This place is absolutely spectacular as is Chris Plaugher and Jamie who work here. I took my car to get looked at after it had broken down on me and had my alternator, steering power issues, front pads and front rotors, etc., fixed. My car now drives a million times better, as if it is brand new thanks to them. I take my dogs to go on car rides with me all the time and so it was the nicest surprise to get in my car and see that Chris even cleaned my seats! Very appreciative with how much hard work was put into fixing my vehicle.

Excellent communication and fantastic work. They were up front about their workload, and had us drop off car when they could work it into the schedule. It was still in driving condition, so no reason to drop it off too early. Very pleased with the result, and they dealt directly with the insurance company of the driver who hit my daughter for the additional damage that couldn't initially be found. Highly recommend! Jeff was great, but I suspect everyone there is of the same caliber. Car looks & runs great!

Update 4 years later: still awesome!Robert has some amazing customer service, I highly recommend tallmadge collision. Had an issue with insurance and they did everything they could to help make a bad situation much better!They have worked on quite a few of my vehicles over the last 20+ years and never any complaints

I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Tallmadge Collision Center to anyone. The staff is great, particularly Blair, who worked with my wife and I after she struck a deer. I made an appointment, there was a rental car agent there waiting for me when I arrived, Blair kept us up-to-date weekly with progress reports, and the car looked brand new inside & out when we picked it up. Blair also efficiently and politely took care of a minor headlight problem we discovered after getting the car home. We couldn t be happier with the service we received from TCC. Out experience there was great.

I will always take my car to them! Excellent service!!! Robert Black is amazing he did a great job...it was through Christmas and they were slammed but this man right here got the job done way before I thought it was going to get done! He is professional courteous and keeps you informed. Shout out to him and Tallmadge Collision center! Tyvm for everything you did! Five stars!

I have left messages multiple times, no response back- The excuses I received was were busy. I understand that. I m a small business owner that specializes in a very high demand service. It s just myself and my partner. WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY- I would never tell a customer I am too busy for them. That s not the customers problem. I m sure a business that has been around for 30+ years would have a large enough staff to contact folks back in a timely manner. I guess not. My business has gone elsewhere.

Tallmadge Collision Center is the best of the best. The staff was very friendly and genuinely care for their customers. The work they did on my truck was amazing!! Bought a 2022 Telluride and unfortunately got rear ended. Tallmadge Collision worked magic and my new car is beautiful and like new once again! They did fantastic work. I had a great experience with them. Last accident from December 1st, the Toyota Ganley suggested me to go with this place. My car is Toyota CH-R19 and they did a excellent job. It s worth to wait for 5 weeks. Robert Black was the best for keeping in touch and updated about my car every week. Thank you for your service!!

Sketchy business practices. I called a few days ago to inquire about setting up an appointment to get a quote for some minor body damage to my car. When I called, the gentleman who answered the phone was very enthusiastic to help. The first and only question he asked was what insurance company I had. When i told him I wasn't planning on using insurance he just said "oh, uh, ok". when I explained the damage was quite minor and I didn't think it was worth making a claim over it he replied with "no yeah I completely understand. Well what insurance company do you have? that way we can put have it in your file and if you decide to use it later it's easier for everyone." I reiterated that I did not intend on making a claim he just started stuttering and said "sure yeah yeah uh let me transfer you" and transferred me to a voicemail with no explanation as to who they were. At not point did he ask what kind of car it was and what happened to it just straight to wanting sensitive insurance info which I find bizarre because you'd think they'd want to know details about the job and other things like setting up a time and date and verifying the parts are available before asking for sensitive documents. My suspicion is that they want insurance info right away so they can ensure they can get away with quoting a higher price for their services and basically guarantee the job won't be refused.

After my car accident I selected Tallmadge Collision center to work with my Allstate insurance claim & review the damage to my car. It ended up needing to be totaled out instead of repaired - but I wanted to say that it was a smooth process working with them and Jeff S. in particular. Thanks TCC.

Shady place! Wow. From the second you walk in you get a bad vibe. I have root insurance which is a well known good insurance and was told a story from these guys about how roots estimates work which was 100% different than what root told me. Then I asked if they would be able to do the work without my 500 deductible if they get enough fromcrheninsieande which I have done several times before at other places and the guy said "we aren't that kind of shop "....ok bye Felicia!

