I took my 2021 Tacoma here for collision repair. The front bumper, headlight needed replacing, and the fender needed repainting. The staff was excellent. I had read recent reviews, which made me a little nervous, but the repair work was beautiful. The truck looks like it came out of the factory! The paint is perfectly matched, and it only took them 4 days to complete $3,500 worth of work. I highly recommend this place. Having confidence in a bodyshop is paramount.

Had my truck fixed by these people two yrs ago. Talk about cheap repairs for high cost. It was a front end collision at 35 but they only repaired the things on the impact side. Within the first week I noticed a gash in the tire they never replaced 550 a tire. also noticed a noise coming from my right side found out my shock was blown out 1200 for that . Called them about it and they told me they will only cover the stuff on the left impact side. So cause the accident caused problems on the right side you won't fix it that's unethical. I would stay away from this collision center. It will cause you more headaches and problems in the long run. Take your car somewhere else. Unless your ok with putting out the extra money after to fix your vehicle properly.

Serpentini destroyed the engine in my car with negligent repairs. Still fighting with them after 1 month. Considering getting an attorney .

Poor services and insurance rates .They basically set everywhere customer up for your practically well kept vehicles for a prestaged hit and skip total loss for the after market boneyard chop shop parts . That's after the fact they try to T-bone you at the intersection if not sideswipe your vehicle.

My new car required small body work and paint on back bumper. Picked it up first time and there were multiple imperfections (containments) in paint. After second attempt, imperfections were fixed in the damaged area but the back trunk hood had other overstay imperfections. Body shop claimed they came from the factory as excuse. If you want a professional paint repair, look for another body shop, or make sure you take detailed pictures of the paint area to avoid any issues. I would not Serpentini for paint repair.Service: Painting
