Bought a van there in March 2023 ,staff are all very nice and helpful. But I was only there for a car wash, you get free car wash for as long as you own the vehicle

I had to have the passenger door of my Subaru Outback replaced after being involved in a collision. My car is about 4 months old. The body shop completed the repair and returned my car to me looking brand new. Perfect paint match, bent door frame looks brand new, and I am certain they detailed the inside! Thanks a million!! Communication was great through the entire process. I hope I never need collision repair again, but if I do, my cars will go to Serpentini!! I had a minor vehicle incident and chose this location to fix what was wrong with my car. What needed fixed was the tie rod, plastic protectors under the engine needed replaced and had to have a alignment done. This was all paid for through the insurance company.When I returned to get my car I get in to find it completely trashed. They had gone through my glove box and removed everything from my center console and threw it on the front seat and the floor.There was absolutely positively 100% no reason for them to get into my glove box or the center console of my car. I do not appreciate my privacy being violated and if you're going to do something Shady like going through my car at least have the courtesy to put my stuff back so I don't know you're doing it.I called and spoke to the service manager and got a line of BS saying nothing like that has never happened before and he'll talk to the people that had interaction with my vehicle, blah blah blah.No "I'm sorry, what can we do to make it better or I apologize for violating your privacy" nothing at all.Since this is happened I've spoken with other people who have had problems at the dealership as well including somebody who had the same exact thing happen to them.I will never return there for any reason whatsoever. Whether it's for service on my vehicle or to get a new car and I would never ever advise anybody to go there.

Pressure sales. Make sure you hold onto your keys after they inspect your car or you will be stuck there getting pressured to sign for a new car. Places like this are why online car shopping was invented. Stay away!

BEWARE!!! If you come in with your own financing prices are at least $1500 more than on their website and NON negotiable! We were informed their website was ran by a third party and those arent their prices...Umm excuse me?! Then they tried to sell us a lease... No thanks! Highly recommend Van Devere.

Kevin Skubic and Josh Kornet are amazing and made my very first time buying a car easy and stress free. I do recommend Serpentini Chevy in Tallmadge but I recommend Kevin and Josh todo your actual sale! Excellent service and very polite!
