Very friendly, down to earth and had intentions to buy from this lot but the car I was interested sold the day prior. These guys are pretty easy to work with and work with local banks which is nice if you are seeking that type of option. Check them out, its worth having a look around.

This review is long overdue, but well deserving of its 5 stars! After several unfruitful trips to the larger, Columbus adjacent dealerships, I was frustrated and beginning to worry that I wasn't going to be able to find the right kind of vehicle for my lifestyle and budget. My partner suggested looking a little closer to home, and I'm so glad I took the advice. Mark and Son were engaging and so helpful from the moment we stepped onto the lot. They listened to what I had to say, what I was looking for in a vehicle, and what my budget was. They in return, spoke to and treated me like an actual person, not just another sale to be made. They were genuinely helpful, and had the kind of small-town customer service that can be hard to find, especially within the auto sales industry. Thanks to them, I found exactly what I was looking for. I love my new car, and I am happy to recommend them. Thanks again Mark Searles Auto!!

I have me a little RED CAR... my OHIO STATE / TRIMBLE TOMCAT RED...you guys are the bestI love driving LITTLE MISS REDshe is so good on gasI haven't spun one piece of gravel either leaving or going down my steep drivewayAll wheel drive was the smart way to go...People who see me in my car tell me it looks good on me... Or that the RED just screams Cindy Update~~~ I'm official now... put plates on and shared the winning results... thanks again... I love my car... My prayers were answered... You guys are the BEST!!!

In less than 2 hours was able to purchase the perfect SUV for growing family. Mark was patient and knowledgeable and did not pressure us into anything. Was very pleased to be able to support a local business and am loving my new vehicle! Will absolutely return for future purchase.

This review comes after my second purchase from Mark Searles. I will definitely return soon when my son's car needs an upgrade.And toward the comment / review of 1 star: I find it hard to believe this to be true. My reason for this is because the first time I showed up to look at vehicles I was wearing ripped jeans covered in stains and paint. I had on shoes that would make me look like I only had two cents to rub together. I had never been treated so nicely... Just saying :)

Highly do not recomend because blue book value of their vechicles are over priced.. RIP off.. loans are way high and do not recomend it either. If want vechicles at good deal check blue book value on google and you will find other dealers are at reasonable prices or private sellers.

Don't wanna sound mean but they don't like customers to drive their vehicles off the lot without first having a pretty approval letter from a bank or third part finance department. We went and looked at 2 vehicles, asked to test drive and was told no. They lost a customer. Went to high white and bought a 2020 model for half the cost.

This is one of the best dealerships in the Penn Warranty Network. Mark and Brian ate warm and great to deal with. Their cars are I great shape, as evidenced by their great claims ratio. Call or Visit Mark or Brian, you won't regret it.

I called on a Saturday morning trying to talk to them about a car, I was driving away with the car by 2 o clock that day. Very friendly and accommodating gave me a great price on my car and were very helpful with the purchasing process highly recommend!

Went to test drive a car the same car we had test drove before. One of the owners said that he didn't want me to drive the car because he thought we couldn't afford it... Why would we be there if we didn't have the money to spend. I'm going to take my 17000 dollars and go somewhere else where they are professionals and don't judge a book by its cover. So if you are going to buy a car don't do it here because they treat you badly.
