They re some great people to get your alignment done he even fixed my heat shield on my Mazda 3 2010. I highly recommend this shop for anyone wanting an alignment, car drives like never before, will be back with my Toyota one of these days I can t thank them enough!!

Called up to get my street /drift car aligned. Guy on the phone was unphased about needing custom specs. Dropped the car off, gave the specs again, he came out and checked out the car and we discussed making some ride height changes.Was done the same day to my spec which was awesome. He called to inform me that I had some bad parts on the car and that I could bring it back and he would re toe the car for free. Awesome customer service. Very knowledgeable. I liked the facts that's it wasn't aligned using computers just good old fashion toe plates and measurements.

The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable. The customer service and communication is unparalleled, it was far beyond my expectations. Their shop atmosphere was professional, the owner spoke respectfuly and had no problem elaborating on any questions I had.They aligned my truck nicely. Got my toe in/out, camber/caster perfect. Very reasonably priced and everything was done in a timely manner. I would recommend these guy's without hesitation and I will be back to their shop in the future for sure.Service: Wheel alignment

Extremely professional and honest. But best of all we were treated like family. Will never go anywhere else. Ive had plenty of other shops charge way more for an overall unacceptable result afterward. Best shop around!

My lowered cars always drove perfect after The Alinement Shop in Tallmadge aligned them. No other tire shop came close. Well worth the hour drive to get there

These guys are awesome. The owner is really friendly. I missed my appointment and when I called to see if I could still bring it in, he told me I can drop it off and they will try to squeeze it in. He was pleasant and wasn't rude about me missing my time. Within the next 24 hours, he called to let me know everything they found wrong and what they fixed and said it was ready to go. My truck left the shop driving smooth again. Thanks for helping me out guys. So nice to have a legit alignment shop in the area. I brought my vehicles that is on coilovers here to have it brought into spec. He was up front with me about what was possible and what wasn't. He can do alignments for track cars as well where he puts them to whatever specs you want, which is a rare thing these days.

The only place I ve felt comfortable taking my older imports to for alignment for 20+ yrs. John is very knowledgeable and professional. Happy to tweak the factory specs to help achieve performance your looking for, but will guide you with recommendations. Just back this month for a couple more visits with my two Saab900 turbos and shop remains as good as ever.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

These guys did great with my 99 F250 4x4. I installed a leveling kit & replaced every component in the front end from wheel to wheel myself, then I took it to them where they were able to get my truck straight as an arrow & even checked out the rear end for me to make sure everything was good. Very professional shop, very reasonable pricing, friendly, and it is not hard to tell that customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. I would absolutely trust them to do it all over again if I had to and I will certainly be referring friends and family to them as well. I thank them for a job well done!

Love this place, they have excellent customer service. The people working there acknowledge you and are on point/ schedule. They handle your visit/ service issues professionally, respectful and friendly. I would recommend people to come check them out. Best service I've gotten in years. John and Josh and the team behind them are amazing. I will keep coming back to this place, thank you guy's for everything and making my day.

I really appreciate an owner who gives you the menu on what they can do and the costs associated. They did a great job and finished same day. I greatly appreciate the good service and great price for my 3500 alignment!

They gave me a really good price for the fixes I needed and were honest with me about everything. I hate going places to get my car worked on because they always try to get you to spend more and more money. I didn t have that experience here, AT ALL. The only bad thing is they sometimes have long waits to get your car in, but it makes sense because they offer the only decent prices and really good care for your car in the area. These guys are great. I've had my truck to a couple different alignment shops over the years and none of them have been able to get it right. Within a day, these guys had it. For the first time in years, I can take my hands off the wheel and my truck still goes straight (NOT RECOMMENDED) lol. Seriously though, these guys did an excellent job and didn't break the bank. Thanks for an awesome experience.

I have an RV so you can't just take these things anywhere for service. Got a reference to come here and i'm glad I did. They worked with my schedule, and took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong and how it would be repaired. Their explanation gave me the confidence that i brought it to the correct place. Pick it up at the time originally estimated and the ride home was like a new unit. Great experience from a local business.Service: Wheel alignment

A great experience taking my 17 f150 here. The alignment was spot on for the first time in a long time. Very knowlegable when I asked questions regarding suspension wear and tires. John and his crew are the absolute best. I've had everything from a lowered Mustang to a lifted Truck aligned here and they are the only guys who can get it done right without drivability issues. The first time I came here, I had issues with my Mustang wandering and I took my car to four different shops to get it aligned and this was the only place that properly identified the issue and got it right.If the top notch service, wasn't enough, the staff is super courteous and honest. They genuinely make an effort like it's their own car.I live a half hour away and I make the trip every time I need my car aligned.

