that could have easily been replaced by them

Hit a giant hidden pothole(under a puddle) that destroyed a tire's sidewall. Sometimes you get what you pay for. So I didn't dare go to wal mart, I'd walk home 1st. My local Walmart has a habit of forgetting to tighten all the lug nuts. Happened Morethan once. I limped on down the road about an eighth of a mile on the rim at about 5mph. These great guys were glad to get me in right away. Started out just getting the front set replaced. Got notified as soon as it went on the lift that there was almost no tread on the back set, which I already knew. I didn't have any steel belts exposed and was going to push it till the spring. But the pothole got me first. Wound up asking if they had 4 of the same, they did. The whole ordeal was less than an hour. Very happy and satisfied with the outcome. Now I'm ready to drive in almost anything this coming winter throws my way.

$90 for a half synthetic oil change on my medium sized car. Definitely won t be back. They got me in right away so I added a star.

Andrew at the front was great! Very personable and honest. We came in after we hit a random brick on the highway. We needed a new tire and they sent someone all the way to Marion to get a replacement tire AND they were so quick to replace it and give us an oil change. Thank you for all of your help! Would totally recommend this location! Thank you all again!!!

I stopped in because my tire light was on and just needed them to check that my tires were balanced and had been put on correctly. The guys were really friendly and helpful and they spent about a half an hour working with me and making sure my tires were on safely and then they didn t even charge me. I was really appreciative and it really showed that they enjoy helping people and I would definitely return. Thanks again!

My alternator and battery went bad on a Sunday while visiting my parents for just a day. I managed to pull my Dodge van into the parking lot running on fumes. I made an online request for an appointment for the following morning. I stopped in at 8:00am and was told that they would try to get to it today, but couldn't guarantee anything. He would call me back with an estimate. After waiting about 15 minutes, he walked out to my borrowed vehicle and told me that they would have it done that afternoon and the price was reasonable. I could not believe my luck went from bad to fantastic! They were finished with it by 12:30pm, and I was able to do everything I needed to do and still plan to leave town that evening. Thank you so much Monro Tiffin Ohio!! Great job!!

Had a coupon for oil change n tire rotation just under $40 and of course my vehicle didn t take that certain kind of oil. The guy did take $10 off but still came to $81 and did not even rotate the tires. So for $91 all they do is change the oil n filter??

The last time I went in for service the manager Chris greeted me very professionally. Him and his team got my vehicle in right away for a simple service, and were able to let me know about a few things going on with my vehicle. They actually took me out to the vehicle allowing me to see what was going on and explained everything. They treated me like a human capable of understanding. And because of this I will definitely be back for service. Thank you Monro Muffler.

An absolutely phenomenal experience, I barely had time to sit down and get comfy before they had my oil change done, the man at the front service desk was quick and competent. Best of all they let me schedule a time that worked for me, unlike Walmart. Very much well worth the extra money for an incredible service, good job guys!

Always friendly and fast service! I appreciate them quoting what needs done but working with me to get the most urgent repairs done first and allowing me to come back to do the rest so it breaks up the cost a bit.

Tony and his staff are all very friendly and honest. They don't try to sell you service or parts that are not needed or necessary. Pricing is fair. They were aware that I was trading in my vehicle soon and asked me several times to make sure I wanted them to order parts and do the work. It's nice to have a company looking out for the customer's best interest. I took my car to the dealer for the longest time, but Monro does just as good, if not better work at a more affordable rate. I will continue to use them even when I purchase my new vehicle.

Dave was very, very welcoming, kind and helpful. After figuring out my old truck s issue and realizing that parts needed to be ordered, I was told to put your payment card away. We didn t do anything but tell you what s wrong. The mechanic spent an hour figuring out the problem. And then the truck was fixed at a *very* competitive cost!

Traveling out of state with a senior citizen. My rear brake was shot! I GPS this place and I cannot express in words the outstanding skills, service. They immediately took my car in on a booked day... I had no appointment and thus was an emergency. The service they provided was like that of staying in a 5-Star hotel. Offered her water, offered to order her lunch. Extremely hospitable. Prompt with the repairs. I was totally blown away. I had another 5 hour drive ahead of me. Never experienced such service. You should be so proud of this team here. ... and I m keeping this experience short.

We had car trouble while traveling, and Monro definitely came to the rescue for us. Offering both online booking and Saturday service put us at ease. The tech literally sat with us in the waiting area to discuss the symptoms and provided a timely resolution to what turned out to be a multi-layered issue. They even worked with our local shop (several states away) to warranty a part from a previous repair. If you are a local looking for a shop that communicates well, offers a fair price and stands by their work, I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with the whole staff! They were amazing everyone was in a wonderful mood and they did a great job! The price was so great that i am actually able to go to Kalahari this weekend for the first time! 5 stars goes to Monro!

Major Safety IssueI don't plan on giving any more work to this business. They didn't tighten my caliper bracket mounts after they forced me to replace the calipers.My brakes went out completely at 50 mph. This forced me to limp it home in 2nd gear. That's when I noticed that they didn't loctite the bolts for redundancy.I am just glad I didn't give them my wife's car to work on...

Came for tire repair/replacement. Was told they had to replace, no problem. The closest tire they could get to my less than a year old continental tire (they said) was $300. Not even a matching tire. Then they told me I'd have to sit in their stuffy garage for 3 hours while they picked up the tire and put it on. At this point, I already waited almost an hour. Put the spare on, I'll take it somewhere else.Service tried, but the mark was missed so hard from pricing to timing, you'd be best off going anywhere else. Other places I called afterwards were able to get me a matching tire and at less than half the cost. Ridiculous.

We were in town for a family reunion. On our 12 hour drive, we noticed our car's idle was getting noisier. We brought it to Monro to have it diagnosed and found it was the power steering pump. They replaced it quickly and efficiently and we were on our way. We HIGHLY recommend bringing your car here if you need repairs!!! They are friendly and fair!

Went in for an oil change. Was in and out in no time. Had a great time chatting and waiting time with the guy in the office. Very nice and friendly. He made the time I was waiting just fly by and had a few laughs as well. Good job guys.

I have had Monro do all my repairs and oil changes for the last 6 months. They do an excellent job at a reasonable price. The manager Scott makes sure that everything is done properly and is very courteous. This is THE place to get your auto service done in Tiffin.

Julius Turner was amazing!!!! He was very polite and patient with me. His customer service skills are amazing he was friendly and he cracked a few jokes with me .... I ll come back for all of my Car repairs from here on out .... Thank you Mr. Turner for a great experience !!!!!

I stopped there because my tire pressure light came on.It took them a long time before they acknowledged me, than I was told to go to the first door and I would be helped. I waited about over ten minutes still no one came. So I drove off and went to WALMART the auto part and was immediately helped. I won't recommend Monroe auto service in Tiffin to anyone

I was there today for an oil change, and got an oil change and tire rotation for 19.99 (before taxes, but only about $26). Tony, the manager, answered all my questions without making me feel silly for asking them. He gave me a lot of advice on how to keep my grandfather's car running in great shape as well as what I might want to do for the car in the near future, why I should do it, and how much it would cost. I was there about a half hour, but during that time, I either talked to Tony, or was able to wait in the waiting room. Seems like everything is running as it should be, and I am happy. Thank you!

I came in for an oil change and a general checking over. The guys did a great job, were quick and effecient. They showed me my air filter which was so dirty I couldnt see through it. They replaced it and had me back on the road in under an hour. I WILL BE BACK AND I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. What nice people. Hey Dave, thanks again for the water and the paper and crayons for my son!
