I purchased my vehicle from Megan at Baumann and she was great. Megan worked with me on a fair price with no pressure to purchase. The purchasing process was easy and Megan helped me set up my I phone on the infotainment system and spent time explaining the system to me. Megan also showed me the dealership including the service area. Everyone I met and talked to was very nice and courteous. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

You know, been shopping on line for sometime. This Jeep so clean, low miles, not scratch on it for being seven years old. Really I stole this vehicle off there lot in Tiffin, Ohio.I'm old, so technology not my foray, but there customer service outstanding, they called, texted, introduced me to my salesmen Jerry . Drove the Jeep, within half block was mine. He and Matt finacer, did rest.

Tim was terrific to work with. I have worked with him for the past 3 months on getting a new car. He has been patient and a terrific resource. This was my first new car purchase and having a personable individual like Tim to help me through the process made it easy and enjoyable.

The most honest dealer we have worked with! We bought our GMC 2500 Denali over the phone, the first time we met face to face was at delivery! Many phone calls and emails back and forth during the 7 month order/build period. Danny kept us informed the entire time! Would highly recommend Danny and has team!

Honestly, I'm not satisfied with the job they did to my car. I bought my GMC 2022 terrain Denali A year ago last August and I notice a gap in my dash panel, so i asked baumann tiffin to fixed the problem, but unfortunately even they replaced my dash panel, there's still a gap in my dash, I talked to the supervisor and he told me, after replacing a new one theres nothing they can do about it.so if the gap get big I just need to go back because according to him im still in my warranty... but then what if in 2 years my warranty is done what now? I wished they can do better than that.P.S I hope those maintenance who do the job inside our car will treat ours like their own ,that they will make sure that there's no greasy finger prints all over.

Rick Riedel is the man to go to! He helped me find a car over the span of a month and was so patient! He worked with my schedule and my wants/ needs for a vehicle and then found me the perfect one! It was a great experience.

We came in to get an oil change on my trailblazer and seen the black 23 Colorado TrailBoss. After taking it for a test drive, we was sold! Danny was great, he went above and beyond to make it happen! He made sure it had all the accessories installed that day, washed it himself and even stayed late to help us get it programmed. He called the next day to see if we had any questions or needed anything! Would recommend Danny Simonis to anyone and will see him for our next vehicle purchase!

It was great. they were very friendly. They were very good about explaining everything. They got me all of my discounts that came with it. They ordered extra stuff that I wanted. They really wanted to make sure that I was satisfied . This was not our first purchase from them and it won't be our last.

Had a rattling from the sunroof on my 2017 Malibu. Thought for sure it would need to be replaced, but they found some bolts loose and were able to tighten them up. Only a $173 fix while we we expecting a much larger bill. Thanks, your service department is great!!

I Went to Baumann Chevrolet because the key fob to my 2012 C hevrolet Cruze was broken. This was the 3rd one to break due to a manufacturing flaw.The guy at the service desk WAS NOT at all interested in the fact that there is a flaw. I asked him to order me a new key. He handed me a paper and said," it should be in Tuesday" I tried to pay and was too old to pay at the cashier window.On Tuesday I waited all day for a call. At 3pm I called them. I was told my key was in and I could pick it up before 5pm.I drove my daughter's car to go pick up the key. AFTER I got there I was told I could not pick it up without the car being there because it had to be programmed.i asked why he didn't tell me this when I called and he just shrugged. I then drove 22 miles round trip to swap cars. When I got back all he had ordered for me was a key fob, not the key I asked to order.i asked why he didn't order the key as I had asked and he informed me that in order to order a key Iwould need to prove that the car was really mine!!!!!!I have never been treated so rudely in any car dealership in my life.Due to this RUDE salesman I will never buy another Chevy. I will ride a bicycle rather than have to deal with such rudeness from a business again.

Big thank you to Matt Messmer for his help to get a refund for the cost of my spare key fob. I tried to file online for it, but ran into problems. He was quick to get it for me. Thank you to Matt and others at Tiffin Baumann.

Everyone was so welcoming when we arrived (we being me and my husband). Checking in was easy and quick along with letting the person at the desk know that my vehicle had recently been in an accident as a heads up so when they went to do my oil change there would be no issue with the damaged part of my vehicle. The oil change was done swiftly and in good time. Also, it was amazing how every employee who passed us greeted us and made us feel welcome. Can I say that the lounge area for customers to wait is also amazing and comfortable so you aren't cramped and feeling awkward you get the TV, comfortable seating, and snacks machines I couldn't ask for any better of service from anyone and I will be returning over and over again to service.?

The waiting room was very nice and the restrooms were clean and close by, there were plenty of reading material for everyone in different topics, and the service manager was very friendly and knowledgeable

I have been buying my vehicles from Tim Riedel at Baumann Auto Group in Tiffin, Ohio for years. Tim is probably the most honest salesperson I have ever dealt with. Tim has never pressured me into buying something I didn't want or need; and believe me, he knows that I am cheap! I just tell him what I am looking for, and he is on it! Moreover, the buying process with Dave Conn and the team does not have any gimmicks. They lay out the paperwork and explain all the details with no hidden fees. I have never gone home with my paperwork and found something that wasn't explained to me! As usual, thanks Tim and Dave for taking care of me!
