I've been going to the West Ave. location in Tallmadge for quite some time now (even though I live closer to other locations) and they are always friendly, professional, and quick! I take my car there every three months for an oil change! Definitely a good spot...

I am pleasantly surprised at this place! Very quick and professional. The team there did everything they needed to do in a timely manner, and was not pushy at all with added services, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!

There might be a wait but honestly it's worth it! Always professional and willing to go the extra mile. They make sure you understand what they are doing and why. I don't care if they're more expensive they give amazing service every time. And they don't spill oil all over the engine like Walmart does resulting in nasty burning oil smells coming through my air filter. They do it right every time.

They put oil in my brake fluid and it cost me $1000.00! Do not go here! It s been 2 weeks and still have not received any response from the email promising investigation.

Never coming here again, the woman named Kimberly was so pushy about making me purchase synthetic oil even though I told her twice, I ve never put it in here before. I ve always used blend after a bunch of reasons why I should buy the most expensive thing they sell she said that s fine. It s your car you do whatever you want , and if you want to ruin your car, go ahead. That was it I lost my sh&t and left, the act that they put on to make it look like they are all professional it s just that,an act !!They are nothing more than high school dropouts in between jobs.

Easily the best oil changing experience you can have. I came through last Thursday right before close and the guys were able to get me taken care of. Every person I talked to had impeccable customer service and they were able to get my oil changed SUPER fast!So if you need your oil changed, come here. You'll see what I'm talking about. These guys are awesome!

Stop trying to sell me batteries which are 8 months old and was told it was bad. Stop with pushing extra's I'll find some where else to service my vehicle. Talk around Tallmadge is to stay away from your place of business. I

These guys are Awesome!! You can see they communicate well and seem to genuinely value your satisfaction. So friendly! In and out efficiently, but they are still thorough. They are informative and help you get your best value without being pushy at all. I live closer to another Valvoline and drive to this location specifically. The manager, Nick, seemed to lead a great team of young adults as I observed their teamwork and overall great attitude. Khali and John were also very well-spoken as well as the young lady (couldn't see her name tag). Good people are hard to find, so treat them to lunch for doing such a great job!

Been taking my cars to this location for a few years now. Took My new camry here for an oil change, both Justin and Tammy were very thorough and polite as can be. Definitely would recommend this shop for any automotive needs. Looking forward to going back next time around!

The crew there on West Ave is great. Fast service, and they tell you each and everything they do just before they do it. Physically showing you any parts that need replacing and if you show them your military or veterans ID you get 10% off. No such thing as a free lunch, but 10% off is 10% off at the end of the day.

I have been to many places to get my oil changed but none have been as thorough as this place and for right around $25 (with coupon). I am in my vehicle the entire time, I've never been here more than 30 minutes, they check tire pressure, show me the old oil filter, check lights, and top off fluids. They even note if I have any issues going on with my vehicle. You wont get this kind of service anywhere else, a no pressure atmosphere. Thank you and my truck thanks you too.

I had a wonderful experience the first time I went to this facility so I returned with my other car with plans to bring my truck as well. On the first visit everyone (employee's) were nice and helpful. Then on the second visit as I wait about 15 minutes, a young man came to the car and said my manager wants you to change lanes. I asked why. No answer... I said no I'm staying in my lane. Minutes later the manager comes out and says "I NEED YOU TO SWITCH LANES WITH THE CAR NEXT TO YOU"!!! No reason just an order!!! I promptly moved and left and will never go back! So much for gracious customer service!Service: Oil change

I'm a little late. Got my oil change 2/13 an Nick John an Grant was awesome professional an had the best sense of humor. Definitely will be back they took care of me very well. F-150 IS GOOD THANKS GUYS

More than satisfied, staff was extremely nice and informative. Wasn t pushy for additional items but still made me aware of the importance of certain things. Will definitely return thank you. Kimberly, Caleb, and Cody are exceptional employees you should appreciate having them!

I have been to this location many times. They are professional and never pressure you for anything you don't want. They will inspect and advise you of any concerns you should look into.