You can trust that your repairs will be done right by The Alignment Shop. They have been honest with me during the 20 + years I have been going to them. Never any more than is actually needed. I want my suspension work to be completed accurately and thoroughly and these folks have performed flawlessly, every time (and I own 5 cars at the moment). Their pricing is fair. Last week they replaced front tires and performed an alignment on my 2003 Toyota Tundra. Thank you!

I brought my Honda Civic in thinking that it needed an alignment, shocks, struts and other front end work. After the guys at The Alinement Shop did a thorough inspection, they found that my tires were the issue.Initially I thought that I'd be spending hundreds of dollars. Thankfully, the bill came to only $47.36 . . . That is a wonderful price to pay for peace-of-mind!I appreciate the honesty and professionalism, they have earned a new customer. When my car finally does need an alignment, I will be taking it to the Alinement Shop.

I am from Arkansas, but I was spending Christmas in Ohio. On my trip there I had some issues with my tires that I just bought. Before I left on my trip I went back to the place to discuss the sounds the tires were making. I was told what is was and that it would cost about $1,200 to fix several problems. They told me that it was the CV joint and replaced it. Then told me other things that needed fixed. I found the Alignment Shop on Google and made an appointment to get my tires balanced. He told me about the noise that I was hearing and what was causing it. He corrected it and did the alignment on my car. The fix was something that the tire shop should have caught when I went back to them for the noise. The weights on the tires were to big, that was all it was. It was a no cost fix. I am very impressed with the thoroughness and caring way they treated me. They went into detail in a way that I would understand and did not try to sell me issues that I did not have or need. The cost was better than any other place that I have ever been. If I could move them to Arkansas I would. Very highly recommended. You won't be sorry.

I bought some Wrangler DuraTrac tires 295/65 18's from Goodyear and had Goodyear install them. Out of balance.I called the alignment shop and expressed what I thought it was and they were so confident my tires are out of balance it was unbelievable.They balanced my tires and said everything else was fine on my truck and my truck rides so smooth. I'm so happy. Extremely reasonable pricing.

These folks do fantastic work, and they don't try to price gouge. John has gone out of his way to find the affordable -- but always high-quality -- route for a fix. They've replaced the ball joints and done tire balancing on my FJ cruiser. If you need it done right, though it might cost you more than a cheap mechanic, this is your place.

Best alignment I ever got on my lifted truck. Way better than 4 wheel parts ever got it and cheaper too. Do yourself and your truck a favor, bring it here. These guys really know how to make it ride it's best.

I ve been taking ALL my vehicles to these guys for years now I ve probably had over a dozen Alighnements done and they are spot on every time I refuse to go anywhere else. The owner is very nice and honest. If you want the best work money can buy go here.

John fit me in schedule despite short notice. I brought in a truck I was considering buying from a local dealer. He showed me everything that he could find wrong with it, answered all my questions, and was overall honest, friendly, and helpful. I'm not from the area but based upon my experience today and as an employee of a garage, I would recommend this shop.

my car is slammed to the ground with fancy adjustable suspension bits that i didn't know how to setup. these guys are serious pros and my car is perfectly aligned with optimal toe and camber. the friendliest people you will ever meet!

The work on my CJ7 Jeep was done very well. They tried to keep costs down for me and went 110% to help me resolve my steering issue. Honest, excellent work and extremely helpful. I will be back again next time!

I'm always a little skeptical of mechanics, as I was of this shop. A little background, I have a lowered 2014 wrx with adjustable LCAs, fully adjustable coilovers and sti steering rack to name a few that revolve around alignment. I was surprised when I walked in, things are done manually with no fancy machines. It made me nervous, because it's hard to find quality technicians. I worried needlessly, after 2 other shops and 3 sets of tires I should have went here first. They centered my rack and aligned all four tires to specifications. My car feels and steers great. I wont be going to any other alignment shop, you shouldnt either.

I ve never had an auto shop pay as much attention to detail than these guys here. If you need any service I 100% would recommend them. Very professional and cool guys.
