Tracked down and fixed all of my electrical issues on my 2005 Ram 1500. Great service and great people to work with. Scheduling service was fast! Only had to wait to get my truck in because of the holidays.

Fast, friendly, efficient & honest!! Dropped my daughters car off at 9:00am and I received a call 10 minutes later stating that it was done. Took the car to someone else prior who said it was NOT the fuse causing issues. Wire Wizards determined it was just the fuse, charged me nothing and the issue is now resolved. I hardly ever leave reviews but felt Wire Wizards was worth my time to do so.

We had a 2011 ram having some wiring issues they were Amazing to work with Great turn around time and follow through !! Highly recommend anyone in need of wiring gremlins or issues would rate higher if was possible! Worth every penny!Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

I have a serious electrical problem going on with my car where it randomly dies. Not only were they unable to diagnose it but because it wouldn't stop running for them they just didn't do anything. Now I'm still stuck with a car that doesn't run and I don't know what to do with it. Now I'm at another shop hoping for the best.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Very poor customer service skills. Called the day before to make an appointment was told to arrive at 8am to drop van off or arrive at 8:30 am to stay with van while work being done. I arrived at 8:30 am and then was told I was informed that once I get there I'd be told how long and cost so it's not going to work out for me to wait. I then asked how long it would take. They said 4 hours @ $75 plus parts. All I needed was 4 cables installed and to look over the auxilary batteries circuit. Took it to another shop and got it done in 1 hour. Never will consider them again.

my headlight went out on my Town and country. I replaced the headlight and it still did not work. I swapped headlight bulbs thinking I had a bad headlight but that did no good. Checking with a voltmeter showed no current to the headlights at all?I dropped it off and they called me 30 minutes later and said to come pickup. Evidently a fuse had blown and of course I neglected to check them because it was initially just one headlight that was out. They replaced the fuse and said "no charge".Anytime I have a electrical issue I will definitely return to these guys.Service: Electrical

I wasn't even there half an hour Tom found the problem fixed it. It was so simple he didn't even charge me. Tom told if there was any other problems to let him know. Needless to say I was ecstatic. Thanks Tom

Wire Wizard saved me a bunch of money fixing a wire chewed by critters. Engine light came on & Jim s Transmission was gracious enough to refer me when they couldn t even get my car computer to talk to theirs to get error code. Dealerships send their stuff to these guys & charge a lot more. They also told me to use peppermint oil on my engine to deter future critters that chew wires because the wires are coated with soybean derived material.Service: Electrical

My brother got his truck fixed there. Took little time get the job done but had problem finding the part but they made it work and never gave up. I would recommend this place to people to get electrical things done to their car.

Same thing these people are just like the rest tell you things you and anyone can see is wrong charge you for telling you what you know....and not fixing the problem.tired of people seeing a lady and want to soak her for cash yet don't fix the damn problem ..