I would 100% use TCC for all my body shop needs in the future. I ended up there through a insurance claim and Robert was fantastic. Walked me through every step and kept me updated along the way with photos and everything. Very personable and easy to work with. Jake took care of the work and did such a good job. I could tell he took a ton of pride in his work and treated my car as good as he would have one of his own. I don t even live very close and I will always make the drive down there. Thanks again guys!

Tallmadge Collision wasn't my first choice to have my car repaired after the collision, but it should have been. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and treated me with respect. My 2016 Toyota looks and drives like new. I couldn't be happier with the results. Robert was very open about all that was done and answered all my questions and concerns and dealt with all the insurance details. Yea!

I had a list of many collision centers to choose from. I am so glad I made the right choice. Tallmadge Collision Center did an amazing job. They were friendly. Provided a thorough and comprehensive estimate. The workmanship was excellent. They communicate and provide status updates. They made it was. Jeff assisted me . He was amazing!! What a pleasure doing business with Tallmadge Collision Centers. I Received VIP treatment like I was the only customer they had. Kudos to Robert. He arranged my rental car, gave me updates by telephone letting me know the status of my repairs. And the work was first class. Beautiful. Everyone that we interacted with at Tallmadge Collision was friendly, helpful, and fun. I would recommend that you skip all the other auto body shops and go directly to them for all of your repairs. Very impressed by the headache free experience we had at TCC. Jeff S. kept us in the loop, answered any and all questions, and was overall kind, understanding and helpful. My car came back good as new and I m confident in the work they did. Nobody wants to have to deal with an accident but I m so glad we chose TCC to take care of it all. Despite the incident that led me to needing my car repaired, I was relieved how easy it was working with Tallmadge Collision to get everything back to normal! Carl wrote up the estimate, worked with my insurance company, kept me informed every step of the way, & the repair looks like nothing even happened! I couldn t of asked for a better experience! Did a bad job on a repair and gave the car back to me with rub marks from truck tires going down one side of the car, that weren't there when I dropped it off. The manager instantly got hostile with me and claimed they were there when I dropped the car off without checking any documentation they had. I showed the manager a video of a walk-around of the car with his employee present when I dropped it off, without the scratches. They refused to fix them. I called the police and my insurance company, and the shop then agreed to fix the new marks on the car and gave the car back some time later. Awful experience with awful, scam artist employees. Religious text everywhere inside - they should try to practice what they preach.

I had a great experience with Tallmadge Collision centers from the first call and speaking with Robert until picking my car up. This was my first experience with this body shop, I was sort of unsure about them but after reading reviews and hearing others experiences I felt I made the right decision. They did a amazing job putting my vehicle back together from paint match, to body lines, panel gaps everything looked great. My only issue was upon picking up my car, a older creepy guy approached me telling me he took special care of my car cleaning it up and extra time. I told him I appreciated it and thanks but I was in a hurry. He continued to tell me that he does detailing on the side and he would give me a good price if I wanted him to take care of it for him. I am a hustler and understand the hustle but this guy didn t understand I m not interested, and I didn t ask for anything extra so I m not giving you any money for what you did with out my consent on the car. It was a very awkward situation to say the least. As I said, up until that point I had a fantastic experience, and had that not happened I would rate it 5 starts. I hadn t seen this mentioned in any reviews so I wanted to put my honest review out there. I also noticed absolutely EVERYTHING in my car had been rummaged through, and stuff misplaced, moved around, and thrown away. Not a big deal but a couple bucks in change missing as well.

Blair did a delightful job for us in the repair of my wife s Jeep. He communicated clear expectations prior to the start of the project, kept us informed throughout the entire repair, and sent us a thank you card at the end. We felt the work that had been done was of the highest quality. It looked as if we pulled it off the showroom floor. When we picked up our vehicle the service team has cleaned everything up, including the interior, so much in fact, that it looked cleaner than when we brought it in! The TCC quality of work, professionalism, and client-mindedness will keep us coming back. Their deeds truly match their words!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My vehicle was recently hit and I knew, because their reputation preceded them, that I wanted TCC to do the work! I was not disappointed. I had Blair communicating with me through the whole process, the work looks great, the vehicle was returned without being able to tell various (if I had to guess) people were in it! Derek Richards was the best! I was updated throughout the whole process and my car was done 5 days earlier than the expected date. I am super happy with the results my car looks as good as new!
